RMT [OU-Standard]

Well, I've been testing some things out on Shoddy and they appear to be working. Here's the result:

Roserade.jpg

Roserade @Choice Specs
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Ability: Natural Cure

Leaf Storm
Hidden Power [Ice]
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb

SpecsRade hasn't been as popular as a lead as the standard ScarfRade or Leech Seed/Sleep Powder Roserade leads, I've been using that to my advantage. Leaf Storm is only 2 points away from a SpecsMence's Draco Meteor is terms of power and can score an OHKO on a good amount of starters. Shadow Ball is mainly for late game against foes such as Dusknoir and Gengar. Sludge Bomb is secondary STAB for use. Hidden Power Ice is for dragon leads - Mostly SpecsMence- that Roserade can outspeed.
Mesprit.png

Mesprit @Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpA
Ability: Levitate

Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Rest
Sleep Talk

Seriously... why is Mesprit still BL ? I guess no one found out it- her potential defensive capabilities in OU. Mesprit has been an excellent staple to my team as a Garchomp, Infenape, Azelf, Gyarados, Dragonite and Salamence counter. It also serves a nice purpose on my team with some support from Thunder Wave. RestTalk provides Mesprit with a reliable source of healing.

jirachi.jpg

Jirachi @Leftovers
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Spe / 36 Def
Ability: Serene Grace

Psychic
Hidden Power [Fighting]
Calm Mind
Substitute

Calm Mind Jirachi has the potential to rip though teams and the type coverage is only blocked by Girafarig who really shouldn't be in OU, anyway as well as other Psychics who really won't pose as a problem to my team, anyway. The EV distribution allows Jirachi to hit a 320 speed, outspeeding postitive base 95's, this is mainly for Houndoom who serves as a nice counter for Jirachi. Hidden Power Fighting tears dark types like Houndoom, Weavile and Tyraniatr apart as well as putting a dent in Blissey who can't break its Substitute with Flamethrower (After on Calm Mind is up) or Seismic Toss. I usually keep Jirachi saved for later game when her threats are long gone.

Lopunny.png

Lopunny @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Spe / 40 SpD
Ability: Cute Charm

Encore
Mirror Coat
Healing Wish
Focus Punch

Lopunny, is my all around favorite UU and plays a nice part on my team by allowing setup fodder for everyone else to leech off from. Encore is nice coming from a speed that outspeeds positive base 100s and those who try to run a 329 speed to outspeed positive base 100s. With all of that said, Jolly Garchomp outspeeds it and for a good reason as well. Garchomp will try to 2KO Lopunny with a move, knowing that it'll get outsped. Lopunny can Encore last and be able to switch out to something that can absorb the move. Healing Wish is what I call a "last resort" move in case Lopunny gets too low on HP late game and I need to heal up a potential sweeper, this move has been useful since Lopunny lacks a reliable healing move. Mirror Coat hits special hitters with their medicine. Focus Punch was thrown in there since Encore WILL force a switch and most of the time, the switch will be to something faster/bulkier with a super effective move to take Lopunny down. However, there's still a posible chance of a replacement, however, with Lopunny's typing, speed, Encore and durability, it's really a tough to decision of what to replace it with.
Weavile.jpg

Weavile @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Ability: Pressure

Punishment
Substitute
Ice Punch
Focus Punch

Punishment? Yes. Surprisingly, Punishment has been working nicely on Weavile so far. Its Base Power starts out as a pathetic 60, then, as my opponent gets a single stat boost its base power will rise to 80, rivaling that of a max power Pursuit and outclassing Night Slash and mean only one boost. Two boosts will send its base power up to 100, with STAB, it rises to 150, this means that the most common stat boost (Calm Mind) will be a risky move against my team. I decided to run SubPunch as a way to keep Weavile in and scout out what my opponent decides to do against Weavile. Weavile is mainly a revenge killer for stat upers. Lopunny has been used in conjunction with Punishment many times.

