Lickilicky - Icy Wind, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Zen Headbutt, Knock Off
Volbeat - Thunderpunch, Ice Punch, Ominous Wind, Air Cutter, Zen Headbutt

Rock Slide generally gets more coverage then that, but yeah, it has lower accuracy, which has screwed me over a few times. >.>

And I can see Signal Beam on Mewtwo, what with all the psychics.

Miltank/Kangaskhan can both have punches with Scrappy now, which was previously illegal. Also Cacturne can have Thunder Punch and Seed Bomb on the same set.

You could get most of those moves in Emerald for Miltank, Lickitung, and Volbeat, now they're just easier.

I doubt Mewtwo needs something SE to kill Darkrai, but keep in mind that he learns Aura Sphere, Brick Break, and Focus Punch, which he will likely carry for Blissey as well.

Jumpluff doesn't get anything. Really. ):
Kecleon gets Fury Cutter, Icy Wind, Thunderpunch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Trick, Knock Off and Sucker Punch.

Poor Jumpluff, hopefully the other tutors are kinder to it. Kecleon gets stuff he could already get plus Knock Off. :3

Okay, so later I'll rush to Snowpoint as fast as I can [even if most moves you can get there are kinda 'eh'].

Srsly, I like these changes. I suppose Gastro Acid works fine for Plume. He does have a STAB Sludge Bomb over Bella, who can't evenuse Leaf Blade perfectly with her tiny physical movepool.
