I fought this battle, and lost.

My riolu gains 1 EC (total 2/6), 1 DC (total 2/5), 2 MC and 1 KOC, which I will add to my MC (total 4) to purchase the egg move Circle Throw. This leaves him with 1 MC.

My togepi gains 1 EC (total 2/9), 1 DC (total 2/5), 2 MC and 1 KOC which I will add to my MC (total 3) to purchase the 4th gen tutor move Heal Bell. This leaves him with no MC.

TRG: not approved. As far as I can see, Snivy should be at 3/4/2, and so would not evolve.

Maxim, Ursaring should have one extra MC: 7 + 3 = 10. You also get an extra UC. Otherwise approved.

The Wanderer, Nohface should have an accuracy boost of 5%, the minimum. Also, its level up moves are wrong - they were transferred incorrectly to where you got them. It should not get Tackle or Leer. Otherwise approved.

Queen of Hearts the Dragonair gets 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC and 2 KOC. The KOC will go into her MC, bringing her EC to 9/9, her MC to 4 and her DC to 2/5. This means Queen of Hearts evolves into Dragonite and, upon evolution, gains the moves Fire Punch, ThunderPunch and Roost. I'll take all the items gains/losses. I'm actually going to ditch Roggenrola, as I don't see a use for it whatsoever. As for the rewards, I'll go straight down the list. Togekiss gets HP Ice (2), Psyshock (2), Defog (3), Heal Bell (3) and Heat Wave (3) with 12 MC+1KO. Infernape gets Heat Wave and Gunk Shot, both 3 MC, with its 6 MC. Slowking gets Protect, Fire Blast and Teleport with 2+2+3=6 MC+1KO. Weavile gets Beat Up, Ice Shard, and Protect (1+1+2=4) and stores the 2 DC. Vanilluxe stores all counters. Regice unlocks its Dream Ability, converts 4 KO into MC for a total of 9 MC; with those, Regice gets Counter, Protect, Focus Blast and Hidden Power Ground.
