Rate my nats team!!!!!!

So I thought I would take a jab at this!

Anyways, seems like a solid enough team, but I don't really get the point of Choice Scarf on Abomasnow in this meta when you can just kill Dragon-types anyways with a Focus Sash set on Abomasnow, which allows you to both switch moves and run Protect. Pretty useful against mons like Gastrodon and some other bulky Waters who can give this team a bit of trouble. HP Fire is kinda redundant anyways, since you can't KO the standard spread while an unboosted Bullet Punch has a good chance to KO you; that's what Zapdos is for!

Abomasnow @ Focus Sash | Quiet Nature
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Blizzard / Ice Shard / Giga Drain / Protect

Aside from that, I can only see some minor changes that could help this team. You could try Thunderbolt over Psychic. Psychic's main targets are really just Fighting-types, and you can get away with just flat-out KOing them with Draco Meteor, and you don't have to worry too much about Hitmontop Sucker Punching you since you'll still have Substitute on it! Hope this rate helped man, and GL!

Sub, well in the regionals, help me protect from status conditions(most likely thunder wave) for a few turns. I will try both sash aboma and scarf aboma, we will see who's better. I will also test thunderbolt on latios to see if it's better.

Depends really; if you need the priority for faster stuff then that's cool but Ice Punch can also be used if you really really want to kill some Dragon-types and at least do damage to Thundurus and other Flying-types :P

Maybe not ice punch then, because I already have two pokemon that can actually kill dragons. I do need speed priority. I will keep bullet punch.

Focus sash works really well on Mamoswine and allows you to get one to two guaranteed hits off. (With Icicle Crash and Ice shard) It almost always results in something dying.

This team looks pretty solid. The only thing that could possibly be changed is Zapdos's EV spread. You could forgo some attack or speed to invest in a little more bulk. The bulk could help take a few more hits, but if the current spread is already good for you, you don't have to change it at all.

Ok, I will test that.

Still, does anyone have an idea of replacing abomasnow.

A hitmontop would be good right? Also, since I will be having a fake out user, any suggestions on replacing quick guard (or should I keep it).

How does Weavile sound for replacing Abomasnow?

Weavile @ Expert belt
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Fake Out
~ Ice Punch / Ice Shard
~ Night Slash
~ Low Kick

  • Fake Out + Ice Punch vs. 4/0 Yache Berry Garchomp 95.7% - 114.1%
  • Fake Out + Ice Punch vs. 140/0 Zapdos 106.01 - 126.23%
  • Fake Out + Low Kick vs. 4/0 Heatran 95.21 - 113.77%
  • Ice Punch vs. 4/0 Thundurus 127.74% - 150.97%
  • Night Slash vs. 4/0 Latios 102.6% - 124.4%
  • Low Kick vs. 252/0 Tyranitar 139.13% - 164.25%

He would give you a fast Ice abuser as well as fake-out. Not to mention Low kick and Night Slash for great coverage. Ice and Dark also stabbed, allowing you to hit walls for a lot of damage.

If you're looking to replace Hitmontop, what are you hoping to use in it's place? (i.e. another Fake Out Pokemon or?) I understand your individual choices, but how do all these Pokemon work together? Has your team been handling threats well? We can't really help your team unless we know more about what's working and what's not and what you want this team to do. Not sure why you keep bumping when you only asked about a change once, people will post eventually.

Was I bumping too much? Sorry about that. I don't really need another fake out user, since it doesn't work well with this team. I have been handling threats pretty good, it just that hitmontop is the only one that isn't handling any threats. Ok, I thought three sets of these pokemon, and btw mesprit has been replaced by milotic.

Magmortar item: life orb
nature: modest
ability: flame body
evs: 140 hp, 252 sp. atk,116 spd
moves:
Flamethrower
thunderbolt
hp grass
protect

I can't really get heat wave, since shii didn't teach it. Flamethrower is just for abomas and ferrothorns (and other threats that is weak to it). Thunderbolt lets me handle water types that might ohko him. Hp grass is for gatrodons and rotom-w.

Milotic item: leftovers
nature: modest
ability: marvel scale
evs: 252 hp, 140 sp. atk, 116 spd
moves:
hydro pump
safeguard
ice beam
toxic/ protect

Hydro pump lets me gain access to killing volcoronas and chans. Safeguard is for protecting from common status condition, such as thunder wave. Ice beam is for garchomps and the others that is weak to it. Toxic is for poisoning pokemon. The other option is protect.

Rotom-W item: sitrus berry or choice scarf
nature: modest
ability: levitate
evs: 252 hp, 252 sp. atk, 4 spd
moves:
hydro pump
protect/ trick/ tw
thunderbolt
hp fire

Hydro pump lets me kill main threats, such chans and volcs. I can have three options, one is protect which is for protecting from other attacks. The second is trick, which lets me lock the moves with choice scarf. The third is thunder wave, lets me paralyze pokemon of course. Thunderbolt is for foes that is weak to it. Hp fire lets me handle abomas and ferrothorns.

Rotom-W is the best one you listed. With Sitrus and protect. Water gem is also an option, grabbing you ohko's.

Though I'd run Hp grass over Hp fire, to deal with Gastro and other Rotom-w.

I would run hp grass on him, but then how would I handle abomasnows and ferrothorns. Btw, I have no problems with gastrodons, since latios can take it down easy.
