More of an aesthetic thing than anything but still...
Tauros intimidates the foe's Drifblim!
The foe's Drifblim's Intimidate lowered its Attack!

I'm pretty sure that's how it's supposed to work...
This was about u-turn, don't know if it has been fixed, but if the attack hits an immunity (only applicable to shedinja really) it failes, just like volt switch when it hits a ground type, and the pokemon stays

Fixed.

Fun fact, though: Shedinja's Wonder Guard isn't an immunity.

Flying has an immunity to Ground, that's why Flying-types avoid Toxic Spikes.

Levitate grants an immunity to Ground, that's why Levitate users avoid Toxic Spikes.

Wonder Guard only negates Ground-typed move damage, that's why Shedinja dies to Toxic Spikes.

The private messages can sometimes be not private due to stupid typos. As I've experienced three times in the last two days, lol.

Counter still gives the "It had no effect!" message twice after failing.

Rough Skin still does damage to pokemon that hit their substitute. (My Rough Skin Garchomp used Substitute, and when a Glameow hit the sub, it took Rough Skin damage)

Another minor nitpick, but when protect is used and your opponent switches, it should fail.
For example, instead of saying this:
Turn 23
shnen2 called Lanturn back!
shnen2 sent out Moltres!
The foe's Shroomish usedProtect!
The foe's Shroomish protected itself!
Moltres restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Shroomish restored HP using its Poison Heal!
[DEBUG] damage event said zero

It should say this:
Turn 23
shnen2 called Lanturn back!
shnen2 sent out Moltres!
The foe's Shroomish usedProtect
But it Failed!
Moltres restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Shroomish restored HP using its Poison Heal!
[DEBUG] damage event said zero

Also, I don't know why the log has no space between used and protect, but that might be my fault

I think you saw this in chat, but my internet cut out so I'm posting here to be sure.

I used fire blast on an opponent's pokemon that was frozen. They didn't thaw out (and fire blast didn't miss). If you look at "Descriptions of common effects" on http://upokecenter.dreamhosters.com/games/bw/guides/explanations.php
you can see that this is incorrect.

Thanks for an excellent program!

Edit: Also, my opponent's refresh didn't rid his latias of paralysis.

Disable has no effect at all.

EDIT: Espeon's backsprite does not appear at all.
Magneton and Tentacruel's backsprites are not animated.
In case you're making a list...

I was unable to switch out after Wynaut had been killed and a new pokemon was brought in. It believed Shadow Tag was still in effect.

When an item is tricked, It still shows it's old item.
Sometimes the number's are wrong. ( Example Leech seed took 13% instead of 12% )

Sometimes the number's are wrong. ( Example Leech seed took 13% instead of 12% )
Leech seed deals damage equal to 1/8 (i.e. 12.5%) of the target's max HP rounded down to the nearest integer. Therefore, if the target's max HP is divisible by 8, the damage dealt will be exactly 12.5%, which is rounded up and displayed as 13%. However, if the target's max HP is not divisible by 8, the damage dealt will be slightly less than 12.5% and thus rounded down and displayed as 12%.

I think something is wrong with U-turn, but I have a feeling you may have already gotten a report on this.

The foe's Genesect lost 90% of its health!
Horsea is hurt by its life orb!

Stack overflow detected.
BATTLE CRASHED.
Tie between huggye and Pidge!
[DEBUG] Hacking detected, pokemondoesntexist not allowed; forcing BugBuzz.
Also, I was in a battle in which my Gastrodon was frozen and the same turn it used Scald, but Scald didn't defrost it. Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Fusion Flare, and Sacred Fire also defrost the user (and damaging fire attacks used by an opponent also defrost it).

Magic Coat doesn't reflect Encore like it should.

Kecleon used Magic Coat!
Kecleon shrouded itself with Magic Coat!
The foe's Shuckle used Encore!
Kecleon received an encore!
The sunlight is strong!
The foe's Shuckle restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Shuckle is hurt by poison!

I have found that you cant abuse Jirachi's flinch hax, it may just be bad luck but only 1 in 7 of its iron head actually made it flinch when normally for me 6/7 do. But again it may just be my bad luck
