i found that a pokemon Encored into a non attacking move does not struggle when taunted. i'm not sure if that is a bug or if that's how the game is suppose to be and PO was wrong about it.
 
In support of the above bug: being Encored into a Status move and then Taunted rightly causes Struggle to be your only option, but when I selected Struggle on Turn 4 it thinks I'm still using Acupressure.

Shadow Force is supposed to hit through Protect and Detect.

It will hit even if the foe has used Protect or Detect on the second turn and like Feint, lifts the effects of Protect or Detect for the remainder of the turn in a double battle.

This actually should have been the first bug I reported, since it's the first one I noticed. Hitting a Substitute with a recoil move should give the recoil. I couldn't find any source that verified what I thought was true, so I tested in-game with a wild double battle, and Flare Blitz on my ally's Substitute gave recoil.

Also, not sure if this has been reported, but if you run out of pps of a move you are locked into by a choice item you struggle for one turn, and then you are allowed to select a new move.
 
Used Rock Blast from Rampardos on a Sturdy Shedinja (Hackmons) and it only hit once, failing to KO. Didn't get a log, sorry.
 
Sturdy prevents Shedinja's HP from ever dropping from a direct attack, multi-hit moves would only work if it had >1 HP. That's not a bug.

Edit: Okay, so it IS a ghost/bug, but that doesn't count.
 
I noticed Autotomize's priority got fixed; here's the rest of them.

Yeah, so he timed out. I tried get out of the battle(The leave battle option was not there) and it said I rqed. It updated record twice. Then I went and did /rank
RandomBattle: 1754 (GXE:79) (W:5/L:0/T:1) it came up as a tie.

My opponent used Snatch the turn I used Substitute, but failed to Snatch the move (ie I got my Sub up, they did nothing). Prety sure Substitute is Snatchable (unless they changed it for Gen 5...)
 
For some reason when the attack read 100%, it kept Mienshao alive a 1% hp.
Inactive players will forfeit in 150 seconds. (requested by Strider)

The attack probably did 99.9% and the program rounded up.

Anyway, I was having a battle today and i had my hitmontop out against an enemy slowbro with, I used pursuit while he switched but his regenerator activated before pursuit. I asked on the server and 2 people said that is incorrect.
TLDR pursuit should work before regenerator
 
A few accuracy values are slightly off:

Code:
Poison Gas 90 ==> 80
Scary Face 90 ==> 100
Bone Rush  80 ==> 90
I also checked on moves that ignore an opponent's Substitute according to Veekun. I'm assuming Veekun is right about the list because they all had a special flag in the game code that was later discovered to belong to moves that ignore Substitute.

Moves that are blocked but shouldn't be:

Curse (used by a Ghost-type)
Defog (only the evasion drop should be blocked)
Grudge
Mimic (not implemented yet)
Sketch (not important...)

Moves that shouldn't be blocked but are unimplemented:

After You
Conversion 2
Miracle Eye
Odor Sleuth
Snatch

Also Helping Hand, but this is not testable nor important in singles.

While I was testing all the above, I noticed Attract lasts forever as long as the Attracted Pokemon stays in. The Attract user may switch out and the effect remains.

A Flash Fire boost should not be Baton Passed. It does not grant the immunity to Fire, however.

In the OP of this thread, it is mentioned that Pursuit used during a Baton Pass will result in a double damage Pursuit on the Baton Pass user. This is not what happens; faster users of Baton Pass will get away scot-free and the switch-in will be hit by 40BP Pursuit, while a slower Baton Pass user will be hit by 40BP Pursuit before switching out. I can't find this being confirmed in the new research thread, but it's how Baton Pass+Pursuit has worked since at least Gen 4. (mentioned under Pursuit)

I just skimmed through the recent changelog and everything looks good, but the description for Incinerate is misleading; Occa Berry does activate before being destroyed if the holder is weak to Fire.

Edit: More stuff.

Trapping moves work differently now; using Mean Look or similar and then Baton Passing out lets the target switch freely. This is working fine, however, using Mean Look and then having the target Baton Pass out will leave the new target trapped until the Mean Look user leaves the field. (source)
