Pet Mod Regional Evolutions (Concluded for Generation 8)

G-Luke's Johtonian Seviper line
G-Luke's Johtonian Zangoose line
My Hoennian Helioptile line
My Unovan Delibird line
aaronarium's Unovan Clamperl line
transwiththeplans' Unovan Falinks

Bruh nobody likes my submissions lolol
Bro, I'd vote your Koffing line, but that abiity is just very risky considering it can stack with Sunny Day (imagine a Flare Blitz or an Overheat boosted by 80%). I'd rather increase the burning chance of Fire and Water moves to stay in line with the nature of geysers, or something like that. Fire type has already very strong BP moves, so it doesn't need raw power. Why don't you make them summon Sea of Fire like Fire+Grass Pledge? We already have it coded inside Fire Pledge.

The sudden surge of much higher vote counts than the last time was really surprising! I definitely going to stop voting now, as the fates seems to be well sealed!

1st place winners with an impressive amount of eight votes are G-Luke's Johtonian Seviper line and Johtonian Zangoose line, but also my Kalosian Luvdisc line. Funny thing is, the base Pokémon were all single-staged Gen 3 Pokémon!

2nd place are Falchion's Alolan Wingull line and transwiththeplans' Alolan Falinks line, with five votes each. Alolan Falinks' BST will be fixed to match Galarian Falinks' BST.

The sole 3rd place who barely made it with four votes is Twigert's Unovan Farfetch'd line.

Twigert's Unovan Farfetch’d line 4
Twigert's Galarian Magmar line 2
G-Luke’s Johtonian Seviper line 8
G-Luke’s Johtonian Zangoose line 8

ImperialGamer’s Alolan Koffing line 2
Falchion's Alolan Wingull line 5
transwiththeplans' Alolan Falinks line 5
Samtendo09's Kalosian Luvdisc line 8

transwiththeplans' Sizzilpede-Sinnoh line 2
aaronarium's Unovan Clamperl lines 3
Stitch98's Unovan Delibird line 2
ImperialGamer's Kalosian Ralts Line 1
RODG's Unovan Greedent Line 1
Stitch98’s Hoennian Helioptile line 3

With that, we are returning to the submission phase.

Wow, I'm on a roll with ideas recently. I'm surprised.

Although-
Alolan Falinks' BST will be fixed to match Galarian Falinks' BST.
The stats on Alolan Falinks weren't incidental. I took their normal stats, divided them by six and then multiplied them by four, since that's how many there are now.

Pokemon do not have vastly different stats from their base form, in terms of numericals. And they always have the same BST.

kricketot-f.png
skitty.png

Pokémon: Hoennian Kricketot
New Typing: Bug / Dark
New Abilities: Pure Power | Immunity
New Stats: 37/40/56/15/31/15
New Moves: Pursuit, Bite [+2]
Removed Moves: Snore, Uproar, Endeavor [-3]
Flavor/Design: Their dark, cloak-like carapace and sharp snaggletooth earned them the nickname “vampire crickets”. Although they don’t actually drink blood or avoid sunlight, Hoennian Kricketot are still infamous pests with their painful bite and quiet, skulking demeanor. Luckily, they tend to stick around the fittingly gloomy Mt. Pyre, so only mourners, safarigoers, and stragglers from Lilycove really have to worry about them.

Height: 8 in.
Weight: 2.2 lbs.

Pokémon: Cicadoom [cicada + doom]
Evolution Method: Dusk Stone
New Typing: Bug / Dark
New Abilities: Pure Power | Symbiosis
New Stats: 77/90/101/40/41/35
New Moves: Hoennian Kricketot + Sucker Punch, Close Combat, Gyro Ball, Spite, First Impression, Dual Chop, Needle Arm, Curse [+10]
Removed Moves: Sticky Web, Hyper Voice, Heal Bell, Echoed Voice, Round, Screech, Sing [-10]
Flavor/Design: It associates strongly with Pokémon like Shedinja and Dusclops. Their relationship is a symbiotic one— the cohort devours the soul of their prey, leaving the body behind for Cicadoom to consume at its leisure. In return, Cicadoom track down the prey and defend their ghostly companion from competition. Their savage, tenacious disposition and large scythe of a claw was said to have inspired legends of Cicadoom being emissaries of death.

Height: 3 ft. 4 in.
Weight: 54.4 lbs.

Competitively, it makes great use of Pure Power with numerous usable move options. However, its poor speed, flawed Special Defensiveness, and mediocre type prevent it from dominating.
Pokémon: Sinnoan Skitty
New Typing: Ghost / Normal
New Abilities: Levitate | Aftermath
New Stats: 50/45/20/35/45/65 (-25 Def, +10 SpD, +15 Spe)
New Moves: Poltergeist, Switcheroo, Endeavor, Quick Attack [+4]
Removed Moves: Wake-Up Slap, Solar Beam, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Captivate, Water Pulse, Mud Bomb, Grass Knot, Thunder Wave, Double-Edge, Charge Beam, Fake Out, Play Rough [-15]
Flavor/Design: Before the Old Chateau was abandoned, the masters of the land were said to have numerous fancy cats as pets. Skitty from Sinnoh are said to be those cat’s descendants— or perhaps their spirits…

Height: 2 ft 4 in.
Weight: 17.1 lbs.

Pokémon: Spurrit [spirit + “purr”; a cat onomonopia]
Evolution Method: High friendship at night
New Typing: Ghost / Normal
New Abilities: Levitate | Aftermath
New Stats: 65/80/40/60/40/115
New Moves: Sinnoan Skitty + Strength Sap, Spirit Break, Obstruct, Topsy Turvy, Parting Shot, Destiny Bond, Encore, Disable, Taunt [+13]
Flavor/Design: It is known for its stalking behavior, where it follows other people and Pokémon for days without stopping.
To this end, it can walk on walls, phase through objects, and disappear. Alongside Liepard, this lithe and stealthy behavior leads it to be a popular choice of Pokémon for thieves, espions, and other ne'er-do-wells. Does it follow others to hunt them? Maybe it desires companionship, or something else entirely? No one knows…

Height: 4 ft 3 in.
Weight: 34.5 lbs.

