Seed Bomb Pachirisu makes sense, I HAVE been hit in the head by an acorn dropped by a squirrel from an oak tree before >_>
So in a literal standpoint you got Seed Bombed by a small tree-dwelling rodent. So Pokemon do exist in real life, just not as obivous as what you see on TV.

That reminds me of the guy on serebii who found "Caterpie". Sadly I bet it was the catipillar that caterpie is based off of :nerd:

I'd like to point out that Seed Bomb Pachirisu probably won't be very useful, since the little critter already gets Grass Knot. Then again, with this, lolphysical Pachirisu? Spark/Seed Bomb/???/??? lol.

Seriously though, with all this stuff, Game Freak's going to have a hard time topping this with the next "third game", I mean:

Yellow: All starters, Pikachu with voice and new moves learned (which is still the base for its learnset even now)

Crystal: Animations, first Battle Tower, new learnsets for stuff (Suicune and Eevee, the latter of which as of Crystal had THREE different learnsets: RB, Y and GS, and C), move tutor, play as a girl

Emerald: Animations return, breeding improvements, both weather ubers, more move tutors, Battle Frontier, out-of-battle ability effects, Gym rematches, Johto starters (for people without a Colosseum or XD), crappy RNG lol. (no new moves in learnsets, although FR/LG did that)

Platinum: We still don't know the full extent of what's in this one.

I'm sure I've missed some stuff, and I'd hate to have to try to outdo Platinum.

I always assumed that 4th gen would be the last. I'm starting to change my mind but then again. If they do plan on doing G/S/C re-make 5th gen would be delayed until what? 2010-2012. Meh.

Of course they do. Here's me and my Shedinja.

Hey, I will love nintendo if they bring back the Emerald RNG. 31 / 31 / 23 / 31 / 31 / 31 forever! xD

Yea. Go ahead and think that. Then try hitting it with an ice attack (put it in your freezer) and watch wonderguard in effect.

Also, what is this emerald rng 31/31/23/31/31/31 thing?

A freezer is slow effecting, Ice beam/Blizzard/Ice Punch are fast and forceful...

What about getting hit by punch? Will it survive that?Anything, etc.

Lol

And if you reset for the right timing you can get certain iv spreads. The above is one of them. Check ever grande forums for more info.

Why would Nintendo suddenly end one of their best selling franchises? They're as likely to axe Pokemon as they are Mario.

Wich is kind of sad in some way because most series especially the Mario one is getting milked to hell some of the games they make do not even make sense anymore... Mario super sluggers? Baseball with mario characters how original.

Platinum better have some sort of move tutor like emerald with the punch moves and what not so I can actually get some nice movesets going without having to spend ages upon ages in emerald.

Serebii updated.

I don't understand, are the eggs ours of does the game randomly generate them?

Wireless underground. BOO

Scratch cards seem pretty fun, but useless considering AR's and R4's control everything.

Yellow also had the strongest gym leaders and their pokemon set was (As far as I could tell at the time, being still fairly interested in it) largely based off of the events of the show.

Didn't they say before Underground is Wi-Fi compatible now ? >_> Well since they confirmed it only wireless.. man I was looking forward to play the Underground games with people over the net but w/e. The random egg thing can be utilized if you and your friend have leftover eggs or something.

NO to the RNG thing. I would like to see some more variety in the stuff I crank out, and if the Battle Frontier does indeed have an IV checking dude, I will try my hand at breeding in there. Getting the same thing over and over kinda gets frustrating after a while...

And I'm anti-Emerald tutor moves in Platinum, mainly because it will make the only reason to breed in Emerald will be to have stuff for both 3rd and 4th gen, instead of making the whole breeding in 3rd gen thing unique.

I don't think Nintendo cares about breeding, and 4th gen pokemon need tutor moves too so i'd say it's highly possible we'll have them (not saying we'll get all of them, but definitely some of them)

Even though bringing some Emerald-move tutors will upset some people, ele-punches will not only benefit none-Emerald breeders but also give 4th gen Pokes those moves and also can make some illegal movesets available like Ice Punch + Aqua Jet Azumarill or Poison Heal Thunder Punch Breloom.

Correct, but they don't HAVE to be the ones from the 3rd gen. It would be interesting to see some new moves other than the ones available in the past for one thing. Who knows? Nintendo doesn't have to follow the "make old TMs tutor moves" formula. I'd like to see some of the 4th gen only moves make their debut as tutors for one thing.

It was speculated that underground would be wifi. It was never confirmed until now.

The only good thing that I can think of from it would be spiritomb. Which is already breedable, so what good would come from it?
