Fake out on second turn

Turn 1
The foe's Ambipom used Payback!
[DEBUG] Payback NOT boosted.
[DEBUG] Technician boost.
[DEBUG] LO boost.
It's not very effective... Hariyama lost 11% of its health!
The foe's Ambipom is hurt by its life orb!
Hariyama used Substitute!
Hariyama made a substitute!
Turn 2
[DEBUG] before turn callback: FocusPunch.
Hariyama is tightening its focus!
The foe's Ambipom used Fake Out!
[DEBUG] Technician boost.
[DEBUG] LO boost.
A critical hit! Hariyama's substitute faded!
The foe's Ambipom is hurt by its life orb!
Hariyama used Focus Punch!
It's super-effective! A critical hit! The foe's Ambipom lost 80% of its health!
The foe's Ambipom fainted!

In support of the above bug, Fake Out always works on a Substitute for some reason, no matter how many turns the Fake Out user has been on the field. (but only works on the first turn otherwise)

I have 3 reports, don't know if they're really bugs, if they have been already reported, or if they're rules that are now allowed (so I apologize if this is the case). They are:

-Illegal movesets due to egg move incompatability are allowed. Ex.: Roserade with Spikes AND Sleep Powder.

-Not yet released Dream World abilities being used. Ex.: Suicune with Water Absorb.

-Illegal "moveset – Dream World ability" combination. Ex.: Venusaur with Giga Drain.

Thanks.

Substitute/Air Balloon

Turn 21
The foe's Ambipom used U-turn!
It's not very effective... Magneton's substitute took the damage!
[DEBUG] effect: U-turn.
Magneton's Air Balloon popped!
Bacon7 called Ambipom back!
Bacon7 sent out Swampert!
The foe's Swampert was badly poisoned!
Magneton used Thunderbolt!
[DEBUG] natural immunity.
It had no effect!
The foe's Swampert is hurt by poison!

Didn't break the sub, but still popped my balloon...

Dragonpants restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Dragonpants is hurt by its burn!
[DEBUG] shed skin.
Dragonpants un-burned itself! (??)

I'm fairly sure that if Shed Skin cures a burn or poison, it comes BEFORE damage. I EV train using a shed skin scrafty and it gets burned a lot so I remember this kind of thing.

Turn 4

Pkmn Master Blue called Rotom-W back!
Pkmn Master Blue sent out Toxicroak!
Blissey used Toxic!
[DEBUG] natural immunity.
[DEBUG] immune to status.
Blissey restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

somehow, when toxicroak with toxic orb switches in on pokemon using toxic, status immunity occurs... am i the first to notice it, or has it been noted? This is during a match between Zt and Pkmn Master Blue

Turn 21

[DEBUG] effect: U-turn.
Magneton's Air Balloon popped!
Bacon7 called Ambipom back!
Bacon7 sent out Swampert!
The foe's Swampert was badly poisoned!
Magneton used Thunderbolt!
[DEBUG] natural immunity.
It had no effect!
The foe's Swampert is hurt by poison!

Didn't break the sub, but still popped my balloon...

This is totally normal.

Turn 4

Pkmn Master Blue called Rotom-W back!
Pkmn Master Blue sent out Toxicroak!
Blissey used Toxic!
[DEBUG] natural immunity.
[DEBUG] immune to status.
Blissey restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Toxicroak is a Poison-type and therefore immune to being poisoned.

A weird bug, Kingdra, even when she was sleep was forced ito outrage but couldn't complete because of her sleep, and she was still confused because of the outrage just like if she completed it

Turn 15

The foe's Kingdra used Outrage!
Parasect lost 45% of its health!
Parasect used Spore!
The foe's Kingdra fell asleep!
Rain continues to fall!
Parasect's Dry Skin heals it!
Parasect restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Inactive players will forfeit in 150 seconds. (requested by Gerard)
The restart or kick was interrupted by activity.

Parasect used X-Scissor!
The foe's Kingdra lost 38% of its health!
Rain continues to fall!
Parasect's Dry Skin heals it!
Parasect restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Kingdra calmed down!
The foe's Kingdra became confused!

A sign keeps coming up that says:
You have been disconnected - possibly because the server was restarted

it comes up about every 30 seconds, and when i reconnect, it comes up about a minute later :|

Imanalt brought this to my attention; Final Gambit when used on an immunity, Protect/Detect, or just plain missing will kill the user anyway (not how it works), and this seems to be causing the remaining Pokemon counter to go crazy. I did notice the update earlier to how the counter works, but fixing this might be an easier and better solution.

Turn 1

Marty2 called Accelgor back!
Marty2 sent out Gengar!
The foe's Accelgor used Final Gambit!
[DEBUG] natural immunity.
It had no effect!
The foe's Accelgor fainted!
Marty2 won the battle!

The ability Damp is currently only stopping Aftermath damage and not Selfdestruct/Explosion from happening.

Turn 2

The foe's Golduck used Sleep Talk!
But it failed!
Drifblim used Explosion!
The foe's Golduck lost 70% of its health!
Drifblim fainted!
Marty2 sent out Golduck!