It trades Delcatty’s attacking movepool for amazing support options. Though its typing and abilities are irrefutably better, it’s encumbered by its horrifying bulk and limited offense options.
Even though Delcatty and Kricketune are prime candidates to recieve new stage evolutions, I wanted to challenge myself and see if I could make viable replacement evolutions instead without changing the BST or having a needlessly bloated movepool.

Bubble Guru
Pokémon: Alolan Darumaka
New Typing:

New Abilities: Water Bubble | Inner Focus
New Stats: 70 HP / 60 Atk / 25 Def / 25 SpA / 25 SpD / 50 Spe [BST: 315]
Removed Moves: Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Fire Punch, Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Sunny Day, Will-O-Wisp
[Loses 14]
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Brine, Bubble Beam, Dive, Life Dew, Liquidation, Muddy Water, Rain Dance, Scald, Soak, Surf, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Whirlpool [Gains 16]
Flavor/Design: Once relocating to the tropical islands of Alola, Darmanitan found themselves in a predicament - food was pretty scarce. While enough plants existed near the beaches where it resided, Darumaka just couldn't adequately hunt prey to get protein. Ratattas lived at night, Raichus were too fast and Mudsdale was infallible. So, Darm turned to the one place were it could get easy food and have little competition. It went to the seas. Adapting the water typing, Darumaka's flame sac repurposed itself as a swim bladder, and Darus and Darms would mentally manipulate water to form a thick and resilient bubble so they had oxygen while they did deep dives to hunt. Darumaka has the same body plan as its base form, but also is inside a blue water bubble. It is baby blue in colour, and its chest sports teo water drop shaped marks.

Pokémon: Alolan Darmanitan
New Typing:

New Abilities: Water Bubble | Inner Focus
New Stats: 105 HP / 100 Atk / 65 Def / 50 SpA / 65 SpD / 95 Spe [BST: 480]
Removed Moves: Same as Alolan Darumaka + Burning Jealousy, Mystical Fire
New Moves: Same as Alolan Darumaka + Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Punch
Flavor/Design: Once relocating to the tropical islands of Alola, Darmanitan found themselves in a predicament - food was pretty scarce. Adapting the water typing, Darumaka's flame sac repurposed itself as a swim bladder, and Darus and Darms would mentally manipulate water to form a thick and resilient bubble so they had oxygen while they did deep dives to hunt. Alolan Darmanitan have the same body plan, with the notable feature changes that its alolan prevo exhibit. It has a bubble around its face, and bubbles around its lower arms which shape to form gauntlets. Bubbles are on its feet which slightly resemble flippers.

Pokémon: Darugandhi (Daruma + Gandhi)
New Typing:

New Abilities: Water Absorb | Own Tempo
New Stats: 105 HP / 30 Atk / 105 Def / 140 SpA / 105 SpD / 55 Spe [BST: 540]
New Moves: Same as Alolan Darmanitan + Recover, Psyshock, Psychic Terrain, Stored Power, Speed Swap, Heal Bell
Flavor/Design: Darmanitan that venture too deep into the ocean may find themselves lost, but a peculiar underwater cave exists, which Darms go to. In there, the spiritual energy that emanates from the cave awaken a deep, long forgotten truth to Darm, enlightening it and sparking its evolution into Darugandhi. Darugandhi has mastered the ability meditate and hold its breath for days at a time, allowing it to live deep within the peaceful ocean, only barely surfacing for air. The spiritual peace it emits by meditating can be felt from the ocean floor and eases the most troubled of minds.
Darugandhi looks superficially similar to its prevo's distant Zen Mode, but its eyes are open and its palms are clasped together. Darugandhi also appears to have a beard formed from bubbles that extend pass its ever floating body.

Tribute to aaronarium
Pokémon: Johtonian Sinistea
New Typing:

New Abilities: Marvel Scale | Heatproof
New Stats: 50 HP / 45 Atk / 65 Def / 44 SpA / 74 SpD / 30 Spe [BST: 308]
Removed Moves: Shadow Ball, Poltergeist, Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Hex, Phantom Force, Dark Pulse, Astonish, Shell Smash, Strength Sap
[Loses 10]
New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Scald, Dragon Breath, Synthesis, Grass Knot, Dragon Breath, Breaking Swipe, Mystical Fire, Healing Wish, Mist, Wish [Gains 11]
Flavor/Design: The Sinistea of Johto do not operate like their galarian counterparts, as they do not "possess" leftover tea. Rather, the spirits of Sinistea are willingly transferred by humans to their tea, who view them not as pests, but as powerful and wise protectors. It is said that a home guarded by a Johtonian Sinistea will be protected by all manner of evils and mischief. They possesses magical powers and would grant the wishes of whoever drank them. JSinistea do not live in broken cups, rather they live in fine white China with a notable green dragon painting surrounding the span of the cup. Sinistea itself is also green.

Pokémon: Longcha (Long "Chinese for Dragon" + Chá "Chinese for Tea")
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate | Heatproof
New Stats: 70 HP / 85 Atk / 95 Def / 84 SpA / 134 SpD / 50 Spe [BST: 508]
New Moves: Same as Johtonian Sinistea + Hyper Beam, Dragon Dance, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Metal Sound, Magnet Rise, Dragon Rush, Outrage, Steel Roller, Magnet Bomb, Mirror Shot, Hurricane, Twister, Hydro Pump, Thunder
Flavor/Design: These proud Pokemon reside in sturdy Cast Iron teapots, hence the typing. Long ago, Longcha lived with the noble families as guardians and good luck talismans, as they radiate a regal aura that intimidates opposing Pokémon. Now, they are regarded as fantastical myth and legend, and only a select few have ever seen this Pokémon in modern day. It is said that if a Longcha offers you a sip of its tea, you will be blessed with all manners of otherworldly and godlike powers, but if it was drunk without permission, a fate worse than death itself awaits. Longcha's pot is shiny and metallic, with no form of damage to its pot. The pot has a dragon engraved into it, the cover on Longcha's head resembles a rice hat, and finally Longcha has whiskers that appear to be common on eastern dragons.

