Not open for further replies.
Maxim, rickheg, Terrador, Fire Blast, Athenodoros, deadfox081, Metal Bagon, TheWolfe, rewindman, Temperantia, danmantincan, DarthVader317, pimpgangster, Rising_Dusk, Flora, Dogfish44, Lyris1035 and LightWolf are all APPROVED.

Gerard: Everything is approved but purchasing Water Pulse on Meowth. Water Pulse is a fourth Gen TM, an as such costs 3 MC, not 2. NOT APPROVED.

Ragnarokalex, jas61292, TEA_DEMON: I'm not quite sure what to do here. For any battles that are larges than triples, actions are supposed to be sent by PM to refs. Your battle didn't follow this rule, and as such, I can't approve you. You have to talk to Flora or Deck, as they have authority in this instance, not me. If they BOTH say that this battle was legit in spite of this broken rule, re-post your rewards and they will be approved then. For now, NOT APPROVED.

Metal Bagon: Murkrow should have 90 HP, not 100, as its base stat is 60. Fix this please.

23+8=3 AC and five leftover

Claiming 3 TC and 6 KOC from this Battle Hall run for Blitzkrieg:
http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3683085&postcount=31

Using 2 KOC as EC, and 4 as MC, out of which I use 3 on the Tutor Move Signal Beam. Reaching 4 EC I also evolve Blitzkrieg into Magneton, getting Tri Attack.

82.png

Magneton [Blitzkrieg] (Genderless)

Nature: Quiet (+SpA -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)

Type:

Electric: Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.
Steel: Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, can be magnetized. Superior senses in high-metal environments like construction sites or factories.

Abilities:

Magnet Pull: (Can be Activated) This Pokemon has the ability to generate a magnetic field that can attract or repulse Steel-type Pokemon. When attracted by Magnet Pull, Steel-types cannot move out of the immediate proximity without great difficulty, and can be pulled along by the Magnet Pull Pokemon. When repulsed, the Steel type is thrust violently away and contact attacks have immense difficulty striking the Magnet Pull Pokemon. The effect of both commands lasts for the following three (3) actions. Steel types cannot switch out in a Switch=OK battle while a Pokemon with Magnet Pull is on the field without the use of Baton Pass, U-turn, or Volt Switch.
Sturdy: (Innate) This Pokemon’s body is solidly constructed, reducing the Base Attack Power from an opponents incoming attacks by one (1). The effect is amplified on OHKO Moves, which are reduced by ten (10) Base Attack Power.

also claiming from here:
TEA_DEMON: 2 TC
  • Agalloch the SKORUPI: 1 EC, 1 MC, 1 DC
  • Vanden the VENONAT: 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC, 2 KOC
  • Khuda the LILEEP: 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC, 1 KOC

Floraedit: I'm aware of the ruling, but I'm granting Ragnarokalex his claim because there are people like him that are totally unaware of such a ruling and I really don't think they should be penalized for not knowing. If it happens twice in a row, then I'd penalize. Once, however, doesn't suit penalization.
this applies to me too so i do get my 12 ref tokens, taking me to 52.

8 more ref tokens from here, so a total of 60 now.

This Pokemon’s natural cuteness causes Pokemon of the opposite gender in the same egg group to be attracted to it 30% of the time after striking with a contact move.

Technician: (Innate)
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects.

Skill Link: (DW Locked) (Innate)

With his 5 MC, I shall award it's efforts with Tri Attack (1 MC: Level Up), Magnet Rise (1MC: Level Up), and Signal Beam (3MC: Gen 4 Move Tutor).
Magneton(*)
iaza19059575002300.gif
Electronica (U)

Nature: Timid (+15% Speed and provides a flat 7.8% accuracy boost on all attacks, -1 Rank to Attack)
Type: Electric/Steel
Electric: Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain.
Steel: Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Bomb, can be magnetized.

Sturdy: (Innate) This Pokemon’s body is solidly constructed, reducing damage from an opponents attacks by one (1) damage. The effect is amplified on OHKO Moves, which are reduced by ten (10) damage.
Analytic: (DreamWorld LOCKED): If this Pokemon attacks second during an action, its attacks have two (2) more Base Attack Power.

oh my god I completely forgot about this match

Ok here's the deal; Lou forfeits.

Each person gets 2 TC.

Nidoking: 3 MC
Larvesta: 1 EC/2 MC/1 DC

I claim 1 RC for reffing the first two rounds.

Give me a moment, I'm going to make sure I haven't claimed this already.

e: Wow, never. Alright, let's see what I can do with my newfound tax audit:

Larvesta gains 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 DC. She uses the 2 MC to purchase Flare Blitz and Bug Buzz.

636.png

Larvesta (Female) - Empress
Nature: Bold (Def: +1, Atk: -1)
Type: Bug / Fire
Bug Type - Bug STAB; More mobility in dense brush or forest conditions. Gain an extra guaranteed attack on multi-hit moves.
Fire Type - Fire STAB; immune to burn, 50% reduction in freeze chance, emit a low glow in dark places, takes additional damage if active open flames are exposed to a water attack. Superior senses in volcanic or brushfire areas.

Abilities:
Flame Body - (Innate) This Pokemon’s external temperature is kept at such a high level that any contact attack used on this Pokemon has a 30% chance of burning the opponent.
0 -
(DW) Swarm - (Dormant) - (Innate) When this Pokemon’s HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2. (eg Silver Wind goes from 6 to 8, X-Scissor from 8 to 10)

Stats:

Atk: Rank 2 (-)
Def: Rank 3 (+)
SpA: Rank 2

Attacks:

Level-Up Moves - Ember, String Shot, Leech Life, Take Down, Bug Buzz, Flare Blitz
Egg Moves - Morning Sun, Magnet Rise, Harden
BW TM Moves - Will-O-Wisp, Sunny Day, Light Screen

A rigid follower and enforcer of rules, Larvesta has little tolerance for those who are lazy or disruptive of order. A stringent believer in picking one's battles, she does not attack until all due preperations and ceremonies have been completed; only when all appropriate wards and safegaurds are up and fortified will Larvesta begin her offensive.

I'll use the 2 TC to acquire Pumyra the Scratchet.

ScratchetF.png

Scratchet (Female) - Pumyra
Nature: Modest (SpA: +1, Atk: -1)
Type: Normal / Fighting
Normal Type - Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.
Fighting Type - Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities:
Scrappy - (Innate) This Pokemon’s Normal and Fighting attacks carry a special signature that can damage Ghosts, even if they have phased out.
Prankster - (Innate) The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.
(DW) Vital Spirit - (Dormant) - (Innate) This Pokemon has a high vitality and alertness making it immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. Its normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action.

Observant and withdrawn, Scratchet watches the interactions rather than interacting herself. Her moves are often calculated to have long-lasting effects - no need for unnecessary waste on something that only lasts for the moment.

Claiming from the Battle Subway and Fire Blast vs. Terrador.

Gonna claim 6 RC from this Fight

and 4 more RC from subreffing this fight
Gonna just stockpile em all for now.

Also on my previous claim, I talked to Flora and she said it was fine, and i didnt hear anything from Deck. And i still havent gotten an answer from anybody about where this ruling is coming from, ive combed the battle tower, data audit thread, and referee training grounds and I havent seen any kind of ruling on brawl battles like this at all, let alone any rulings saying u need to PM actions to the Ref, so could someone link me this ruling so i can finally find it and stop feeling blind.

EDIT: Thanks Flora!!