Garchomp.png

Garchomp @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 208 HP / 172 SpD / 128 Spe
Ability: Sand Veil

Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Rest
Sleep Talk

SleepTalkChomp has been a proud staple of my team. It's served as a Breloom counter and status absorber for so long. Dragon Claw and Earthquake rip through lots of things while Garchomp heals itself up at the same time while being able to absorb Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Hypnosis, Sleep Powder, Spore and Thunder Wave. The EVs make Garchomp bulky enough to take hits like it never could. I think the EVs provide maximum Leftovers recovery, but, if they don't someone please tell me with right EVs needed. Garchomp also hits a 300 speed, outspeeding neutral base 100s such as Salamence, Dragonite and Kingdra.

THREAT LIST:

Tyranitar: Most variants are taken out by Garchomp who can take anything it throws at it and hit it with a STAB Earthquake. A Choice Banded variants are harder to counter, however, Jirachi has the ability to switch in easier and can potentially 2-OHKO with Hidden Power Fighting. TyraniBoah is TOTALLY countered by Jirachi, taking Crunch, Ice Beam, Focus Punch, Dark Pulse and Thunderbolt like a pro and hitting back with Hidden Power Fighting. A lot of variants who lead are OHKO'd by Roserade.
Gyarados: Mesprit can switch in on everything it tosses at it and OHKO's with Thunderbolt.
Infernape: Mesprit can switch in on anything, cripple it with Thunder Wave and hit back with a few Thunderbolts.
Azelf: Erm... It's basicly the same as Infernape.
Electivire: Hard to counter due to mixed variants. Mesprit can switch in and does nice damage with Ice Beam and 3-4KOs with a Thunder Punch or Thunderbolt.
Heracross: Jirachi, damn right. Heracross rarely runs Earthquake, so, I have nothing to worry about. Close Combat fails to 2KO on Scarfed versions. Choice Banded versions 2KO, but, Jirachi can outspeed it and OHKO with Psychic.
Salamence: Mesprit can switch in easily and Ice Beam it into an early grave. SpecsMence I'm unsure about, though as a Draco Meteor will probabally 2KO it. I'll run some calcs later and edit it in. Mixed and physical versions are countered by it easily.
Togekiss: Garchomp can take whatever it tosses at it, including the occaisional Hidden Power Ice and hit back with Dragon Claw. Mesprit can do the same thing with Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave and Ice Beam at its desposal.
Gengar: More difficult to counter, but, Jirachi and Garchomp should be able to do the job.
Garchomp: Mesprit, the one and only counter for it. It can take SO many things while Mesprit Ice Beams it down into its grave.
Lucario: Another job for Mesprit to handle, it switches in, cripples it and takes it out with Thunderbolts. The All-Out-Sweeper variants are easily countered by Garchomp, Hidden Power Ice variants go to Mesprit once again. Jirachi can also work as a good counter for both sides of the attacking spectrum.
Starmie: Weavile can take out CounterStar and Life Orb Star with a single unboosted Punishment while being able to switch in on any move, barring Hidden Power Fighting, however, a counter for Hidden Power Fighting variants will vary due to the moveset changes. If Surf is taken out for Hidden Power, then, Weavile will be the counter, if Ice Beam, Roserade, if Thunderbolt, Mesprit.
Weavile: Jirachi, that's a "no-shitter".
Dugtrio: I wouldn't call anything a counter since most of my team will be trapped by it. However, most of my team either can take a hit from it and kill it, or, outspeed and kill it.
Porygon-Z: Mesprit does its job of being able to cripple and kill while taking anyting it tosses at it. Jirachi can do the same thing, basicly.
Machamp: This thing can cause a huge threat to my team from the get-go. It was the one Pokemon I thought of when making this thread as it can cause a huge problem if it's Scarfed for some reason. However, for regular variants, Mesprit would be an excellent canidate for a counter once you consider that most Machamp don't run Guts and they have a low base special defense, so, Ice Beam/Thunderbolt should do the trick most of the time, I guess.