Bell Plants? Bell Peppers!
Pokémon: Alolan Bellsprout
New Typing:

New Abilities: Chlorophyll | Flame Body
New Stats: 50 HP / 70 Atk / 30 Def / 75 SpA / 35 SpD / 40 Spe [BST: 300]
Removed Moves: Acid, Acid Spray, Belch, Clear Smog, Poison Jab, Poison Powder, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Venoshock
[Loses 9]
New Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Overheat, Will O Wisp, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Ember, Incinerate, Fire Spin, Flame Charge [Gains 11]
Flavor/Design: Bellsprout in Alola quickly came to realise that the poisons it secreted as a defense mechanism which defined its use in Kanto were not as potent in its new island home. Thus, it developed its chemical makeup to shift from that of a neurotoxin, to that of Capsaicin, which causes anyone who eats it to feel as if there mouth was set ablaze. This useful tool gave rise to this new variant, which spits flames and burning chemicals at its foes rather than poison and acid. Bellsprout in Alola look almost identical to their Kanto counterparts, with the main difference is its head, which is now bright orange and slightly wrinkled.

Pokémon: Alolan Weepinbell
New Typing:

New Abilities: Chlorophyll | Flame Body
New Stats: 65 HP / 85 Atk / 45 Def / 90 SpA / 50 SpD / 55 Spe [BST: 390]
Removed Moves: Same as Prevo
[Loses 9]
New Moves: Same as Prevo + Destiny Bond, Confuse Ray, Curse, Astonish [Gains 15]
Alolan Weepinbell have the same basic shape, but now it has a bright red bell that ever so slightly has a more habanero shape than a bell shape. It is also much more wrinkled. The vine at the head is also notably on fire.

Pokémon: Habanecro
New Typing:

New Abilities: Shadow Tag | Flame Body
New Stats: 80 HP / 100 Atk / 65 Def / 105 SpA / 70 SpD / 70 Spe [BST: 490]
New Moves: Same as Prevo + Shadow Ball, Poltergeist, Phantom Force, Giga Impact, Body Slam, Hypnosis, Hyper Beam, Hex, Glare, Dark Pulse, Shadow Sneak, Night Shade, Spite, Telekinesis, Grudge, Psyshock [Gains 31]
Flavor/Design: The chemicals that used to set ablaze its enemies became too strong even for itself, and thus burned up most of this Pokémon's plant material. What results is not a Victreebel, but a much more sinister variant called Habanecro. This Pokémon is a predator to both animals and plant Pokémon, wrapping its sickly singed vines around its victims and completely draining them of their life energy, after which it promptly engulfs their remains in flames. Habanecro has a ghostly white and very wrinkly body, upside down just like its relative Victreebel. Its leaves are replaced with flames, and its long vine is shorter and has a flaming point at the end.

I like this idea! Those really aren't 100% looking viable for OU and that's okay! I definitely won't mind more submissions in-line of Perserrker - Replacement Evolutions with low BST intended to shakes things up in the lower tiers. As long as the replacement become more viable than the Untiered original or do the concept better.

The Fire-type moves made by grounded Pokemon are multiplied by 1.3. Camouflage transforms the user into a Fire-type. Nature Power becomes Flamethrower. Secret Power has a 30% chance to burn the target.), Burning Jealousy

Abilities: Infiltrator, Levitate, Prankster
Removed Moves: Defense Curl, Hypnosis, Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech (Gain 3)

Pokemon: Blanchetom (Blanche + Phantom) (Based on Gardevoir)
Evolution Method: Use a Dusk Stone on a
Type: Rock/Ghost
Stats: 68 HP / 54 Atk (-11) / 35 Def / 136 SpA (+11) / 110 SpD (-5) / 85 Spe (+5)
Abilities: Infiltrator, Levitate, Prankster
Removed Moves: Defense Curl, Hypnosis, Heal Pulse, Misty Terrain (Lose 4)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech (Gain 3)

Flavor/Design: The Galarian Ralts Line is based on “Dames Blanches”, which are female spirits in French myths and folklore, hence the Ghost-typing. The reason why I gave them Rock-typing is because Dames Blanches appear near caves and caverns in the Pyrenees mountains.

:ss/darumaka:
Pokemon: Sinnoan Darumaka the Flower Pokemon
Type: Grass/Fairy
Stats: 60 (-10) HP / 90 Atk / 45 Def / 10 (-5) SpA / 60 (+15) SpD / 50 Spe
New Abilities: Serene Grace / Flower Veil
Removed Moves: Flame Wheel, Fire Spin, Flame Charge
New Moves: Play Rough, Power Whip, Leech Seed
Flavor: Some Darumaka migrated from Unova all the way to Sinnoh, and they were delighted by the beauty and flowers of Floaroma Town. However, they caused mayhem in the town, since their fiery attitude caused the flowers to burn. They retreated to a cave in Route 204, and stayed there until they adapted to the flowery terrain of Floaroma Town and Route 204.

Pokemon: Abloomerasu (Amaterasu + Bloom) the Nymph Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Sinnoan Darumaka starting at Level 35 while the player has a Grass-type Pokemon in their party
Type: Grass/Fairy
Stats: 105 HP / 140 Atk / 60 (+5) Def / 10 (-20) SpA / 70 (+15) SpD / 95 Spe
New Abilities: Magical Power (Clone of Adaptability) - When this Pokemon uses an attack that doesn’t match its typing (coverage), it gets a damage multiplier increase by 1.5. (In short, base power times 1.5.), Chlorophyll
Removed Moves: Flame Wheel, Fire Punch, Fire Fang
Added Moves: Power Whip, Play Rough, Leech Seed
Flavor: Once they have truly embraced the beauty of the flower and of the Grass-type, they will evolve into a new kind of Darmanitan: Abloomerasu. It is a good friend of human and it is believed that if one has befriended an Abloomerasu, they will receive true love, a peaceful life, and good fortune.

By the way I made the Sinnoan Darumaka Line part Fairy-type because Gen IV lacks Fairy-types. In fact, there are only TWO (three if you count Arceus-Fairy) Fairy-types introduced in Gen IV: Mime Jr. and Togekiss.

