alright. well we cant help what/who we are attracted to, so i hold nothing against you nor can i do any type of judging. Oglemi you're still a pretty cool guy; i can still say this despite the fact that our interactions have been very little so far :).

Do you have any advice for people that are looking to contribute but haven't yet? C&C is a daunting place, it took me a long time before I felt I was ready to help out there outside of quality control.

Have at least a decent grasp of competitive Pokemon or a decent grasp of English. If just competitive, you can help others with their sets and might wind up on QC. If English is your thing, you can quickly find yourself on GP. If both, hi, we're always looking for contributors, welcome the fuck on board!
Lurk, and I don't just mean OU in Smogon Metagames. Check out the various parts of the forums, and when you find one that appeals to you, scope it out a bit. When you think you have a feel for it, start posting. If you actually know what you're talking about, and you understand how things work in that forum, you'll get noticed fast.
That's a rough one, man. I know a lot of solid users that have yet to hit their mark. I have a few eager OI buddies that I've got my eye on (you kids know who you are) that I think have been improving and doing quite well for themselves. I won't name names, but it's probably one of them :3
RU, baby!
I did for a while, before BW2. Actually, most of the analyses I wrote were NU :3
But, I think RU has a certain nifty balance to it that I just really dig. NU is probably my second favorite tier, though ^.^

also i forgot to say this oglemi, but a "7 leaning towards 8" is more than what i was expecting. the number i had in mind was around a 6, 7 AT BEST. I guess my confidence levels haven't caught up and my mind-set is still pretty much the same at my core.

2. Ok so what happened to Gardevoir? Wasn't that your clear favorite Pokemon at one point? Also your Simisear responses cracked me up. That pose XD
3. Do yourself staying on Smogon for a few more years? What about IRC?
4. Arceus descends from the heavens and offers to make you a PRO in ONE Pokemon tier (like the best player in said tier). Which would you choose?

- I was browsing Reddit yesterday, and someone (most likely a girl) posted a gif that made all the women and straight men agree that this gif was hot. What are your thought on :
- What is your opinion of the current RU Metagame ? Back in BW1, I used to picture it as a metagame where Stall was dominant and in fact the best playstyle thanks to a lot of great wall and more important, a large amount of good Ghost type (while the Spinner were pretty meh).
- What do you think of the changes brought by BW 2 (and the tier shift) to RU ? I tend to think Stall is now harder thanks to Nidoqueen and Moltres being way more dangerous than before.
- What is your opinion of the RU Community and the RU Player Base ? I don't want to be rude or condescending at all but there was no RU dedicaced player in the last RU Tournament and I remember some player kinda raging because of that. I guess Omicron winning the Yin-Yang is pretty cool since a RU dedicaced player (finally ?) won a Tournament featuring standard metagame games.
