Each of your Pokémon gain 2 EC/4 MC/2 DC (or 6 MC they are fully evolved and have unlocked/don't have a Dream World ability). Both of you get 4 CC, 3 VC and 8 KO counters to distribute freely among your participating Pokemon. Don't forget to claim the rewards for your achievement as well.