:ss/Honedge:
Pokemon: Galarian Honedge the Blade Pokemon
Type: Steel
Stats: 45 / 90 (+10) / 90 (-10) / 35 / 37 / 28
New Abilties: Iron Guard (Weak Armor Clone) - If contact is made with this Pokémon, its Speed is lowered by 1 stage and its Defense is raised by 2 stages (NICE OPPOSITE)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, U-turn, Sucker Punch
Flavor: These Honedge migrated from Kalos to Galar. There, they removed their trickster and prankster attitude and replaced it with a never give up attitude. Hence it is only Steel-type, since they have gained grit.

Pokemon: Galarian Doublade the Dual Blade Pokemon
Evolution Method: Same as regular variant
Type: Steel
Stats: 59 / 130 (+20) / 130 (-20) / 45 / 49 / 35
New Abilities: Iron Guard (Weak Armor Clone) - If contact is made with this Pokémon, its Speed is lowered by 1 stage and its Defense is raised by 2 stages
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, U-turn, Sucker Punch
Flavor: Since Galarian Honedge tended to be fighters, once they have gained enough fighting experience, they evolve into Galarian Doublade. Galarian Doublade are twice as strong compared to their pre-evolution.

Pokemon: Excalislash (Excalibur + Slash) the Myth Sword Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Galarian Doublade starting at Level 45 when leveled up at Hulbury (only available in Pokemon Sword)
Type: Steel/Water
Stats: 70 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 50 (+10) / 70 (+10) (Aegislash-Blade stats)
New Abilities: Attack Boost (Speed Boost Clone + Modifier to Balance) — This Pokémon’s Attack is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field at the cost of losing 10% of the value of its full HP (for example, 300 HP. You lose 30 HP every turn.)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite, Tackle
Added Moves: Fury Swipes, Scald, Sucker Punch, Hydro Pump, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn
Flavor: After hard work and cruel training, Galarian Doublade has two paths to choose, depending on the legendary the player is destined to catch. It is said that if the player’s Galarian Doublade evolves into Excalislash, he or she is destined to catch the legend itself: Zacian. Excalislash is Steel/Water because it is a reference to Excalibur, which King Arthur received from the Lady of the Lake, hence the Water-type.

Pokemon: Sedislash (Sedimentary (as in sedimentary rocks) + Slash) the Rock Sword Pokemon
Evolution Method: Evolves from Galarian Doublade starting at Level 45 when leveled up at Stow-on-Side (only available in Pokemon Shield)
Type: Steel/Rock
Stats: 70 (+10) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 60 (+10) / 120 (-20) / 70 (+10)
New Abilities: Defense Boost (Speed Boost Clone + Modifier to Balance) This Pokémon’s Attack is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field at the cost of losing 10% of the value of its full HP (for example, 300 HP. You lose 30 HP every turn.)
Removed Moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, Shadow Ball, Spite, Tackle
New Moves: Fury Swipes, Rock Blast, Sucker Punch, Earthquake, Head Smash, Stone Collect (Rock-type U-turn)
Flavor: After hard work and cruel training, Galarian Doublade has two paths to choose, depending on the legendary the player is destined to catch. It is said that if the player’s Galarian Doublade evolves into Sedislash, he or she is destined to catch the legend itself: Zamazenta. Sedislash is Steel/Rock because it is a reference to the Sword in the Stone, hence the Rock-typing.

Pokémon: Unovan Greedent
New Typing: Dark/Grass
New Abilities: Gluttony/Hustle
New Stats: 90(-30)/105(+10)/75(Swapped with SpA, +20)/20(Swapped with Speed)/75/95(Swapped with Def) | BST: 460
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Pursuit, Close Combat, Acrobatics, Branch Poke, Leafage, Leaf Blade, Razor Leaf, Nut Drop(it's a grass type iron head clone that does not make contact.)
Removed Moves:
Flavor/Design: Greedents in Unova, while appearing deceptively cute, are in fact very territorial against others of their own kind. The cities they inhabit tend to not have a lot in terms of trees, and so territory is contested wildly. In addition to being sleeker than their galarian counterparts they are also smarter, sometimes even going so far as to antagonize children. This is normally done by having them chuck nuts, seeds, and branches at kids as they walk by. Same height as galarian greedent, but only 7.1 lbs.

Pokémon: Squirban
Evolution Method: Level it up knowing Nut Drop
New Typing: Dark/Grass
New Abilities: Gluttony/Hustle
New Stats: 95/115/80/45/80/115 | BST: 530
New Moves: Movepool from Unovan Greedent + Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, and Hone Claws
Flavor/Design: Squirban is simply more of the same, however it tends to move in a quadrupedal fashion so it can be faster. Most Squirbans are seen as the leaders of their Greedent scurries and are the brains of the operation. The amount of organization they have is astounding when compared to most pokemon of a similar intelligence as themselves. They know how to traverse their terrain well and will use any and all exploits when protecting or gaining new territory. They are to not be messed with because they are as vicious as they are intelligent. 3'0", 10lbs.

:ss/meowth:
Pokémon: Unovan Meowth
New Typing: Dark/Fighting
New Abilities: Tough Claws/Technician/Unnerve
New Stats: 40/50/40/35/40/85 | BST: 290
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Night Slash, Darkest Lariat, Iron Head, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Superpower,
Removed Moves:
Flavor/Design: Meowth was introduced to Unova as a pet, rather than something for combat. However as more people let their cats go outside and wander off during the day, Meowths began to mate with each other, and the local purrloin, thus spawning feral meowths. These meowths are a lot sneakier and a lot more aggressive than their domesticated counterparts. They threaten the local pidove population as they have begun to over hunt them. It's recommended to stay far away from they are very territorial. Same height and weight as meowth.

Pokémon: Perral
Evolution Method: Level it up to level 28
New Typing: Dark/Fighting
New Abilities: Tough Claws/Technician/Hustle
New Stats: 70/120/60/35/60/95 | BST: 440
New Moves: Movepool from Unovan Meowth.
Flavor/Design: Perral tend to act as the leaders of their clowders. They are the top cat for a lack of a better term and will claim any alleyway full of trash as their own. They generally eat first, mate first, and in battles against other clowders of meowths and purrloins they'll strike first. Despite that they live for the thrill of the fight, and will often start scraps for no reason. If they find the right trainer however, they'll become a worthy teammate.

