Fate, your art has always shown character, but now it has more... personality. You get to know the art, rather than just looking at it. Maybe it's always been that way, but looking at the OP, I just started noticing it.

Anyway, you got a pretty awesome CAP design, and a new trollface to boot. Your front page art I don't think is your best, but it's just different is all! And my mom taught me as a wee lad that it's ok to be different. So yeah, those are high quality, I'm just not used to them yet, I guess.

I do think you could use some darker shadows though. Protip: Don't re-draw, use Brightness/Contrast or Levels adjustment (though I'm guessing you already know about these, just saying in case).
