2. How confident are you that celever is scum? She had been silenced by a scum role. Do you think it is plausible that they could risk their most probably one-time silence on their own team mate?

1. What did I contribute till now to make me a super town. Even if they believed that for the first few days, later I can easily imagine me just falling through the cracks. Another explanation is, us suspecting the wrong guys, they have no reason to off those, who don't even begin to suspect them.

2. Yes they easily would risk it, especially on a day like LYLO when a lot of suspicion already exists towards celever, it's like a lynch protect this way. But reverse logic also could work, silence her, let some bring up this point(which you just did, dundundun) and watch her die with no defense.

3. Yeah this will, take more time to answer, than the previous two. Give me some time to wake up fully and have food, then I will tackle that "thing"


Also guys sorry for not accomplishing much, but I'm kinda dependent on a mafia being lynched before I really get going, nothing like solid proof of an alignment to get my gears working. So lets hope today works. I also have something to post that I will also tackle after food has been ingested.

Lightwolf: If you work best with a mafia already flipped, then I'd like you to work your magic under the assumption that Celever has flipped mafia. I just did, and I formed a few opinions (and I further solidified my intuition that Celever is in fact mafia), but I'm not going to post them because I want the posts to lead you themselves. So yeah, analyze whatever you would assuming that Celever is mafia, and let's just see where it goes and what other reads you get.

1) One of the experienced players is possibly mafia. By sniping us, they would reveal which one of them is scum. This way, we have to pick which one of the experienced players is scum, and might get it wrong. Or they could just be all mostly inexperienced and just hoping we turn on each other under the previous logic. I smell a mind game.

2) I think it's probably you. Your 100% approval of obbmudd99 indicates you may have been recruited as a mason, or that the masons may have a way to let people know who they are.

3) Probably for fear of a BG on you. Or because they feel you are not a threat, given the village track record so far, and that they've been hooking you constantly.

Also, I recall reading Lockdown and Lockdown II... given the mafia styles there... hmm...

Yes, I'm aware my style can be construed as corresponding to the mafia in Lockdown II, but that's because everyone's should, but village has been inactive, save for a few. FoS me if you will, since I can fit in the same category I lumped Eagle4 in.

1. I can see many reasons for this. One is that they're randkilling, but by now at least one of us should be dead. They may be lynching the people who thinks a particular way about any of the mafia members, or if we're completely on the wrong track. Out of the people you listed, it could be that at least one of them is mafia. You're probably not being lynched for two reasons. One is that you're mafia, and the other is that they're hooking you to the point where you're being framed, as you cannot prove you have a power role.

2. I'm not confident at all that celever is scum, although my initial thought of him has changed slightly. Celever came off as noobtown before acklow subbed in, but acklow was scummy since he was the guy which started the meowmixx lynch. I would still think that celever is noobtown at this point, but then he was silenced which makes no sense to me. He was either onto something, or mafia trying to cover up himself, or, and most probably, it's just the mafia trying to play mindgames. Right now I doubt celever is scum.

3. Eurgh. Acklow targeted Meowmixx, "knew" he was mafia, and he turned out not to be. Obviously, this kinda puts Acklow in the spotlight. Especially since he even explained how he would play in that post, like he was trying to create a blanket for himself if he was ever found scummy. AG targets both MS and Meowmixx with FoS. He targets MS because there is a chance that he could be lying about having a power role. This could mean that 1) He's mafia inflicting doubt on MS having a power role, or 2) AG is townie being fooled by mafia or that MS actually doesn't have a power role and is faking it. Acklow agrees with AG about MS, so this could potentially be a team-up? Anyway, AG decides to lynch MS, who's an easy target, but I guess AG has a right too since MS was playing difficult. Of course, targeting MS is wrong at this current time (LW and I saying this), and so AG does something I find a little scummy which is backtrack on his vote and decide to take it off MS once he posts something useful. The way MS and AG are posting to one another means that it's heavily unlikely that they're in a scumteam. So then Acklow, despite LW and my post saying not to, decides to vote for MS. Basically, Acklow is latching on to what celever is doing; could be a mafia trying to come off clean, could be a scumteam even. Then AG defends Acklow sooo now a scumteam is becoming a little more likely. They're both teaming up on MS. Anyway that connection kinda diminishes as celever returns, FoSing AG; a beginner would never FoS his own team mate. Anyway, celever says that AG and MS have a kind of connection, so perhaps he's trying to get them to appear as a scumteam. The likelihood is that celever pretty much believes that AG and MS share a connection, although I completely disagree. Anyway, AG resorts to statistics, which from my experience as well as one of MS' comments earlier on in the game, is actually a scummy thing to do (LW in MftD pulled out the statistics trick), although I don't really get how true this is (or if MS was joking when he said that). He arguably comes off worst in the acklow/celever vs MS vs AG debacle, he's been making pointless posts as filler, and he's done some scummy things which I've pointed out before in this thread as well as this post.
 
In Lockdown II, the mafia were highly active without being 100% clean. They quietly manipulated the lynches, if they did so at all. They mainly were active without lynching off any of their own and let the village get rid of themselves. It only really fits because I see a lot of inactivity, and the mafia is almost never inactive. Basically, they slid through unnoticed because they were careful to be active in a way that is almost never scummy. They were too clean. Your style... and, admittedly, mine... is reminiscent of that overall strategy.
 
Eagle I suggest that you take your lynch off of AG (I would have suggested the same for yoshinite had I noticed it). Any villager lynch vote against another village could theoretically give the mafia all it needs to win the game. Since they could just rapidfire bandwagon to get to majority. We shouldn't be lynch voting unless we know for certain that's who we want to lynch. Just use FoS for now.
 
True, although there needs to be five lynches as a majority, so I don't think the mafia can rapidfire bandwagon (also, wouldn't rapidfire bandwagon mean that we can easily find out who's the mafia). Nevertheless,

I guess if it's 5 to lynch then one vote should be safe, but I'm just worried about what could happen. Obviously the mafia would have to wait for two villagers to vote for the same villager before they rapidfire, but yeah, better safe than sorry for now.