:ss/eiscue:
Pokémon: Eiscue-Distorted
New Typing: Ice/Ghost
New Abilities: Melty(a water type steelworker)
New Stats: 75/80/70/65/50/130 | BST: 470
New Moves: Shadow Sneak, Ice Shard, Shadow Ball, Phantom Force
Removed Moves:
Flavor/Design: An old experiment went awry that involved some scientists and their respective pokemon, entering the distortion world. One of these pokemon happened to be Eiscue and prolonged exposure to this place made it ... weird. Its once thick icy face simply melted off and is now in a perpetual state of melting. It swims in the gravity defying waters with ease, but the most notable part about it are its feathers. While still dark they now appear to have some shadowy quality to them, almost akin to giratina's wings. The distortion world is very strange indeed. Same height and weight as Eiscue.

Pokémon: Aukillable
Evolution Method: Level up while holding a griseous orb.
New Typing: Ice/Ghost
New Abilities: Melty
New Stats: 85/100/80/85/80/140 | BST: 570
New Moves: Movepool from Eiscue-Distorted + Rock Slide, Shadow Force, Nasty Plot
Flavor/Design: When holding the griseous orb and leveling up it becomes ... something more. Aukillable takes the appearance of Eiscue but it now seems more shadowy. It looks as if its melting into the floor, but despite that its speed is impeccable. Some theorize whether or not it died in the process of evolving, but those who have seen it in action know that even if its dead it is a force to be reckoned with. 4'00" and 49lbs.

:ss/Mimikyu:
Pokémon: Sinnoan-Mimikyu
New Typing: Ghost/Fairy
New Abilities: Fluffy
New Stats: 75/90/105/50/90/66 | BST: 476
New Moves: Shadow Punch, Poltergeist, Bulk Up, Patch Up(a recover clone), String Shot
Removed Moves: Wood Hammer, Shadow Claw, Slash, Hone Claws, Copycat
Flavor/Design: While Mimikyu in Alola were jealous of pikachu and thus dressed like it to be popular, Mimikyu in Sinnoh hide their appearance because it is super cold. They'll typically steal the biggest and fluffiest of blankets to keep warm in the northern parts of the region. While they lose their disguise, they now have a big blankey that keeps em nice and toasty, that is typically fashioned out of all the blankets they stole. If you take it's blanket ... it's best to leave the region and never return.

Pokémon: Kurikyu
Evolution Method: Level up holding a reaper cloth, in hail
New Typing: Ghost/Fairy
New Abilities: Fluffy
New Stats: 110/100/110/70/110/26 | BST: 526
New Moves: Movepool from Sinnoan-Mimikyu
Flavor/Design: When adding the reaper cloth to its big fluffy blanket Mimikyu's in sinnoh under go an evolution in which they, and somehow their blanket, become bigger and fluffier. It's blanket is so big that it actually has trouble moving in it. It is also said to shelter other cold pokemon under its blanket, so long as they keep their eyes closed. At the end of the day Kurikyu doesn't want anyone to be cold, and wants as much love and affection as it can have.

RESUB; Hoennian Litleo

Edit 22.07.2020
- Fixed Image Code Formatting
- Updated Hoennian Litleo to not have access to moves that one or more of it's split evolutions do not have access to, to prevent Litleo-F/M from learning a move that Pyroar-F/M no longer has access to respectively.

Pokemon: Hoennian Litleo
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sand Veil replaces Rivalry
Removed Moves: Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Iron Tail, Payback, Wild Charge, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Toxic, Bulldoze
Flavor/Design: Largely unchanged. While young, they hide in the Sand Storms whipped up by their alpha Pyroar in their Pride.

Pokémon: Hoennian Pyroar-F
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sand Rush replaces Sand Veil
New Stats
: Att 109 / SpA 68 (Attack Stat Swap)
New Moves: Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Gastro Acid, Acid Armour
Removed Moves: Bounce, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave
Flavor/Design: The colour shifts from the deep browns to that of a deeper purple, and the lighter brown to a very pale, sickly green. The flame-mane/topknot takes on a poisonous purple hue (as opposed to the pale ghostly purple flame), and it grows small ram or goat like horns, and the fangs become more akin to cross between a snake's fangs, and a Smilodon. Based on the idea of the female lion primarily doing the hunting and so being more physical than a male, and a hint to its New Stage Evolution, Chimeroar. Those who do not have the ability to withstand the sandstorm in the desert tend to leave the wild prides, these dangerous natural predators can often be found enjoying the heat of the nearby Mt Chimney, venturing within the sandstorm only as long as they can withstand it.

Pokémon: Hoennian Pyroar-M
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sandstorm replaces Sand Veil
New Stats: SpD 106 / Spe 66 (Stat Swap)
New Moves: Power Gem, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Life Dew, Fly, Air Slash, Earth Power
Removed Moves: Iron Tail, Payback, Wild Charge, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Toxic, Bounce, Bulldoze
Flavor/Design: The male Pyroar from Hoenn begin to embody the land they come from, summoning vast storms of grit and dust, but their already sandy fur takes on a decidedly more rocky appearance, and the flamboyant mane instead becoming more jagged and pharaonic in its shape, hinting at its New Stage Evolution Sphyroar. The Darker fur begins to show square, brick-like striations in its patterning. They provide vital nourishment and guidance for the tribe in the desert, who would otherwise struggle to find the liquid they need to survive. As a rule, those Pyroar males who lack the ability to call up a Sandstorm are shunned, forming nomadic ferocious nomadic hunting packs. In battle the Hoennian Pyroar males can act as a rather decent special wall; the additional boost from the sand and the heightened special defense stat, especially in combination with the potential of an assault vest and neutrality to Stealth Rocks means that they can often do well switching in before threaning the target with a powerful Hyper Voice, Power Gem or Fire Blast.

