Massive heart failure at the age of 29...seriously. RIP but it's clear that he brought this on himself through drug abuse.

At first I was thinking 'SummerFest' looks ass, but I can see it not being too bad.

Kane will retain his World Title, but probably not through a victory. I expect an interruption from The Undertaker and the match will end in a No Contest. It will be Kane who attacked The Undertaker, I thought this as soon as Kane won MitB, or maybe a little before then. I'm expecting some kind of Casket Match at Night of Champions between Kane and The Undertaker, followed by a rematch at Hell in a Cell where 'Taker defeats Kane for the World Title.

Sheamus beats Randy Orton somehow, just because he hasn't had the title very long. The Miz may well cash in, but he'll fail to win the title.

My shot at Khali's replacement is probably Vince McMahon, as he was attacked by the Nexus as well. Although it could also be Evan Bourne (who seemed the most likely at first) or maybe Daniel Bryan (former NXT star), though there's been no talk of him signing a new contract. Triple H is another possibility, but his return would seem a little soon. The Miz is also another shout, because they may not want him to cash in just yet.

Also, this is my other expected occurrence. It's so ridiculous that it will probably happen, so here it goes. John Cena (yes, John Cena) will heel turn on Team WWE and join the Nexus at SummerSlam.

This can allow a few things to happen. Randy Orton (after losing to Sheamus) is no longer allowed a Title Shot - which allows him to become leader of Team WWE. Triple H is then free to return to face Sheamus for the World Title at Night of Champions maybe. We'll probably find out who the General Manager of Raw is, and if it's the 'too obvious for it to be him' Stone Cold, he could join Team WWE as well to make it 8vs8 at some point.

I haven't watched Smackdown since it moved channels, so I don't have much input on this match. But yeah, I expect the Undertaker to appear.

I'm sort of 50/50 on this one. They've both been on a mean streak lately. But yeah, Sheamus will likely win somehow. And without a doubt Miz will show up and cash in Money in the Bank, but I half expect Triple H to show up, Miz run out of the ring and Pedigree a beaten up Sheamus.

Agreed with Vince McMahon, but I think they'll be aiming to recruit a big-shot superstar, so I don't think Evan Bourne will be in the match. If Triple H appears it will most likely be to kick Sheamus's ass, not join Team WWE out of the blue to beat Nexus. Miz will most likely be their first choice, but somehow after seeing what went down on NXT I don't see it happening. It's mostly because he'd be in no shape to cash in his contract if he does join (in the scenario in which WWE vs Nexus match will be before Sheamus vs Orton). Bryan Danielson (aka Daniel Bryan) won't show up because he's been wrestling for other companies since he defected Nexus (check Wiki).

This won't happen. John Cena is basically a puppet to the WWE Universe, so he'll do anything to have the fans on his side. Naturally, joining the enemy would be uncharacteristic.

I must be missing something. How will it be 8v8 when Nexus is currently 7?
Comments in bold. And lol at Chris Jericho being an announcer. xP

RIP Lance Cade.

I meant if Cena joins Nexus, it'd have to be an 8on8 match next time. I can just see Cena doing a 'Stone Cold', much like what happened in the Invasion story line, with Team WWE vs Team WCW/ECW.

Cena may be the hero of the WWE right now, but I'd love to see him go heel.

It just seems a little silly if they're to end the whole Nexus angle at this point. It's got the potential to go on much further, and if Nexus lose, this won't happen. They have to win, and they're only going to win via someone from Team WWE defecting. Chris Jericho could be the one to do this, though.

It is still very entertaining to watch/speculate, and even though it can be quite predictable, WWE still takes me for a shock and is all in all great entertainment.

Keep your useless banter out of this thread.

I personally would love to see John Cena fall, but in the form of him and his team getting their asses kicked by Nexus. If they lose, Nexus will continue being rampant. The blame would be on Cena for not being able to stop them with his team. Of course, that's not gonna stop Cena from being predictable, showing up on RAW, challenging Nexus again, then saying yelling "I will not give up".

I really don't want to see Nexus end yet. I mean the entire group is still fairly fresh, so seeing it end so soon would be a bit sad. They're an extremely dominant force, too, so I don't think they'll be stopped so easily.

Honestly, I think Edge and Chris Jerichio are the two most likely to defect. I mean they only re-joined because they were caught up in the moment.

Yeah I know the beauty of not reading internet stories to ruin your fun :P. I have seriously never marked out as much as I did when I saw him come out lol.

what exactly would the other 4 guys do if they werent in this title match...?

also wade vs sheamus wont carry a ppv as main event, they both benefit from having 4 experienced stars - heel vs heel is never a good draw and we still dont know how over barrett will be as a main eventer (even tho its clear to most of us he is being pushed into it right now)

I think that's the only reason this 6-pack was devised. One of John Cena or Randy Orton not in the main event? WWE madness.

They could've made it a triple threat with Cena or Orton. I would've liked to see Cena v. Barrett v. Sheamus, with Edge and Randy Orton continuing that program Edge started when he was drafted to RAW. Chris Jericho could've worked wonders with Evan Bourne, but that was put to a swift end as well.

you cant do edge/orton or jericho/bourne, noc is where every title has to be defended

Speaking of which, I think it's about time Evan Bourne got a title shot and actually won. Even though it's possible that with Barrett getting a WWE title opportunity, other members of the Nexus get a United States/Tag Team Title shot, but I think they must just be there to aid Barrett for his match. Though having members of the Nexus as WWE Tag Champs would let them go to SmackDown, which wouldn't really bother me since SmackDown has been boring me lately.

skip/otunga are number 1 contenders for the tag titles from a house show or something, but with skip out with a broken leg, they might go back to usos or probably just replace skip with tarver

Why would it suck? I haven't been keeping up lately but anybody who knows wrestling knows that 'kaval' is one of the best performers in the entire business and has been for many years.