Turn 8

The foe's Golduck used Zen Headbutt!
Drifblim lost 12% of its health!
Drifblim fainted!
[DEBUG] damage event said zero.

Yea, this is how it actually works in game.

V4Victini said:

That's actually untrue. It is only confused if it is disrupted on what would have been the last turn of Outrage. If you have a 3 turn Outrage and are disrupted on turn 2 of Outrage, it is properly disrupted and you are not confused. Either way, the attack lock is ended upon disruption.

curse doesn't go through protect, detect, and substitute. http://www.smogon.com/bw/moves/curse

I already mentioned this in my post about moves that ignore Substitute, but neither version of Curse is blocked by Substitute. Since we're talking about Ghost-type Curse specifically, it's not blocked by Protect or Detect either. I couldn't find any source that specifically listed Ghost-type Curse as ignoring Protect/Detect, so I tested it myself in-game on a wild Level 1 Pineco which knew only Tackle and Protect. It used Protect, my Dusknoir used Curse and lost half its HP, and then Pineco lost 1/4 of its HP.

Turn 1

Marty2 called Alakazam back!
Marty2 sent out Dusknoir!
Dusknoir has Pressure. (placeholder)
The foe's Alakazam used Substitute!
The foe's Alakazam made a substitute!

Turn 2

The foe's Alakazam used Protect!
[DEBUG] sub bypass: self hit.
[DEBUG] Success chance: 100%.
The foe's Alakazam protected itself!
Dusknoir used Curse!
The foe's Alakazam protected itself from the attack!

Turn 3

The foe's Alakazam used Sleep Talk!
[DEBUG] sub bypass: self hit.
But it failed!
Dusknoir used Curse!
The foe's Alakazam's Substitute blocked Curse!

Just to point out: Smogon's pages on moves are not all 100% correct; several have been copy-pasted from Gen 4 or were wrong to begin with.

Edit: I just realized that you probably meant Curse should go through Protect/Detect and Substitute, but doesn't in the simulator. Sorry about that; Smogon does happen to be right about this situation.

Recoil Damage

Turn 2

The foe's Shieldon used Stone Edge!
It's not very effective... Ferrothorn lost 12% of its health!
Ferrothorn used Stealth Rock!
Pointed stones float in the air around YoMomma's team!
[DEBUG] effect: LeechSeed.
The foe's Shieldon is sapped by leech seed.

Shieldon didn't take any recoil damage from my barbs or helmet...

Despite being physical, Stone Edge isn't a contact move. So it doesn't trigger Iron Barbs or Rocky Helmet.

Turn 14

Nidoqueen used Earthquake!
[DEBUG] LO boost.
The foe's Kakuna lost 53% of its health!
Nidoqueen is hurt by its life orb!
The foe's Kakuna used Iron Defense!
The foe's Kakuna's Defense sharply rose!
The foe's Kakuna restored a little HP using its Black Sludge!
Turn 15

[DEBUG] Sheer Force boost.
Nidoqueen used Earth Power!
[DEBUG] LO boost.
The foe's Kakuna lost 29% of its health!
The foe's Kakuna fainted!
Haseo sent out Weezing!
[DEBUG] artificial immunity.
Pointed stones dug into the foe's Weezing!

Why does LO only damage me after one of the moves?

Turn 6

grumpybear called Suicune back!
grumpybear sent out Wormadam-G!
The foe's Wormadam-G is hurt by spikes!
Pikachu used Substitute!
Pikachu made a substitute!
Turn 7

Pikachu used Hidden Power!
It's super-effective! The foe's Wormadam-G lost 81% of its health!
The foe's Wormadam-G fainted!
grumpybear sent out Rampardos!
The foe's Rampardos is hurt by spikes!
Turn 8

[DEBUG] before turn callback: FocusPunch.
Pikachu is tightening its focus!
The foe's Rampardos used Natural Gift!
Pikachu lost 75% of its health!
Pikachu fainted!

That totally bypassed the Sub. Grr.

If your ability is Sheer Force and you use a move that Sheer Force affects, then Life Orb recoil does not happen.

In this case, the Sp. Def lowering chance of Earth Power was canceled and boosted by Sheer Force.

Posting to say that it just had me lose when I had a pokemon left. Basically he fainted my imposter Blissey while I had a pokemon with 88% left in the wings and it said I lost.

Torment is allowing a Choice-locked Pokemon to select another move after having used Struggle once. Sorry for yet another Choice item related issue!

Turn 8

Mamoswine used Sleep Talk!
But it failed!
The foe's Heatran used Torment!
Mamoswine is now tormented!

Turn 9

Mamoswine used Struggle!
The foe's Heatran lost 21% of its health!
Mamoswine lost 25% of its health!
The foe's Heatran used Sleep Talk!
But it failed!

Turn 10

Mamoswine used Ice Shard!
It's not very effective... The foe's Heatran lost 7% of its health!
The foe's Heatran used Sleep Talk!
But it failed!
Mamoswine's torment ended! ??