Pokémon: Chimeroar (New Stage Evolution for Hoennian Pyroar-F)
New Typing:

New Abilities: Moxie/Sand Rush/Merciless
New Stats
: HP 96 (+10) / Att 120 (+11) / Def 82 (+10) / SpA 70 (+2) / SpD 76 (+10) / Spe 113 (+7)
New Moves: Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Baneful Bunker, Coil, Fire Lash, Fell Stinger
Flavor/Design: The name should be obvious. The Poison Flame Mane becomes a whip-like flaming tail, tipped with what appears to be a scorpion-like stinger. Meanwhile, its head takes on a more snake or dragon like appearance, with its goat-horns more pronounced. Depending on her temperament, a Chimeroar can either choose to shelter behind their acidic armour or scatter their toxic scales, or even simply rely on poisons running through her body, envenoming her opponent before striking back with merciless speed and fury. Against a dangerous foe, or when having the time to set up an ambush, Chimeroar have been seen to wrap their poison-flame tail around their body, or using the venom-stinger to deal finishing blows to their prey - woe betide any others who cross paths with an enraged Chimeroar.
Height; 6' 7" 2.01m
Weight; 312lbs 141.6kg

Pokémon: Sphyroar (New Stage Evolution for Hoennian Pyroar-M)
New Typing:

New Abilities: Moxie/Sandstorm/Petrify (Rock Type Aerillate)
New Stats: HP 106 (+20) / Att 68, Def 85 (+13) / SpA 120 (+11) / SpD 112 (+6) / Spe 66
New Moves: Meteor Beam, Eruption, Defog, Hurricane, Scorching Sands, Shore Up
Flavor/Design: Becoming a full blown ruler of the desert of Hoenn, these majestic beasts fully take on a similar form of an andro-sphinx, stone-like wings still capable of flight, whole their manes turn to the stone like headdress of a pharaoh in full. They keep their leonie face, but many of the flame like trappings remain hidden, save for the licks of flame visible from the brick like cracks in their hide, their burning eyes and the molten core when they open their huge Jaws to roar. Said roar can be absolutely devastating, capable of turning their opponents to stone, while they can call upon the blistering heat of the deserts and their own bodies to do horrific damage to those who threaten their former pride lands, occasionally launching searing beams of summoned meteors. Those Pyroar who kept their ability to manipulate the storms of the desert are rather impressive, now even tougher and can even call upon the powerful healing ability caress of the storm around them.
Height; 8'4" 2.54m
Weight; 604lbs 274kg

In short, the old picture of litleo being rumoured to be a manticore from leaked pictures in gen 5 being posted to the reddit encouraged me to make a mythologically flavoured creature RVE. Litleo is largely unchanged other than to become more survivable in the desert sandstorm due to its ground type and potential Sand Veil. However, it either evolves to become a capable huntress, where Sand Rush makes it a super fast Sandstorm Hunter if needed, before evolving into a Chimera, where its poison flavour gives it potential for 100% accurate +1 always Crit 120BP Gunk Shots. Meanwhile the Sphinx like Male Evolutions is a lot slower, but has kept the heavy special attack and defense investment. It has to be careful of ground types, as it does not have levitate or flying: however, with a 4* weakness to ground and water types, and being supported by Meteor Beam and Solar Beam, Power Herbs are rather decent option for an item. Still 4* weak and relatively low defense vs Aqua Jet or Earthquake is not somewhere Sphyroar wants to be so my be rather quickly forced out: just as well it has neutrality to Stealth Rock, the ability to clear them, and heal if it so wishes.

These two variants/regional evos have been on my mind for quite a while, and since they're based on two lines that are counterparts in their home region, I'm sharing them together. They're still technically fossil Pokémon, but instead of being encased in stone, they'd hypothetically be found in blocks of ice dug up from the permafrost of Twist Mountain.

The Cold-Hearted Pokémon
It is thought that Tyrunt first evolved in Unova before migrating to Kalos. The discovery of an ancestral, fully feathered Tyrunt seems to support this theory.
These Tyrunt are more stoic and apathetic than the ones found in Kalos. Insulated by their feathery coats, they can sneak up on their prey in complete silence.

Updated Type: Ice/Dragon
Updated Abilities: Strong Jaw (HA Overcoat)
Updated Stats: 58/89/57/45/45/68 = 362
Removed Moves: Stomp, Stealth Rock, Horn Drill (Note: Dragon Tail, while removed from the level-up movepool, is learnable as an egg move from most other Pokémon in the Dragon egg group. Earthquake is also removed from the level-up movelist, but is still learnable via TM.)
Replacement Moves: Ice Shard, Hail, Deafening Roar (Dragon-type Boomburst clone, replaces Earthquake in the level-up movepool), Ice Fang (replaces Dragon Tail in the level-up movepool), Sheer Cold
New TMs: Screech, Icy Wind, Icicle Spear, Avalanche, Snarl, Breaking Swipe, Ice Beam (TR05), Blizzard (TR06), Psychic Fangs (TR97)
Flavor/Design: Adapted for a colder northern climate than its Kalosian relative, Unovan Tyrunt is more extensively feathered to match, its torso, upper legs, and tail now being covered in downy plumage like Archen except pure white; there's also a sort of "halo" around the back of the head and around the wrist areas of the little arms (slightly bigger than in Kalosian Tyrunt) that are sky-blue in color, giving the impression of a ski parka. The feet, top of the head, and the three-clawed hands are dark gray with a slightly purple tint instead of brown, while the lower jaw is light gray. Instead of two orange hornlets over the eyes, it has a single ice-blue crest between the brows, which is vertically flattened and flares out sideways with two points, looking like a V-shape when seen from above; it retains the spike on its tail, sticking out of the feathering, but also ice-blue. The height and weight are unchanged.
Stat and Gameplay Changes: Kalosian Tyrunt's stat spread is 58/89/77/45/45/48; I simply took 20 points from Defense to give to Speed because I wanted it to be faster and more attack-oriented, so it can make use of a powerful attacking type combination. Strong Jaw and Ice Fang go well together, although the ability itself can only do so much with the relatively weak damage of Ice Fang and the other elemental biting moves. Its real potential, of course, is when it evolves...
Inspirations: Seriously, though, if you haven't looked up Yutyrannus yet, DO IT. This is the biggest theropod known with confirmed feathering, and while everyone else does a Tyrunt line variant based on this thing, how could I not do that, too?
The Savage Pokémon
Its razor-sharp fangs freeze prey on contact, whereupon it viciously crunches it up. Its white feathers blend in with the surrounding snow, so its prey never sees it coming.
When scaring off intruders into its territory, it lets out a roar that can be heard up to five miles away. It was the apex predator of northern Unova 120 million years ago.