Snorlax: Garchomp, definately. Snorlax bearly runs Ice Punch, so, Garchomp should be safe on the switch in, healing Parahax and damage with Rest while attacking its base defense with Earthquake and Dragon Claw. Lopunny can switch in on a predicted Curse and Encore it, however , that alone doesn't make a counter.
Zapdos: Mesprit is the #1 counter here. It can take Thunderbolts and break any Subs with Ice Beam while at the same time, being able to cripple Zapdos and switch to Lopunny in case of Agili-Passing variants. Jirachi can switch in, stock up on a Calm Mind easily and get a Substitute up before it can KO it.
Suicune: Mesprit takes out a few variants while Lopunny can Encore-Focus Punch anything trying to stock up on Calm Minds or put up a Substitute. Both can switch in on anything.
Breloom: Didn't I already say this ? Oh well, I should explain it. Garchomp absorbs Spore and rips Breloom apart with either Earthquake or Dragon Claw.
Ninjask: Lopunny can switch in on anything and Encore it, I guess. Everything can switch in on it, barring Weavile and OHKO. Garchomp deserves a special mention for being able to shut off Ninjask with Dragon Claw easily.
Metagross: I've had problems with the occaisional Scarf/AgiliGross, so, Mesprit switch in and can cripple them both while 2KOing it with Thunderbolt. Garchomp can counter non-Ice Punch versions.
Heatran: Garchomp, I've used it as a Heatran counter as well. It can switch in on anything barring Hidden Power Ice from a SpecsTran, however, the Choiced variants who run Hidden Power Ice will switch out when they see Weavile and Garchomp will be able to get away from Scarfed versions. Mesprit can cripple and Bolt as usual.
Celebi: Roserade's Sludge Bomb can put- not a dent- but, a crater in it. I think it 2KOs it. Some variants only run Grass Knot, however, Psychic variants go to Jirachi (who should be the first choice for a counter, anyway).
Jirachi: Garchomp can switch in on anything, take the next few hits and take it out with Earthquake. Rare Hidden Power Ice Jirachi can be taken down by my Jirachi. Lopunny serves as a nice counter for special versions with the Encore- Mirror Coat combo.
Dragonite: Mesprit, once again can switch in and Ice Beam it.
Mamoswine: Mesprit can just outstall it with Ice Beam, Rest and Sleep Talk while taking little damage from Ice Shard and Stone Edge.
Gallade: A bit harder to counter with Ice Punch at its disposal. Jirachi, I guess can switch in and attack its high base Special Defense with Psychic while avoiding status with Substitute.
Yanmega: Jirachi, once again can switch in and blast away at it with Psychic. Garchomp can handle the ones without Hidden Power Ice. Lopunny can hit it back with Mirror Coat.
Kingdra: Jirachi can easily switch in and go for the kill. Mesprit can cripple its chances of being able to sweep in a Rain Dance team. Ha, I made a pun.
Roserade: Jirachi can easily switch in and Psychic will OHKO.
Scizor: Garchomp and Jirachi can only switch in. Garchomp can hit it constantly with Earthquakes while Jirachi can try and beef its Hidden Power Fighting up enough to the point where it'll do some excellent damage to it.

There's too much pressure on Mespirit - it can not deal with extremely dangerous threats such as Garchomp, Heatran, Infernape, Zapdos, Suicune and many, many more. As too, you don't even have any recovery to support Mespirit with to even make an effort to acomplish its goal.

My first thought was to have you replace Jirachi's initial moveset for the sturdier, more defensive set - Zen Headbutt, U-turn, Wish and Reflect. With Wish included, it accompanies Mespirit with health replenishment. Then there's a second alternative, and that is to transform Mespirit's moveset - replacing Grass Knot and Thunder Wave for the established, effective moveset - Rest and Sleep Talk. Of course, either alternative requires a change in both EVs and movesets. Remember, you can still use the Impish nature Jirachi with 136 Speed EVs to outrun opposing Heracross. You know if I was you, I would change both movesets to what I've given you.

I will stop there until you make it clear that Lopunny's position in the team is up for replacement.

Thanks, I'll try the changes in Mesprit's moveset. Also, when I used the support Jirachi set at one time, it gave Weavile a free chance to go on a rampage, however, Wish support would be nice for the team.

EDIT: Updated.
