Boreas the Shellder gets 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC and 1 KOC

The KOC goes into EC and Boreas evolves. In addition, since Business Tokens have been consolidated as universal, I will use my 2 Dojo Tokens from a long-ass time ago as 1 DC and 1 MC.

With its MC, Shellder/Cloyster gets Spikes (LU), Brine (LU [Shellder]), and Hidden Power (Electric, 7). Also, Spike cannon and Toxic Spikes are added automatically upon evolution.