Name origin: Arctic+Tyrant
Type: Ice/Dragon
Abilities: Strong Jaw (HA Overcoat)
Stats: 82/101/89/89/59/101 = 521
New Moves: Biting Chill (Ice-type Fishious Rend clone, replaces Head Smash), Chomp Down (Dragon-type Crunch clone, replaces Rock Slide)
Evolution: Raise Unovan Tyrunt to Level 25 and level it up during overworld hail
Flavor/Design: The theory that Tyrantrum was once completely covered in a feathery coat is debatable, considering that most large Pokémon in warmer climates actually have less fur or feathers than in cooler areas for better heat loss. The well-preserved fossils first discovered of its ancestor Arctyrant, however, show definitive evidence of feathering throughout most of the body. It's a bit smaller and leaner than Tyrantrum, at 7'6" and 510 lbs, which makes it faster and more agile. The feathering is smoother than in Unovan Tyrunt but sticks up here and there like Archeops' does, still white with sky-blue "parka" fluff around the neck, wrists, and now the ankles and a tuft on the end of the tail as well (the ruff around the base of Tyrantrum's neck is absent), but the skin on the face, feet, and hands is now blue-green (the same color as in the outer cloud bits of Snowy Form Castform's sprite in Diamond/Pearl), and the back of the lower jaw and the underbelly (which is naked/scaly) are the same shade of gray as in Tyrantrum. The feathery beard is still there, but thicker and with longer spikes, and a pair of feathers resembling whiskers extends from the front of the snout, one on each side like in a Chinese dragon. The head crest now sticks upward a little and resembles the three-pronged head ornament of Gyarados, except that there are two middle spikes instead of one and they are only half as long (with four points overall), and each outer spike has two additional smaller spikes growing on either side near the end like a cartoon snowflake spoke. The crest along with the three spikes jutting out of the tail near the base of the tuft are the same ice-blue as in Unovan Tyrunt, almost as though they were sculpted from blue ice. The head itself is narrower from side to side, and has a smoother, shallower curve along the front of the snout which makes it resemble the head of an Allosaurus more than a Tyrannosaurus, but otherwise is similar to Tyrantrum including ice-blue tooth-like projections on the upper jaw and deadly fangs on the lower one. The arms are longer and more muscular than those of Tyrantrum, with three large claws on hands like Druddigon's. Finally, instead of the neck ruff of Tyrantrum, there are two fluffy "wings" emerging from the shoulders like what Mega Absol has, albeit smaller.
Stat Changes: From Tyrantrum's stat spread of 82/121/119/69/59/71, I took 20 points from Attack to give to Speed, and then 30 points from Defense, giving 10 more to Speed and 20 to Special Attack. Competitively, Arctyrant is essentially Dracovish if you switched Water for Ice and gave it Special Defense like tissue paper, making it easy prey to such potent special attacks as Moonblast, Focus Blast, and (ironically) Draco Meteor. This is a physical attacker whose bread and butter is Biting Chill, backed up by one of the better attacking types and all the effects that Fishious Rend lends to Dracovish. The most important difference compared to Dracovish, however, is that Arctyrant is faster - not the fastest 'mon out there, but still decently fleet-footed. This way, Speed EVs aren't as much of a priority, allowing one to either patch up its terrible Special Defense to help it against neutral hits, or go for broke and pump up its Attack to terrifying degrees. Chomp Down deals heavy neutral damage all around and can take down fellow Dragon-types almost as well as Biting Chill, and is useful against opponents that resist the Ice type, although a coverage move such as Fire Fang (arguably its best option against Steel-types) is still advisable. Surprisingly, Arctyrant has a decent Special Attack as well, so giving it Deafening Roar and Blizzard along with putting all its EVs into Special Attack might be worth checking out if you want to spring a nasty surprise on tanks expecting to resist a Biting Chill - which would also be a valid excuse to go with an Overcoat Arctyrant and no-sell weather damage. Cue Sandstorm-abusing Ground-types everywhere soiling themselves in fear!
Inspirations: Once again, Yutyrannus is the primary inspiration here, but I also worked in a rather literal interpretation of the name of the Antarctic dinosaur Cryolophosaurus ("frozen crested reptile"), along with influences from Chinese dragons, due to tyrannosaurs originating from Asia with some primitive ones having the suffix -long, Chinese for "dragon". As for what a fluffy giant theropod of doom is doing in Unova, well, this was the closest I could think of to Canada - which is the stomping ground of a cryptid called the Partridge Creek Monster, described as a giant "woolly" theropod with a nose horn like a Ceratosaurus. I almost gave Arctyrant a nose horn to homage this, but I figured the antler/snowflake head crest was already detailed enough. Lastly, the weaponized roar is based on the ability that Yutyrannus has for some reason in ARK Survival: Evolved.
This is probably my favorite regional evo pitch to date, and the only thing better would've been an Aerodactyl variant with its own regional evo - but, sadly, Aerodactyl's BST of 515 means that this is off the table. R.I.P.

The Thunder Pokémon
These early Amaura lived at lower latitudes than those in Kalos. Their back sails repelled heat, helping them cope with the hot, tropical climate at the time.
Its long neck helps it reach leafy branches to eat from. It attracts electricity through its spines, and fights by swinging its clubbed tail with a noise like thunder.

Updated Type: Ice/Electric
Updated Abilities: Warm-Up (Motor Drive clone that absorbs Fire attacks) (HA Thagomizer - Iron Fist clone that boosts the power of tail-based attacks. Canon moves boosted by this ability are Slam, Dragon Tail, Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Poison Tail, Tail Slap, and Breaking Swipe.)
Updated Stats: 77/69/40/77/53/46 = 362
Removed Moves: Growl, Rock Throw, Take Down, Round, Encore, Hyper Beam
Replacement Moves: Tail Whip, Thunder Tail (Electric-type Poison Tail clone that causes paralysis), Comet Tail (Ice-type Poison Tail clone that causes freezing), Discharge, Charge, Thunderclap (Electric-type Fire Lash clone)
New TMs: Icicle Spear, Avalanche, Low Sweep, Volt Switch, Electric Terrain, Brutal Swing, Stomping Tantrum, Breaking Swipe, Stomp (egg move from any Monster egg group 'mon that can learn this move), Aqua Tail (egg move from Blastoise)
Flavor/Design: Restoration of the Sail Fossils found in Unova have revealed a startling new discovery about Amaura: they were originally placed on the wrong part of the Pokémon! In Unovan Amaura, the sails extend from the back instead of the head and neck, almost like wings; the neck instead has three small pointy spikes running down the topside. The tail is longer and ends in a small bony ball with two spikes jutting out from either side. The torso, meanwhile, is covered in layered blue and white snow not unlike that of Arctozolt, almost resembling a thundercloud, while the legs, tail, and feet have the same blue as Manectric's main body to further this effect, with the toe claws and the spikes on the tail club and neck being yellow. The height and weight are unchanged.
Stat and Gameplay Changes: Amaura's stat spread is 77/59/50/67/63/46, and Aurorus is intended as a tank with decent Special attack - I decided against that, and opted for a build better suited to offense (BoltBeam abuse, yay!), but with less defenses, because if you know how to bypass the huge bulk and wide-reaching weapons of a sauropod like carnosaurs e.g. Giganotosaurus were able to, the poor things are easy meat - though said bulk and weapons are NOT piddly by any stretch of the imagination. Comet Tail and Thunderclap are your best bet for a physical attacker, and Thunderbolt/Thunder and Blizzard for a special attacker (feel free to substitute the former with Volt Switch if you want an unexpectedly meaty pivot, though those mediocre defenses might be an issue). Coverage includes Dragon, Ground, Fighting, Water, and Dark-type moves, though of these, Water (the breedable Aqua Tail) is your best bet as it covers Ground, Rock, and Fire, with only Fighting as a blind spot.
Inspirations: The Amaura line already has a lot of justification for Electric-type attacks which I wish they could've leaned more into with an ability or something, so since Ice is the primary type instead of secondary for this variant and takes the place of the obligatory Rock typing in all the canon fossils except the Galar ones, I was free to slap on the Electric type and make a visual pun on the name meaning of the famous Brontosaurus, "thunder lizard". The tail club and corresponding ability are based on the Chinese early Jurassic sauropod which had such a club, Shunosaurus... and at least one of you guys on the forum will love that tidbit, I can tell. :P
I put the sails on the back instead of the neck because as much as I like the imaginative flourish of this line's design, the real Amargasaurus simply did not have skin sails, the neck spikes instead being covered in horn for use in defense. The double sails being on the back instead are a nod to the tall vertebral spines on the back of the related Dicraeosaurus ("two-forked reptile").
The Lightning Pokémon
The row of spines running down its neck emits an electric field for defense against predators. This field also keeps its body warm and cozy, preventing it from being frozen solid by its own icy powers.
Herds of Fulgaurus roamed Unova some 120 million years ago. When fending off rivals or enemies, the swings of their electrically charged, spiky tails are comparable to lightning strikes.

Name origin: Fulgur, "lightning" in Latin + -saurus
Type: Ice/Electric
Abilities: Warm-Up (HA Thagomizer)
Stats: 123/107/62/99/72/58 = 521
New Moves: EM Pulse (Electric-type Water Pulse clone, replaces Freeze Dry)
Evolution: Raise Unovan Amaura to Level 25 and level it up during overworld harsh sunlight
Flavor/Design: Similar to its descendant, Aurorus, Fulgaurus has a long, graceful neck and tail, but the neck is held at a 45-degree angle with four long glowing yellow spikes shaped like lightning bolts protruding from the midline, and the tail tapers less than in Aurorus, is a bit shorter and non-curled, and ends with a moderately sized spiky club shaped like a Japanese kanbo, with more two glowy spikes on each side and a smaller one at the very tip. The sails, again, are on the back instead of the neck, now resembling a pair of half-starbursts in shape, also glowing bright yellow like the crests on Toxtricity's head. The snowy covering on the body is still there, but snow also covers the join between the back of the head and the neck, along with the lower parts of the legs and the feet like Mudsdale's fetlocks but with the look of Arctozolt's snow covering. The main body color is dark blue-gray, with a blue underside like the main body color on Arctozolt's lower half; there are still ice crystals on the sides of the neck and head, but the torso does not have them due to being completely covered in snow, furthering the thundercloud impression.
Fulgaurus is actually bigger and heavier than Aurorus as an added defense against predators like Arctyrant, at 9'4" and 530 lbs.
Stat Changes: From Aurorus' starting spread of 123/77/72/99/92/58, I took 10 points from Defense and 20 points from Special Defense, and gave them all to Attack. Everything I've said about Unovan Amaura applies to Fulgaurus as well, but with the added punch of 107 Attack and Thagomizer. The normal ability, on the other hand, is Warm-Up - not because of added overall speed, but due to the heat jump-starting Fulgurus' reflexes and making it able to strike faster. This allows it to switch in safely to Fire-type attacks without taking damage at all, and if Stomping Tantrum or Earthquake are factored in, this makes Fulgaurus an unexpected counter to Fire-type as well as and Ground-type opponents. Again, only Fighting-types present a threat that can't be dealt with on its own. This isn't a sweeper by any stretch, but its reliance on powerful attacks allows it to clear the way for an actual sweeper.

Can a change be made to one of my pre-existing submissions? I would like my Distorted Stonjourner line to get Poltergeist
You can do so for your pre-existing submissions as long as the changes are small and not done so drastically. Distorted Stonjourner line having Poltergeist is accepted.

Anyways, voting slate is now open. There isn't many submissions, so I suggest to only do four or five votes.
