Rain Teams

Rain Sweeper

(Rain Dance)
  • Great typing for a rain sweeper; immune to Electric-type moves thanks to a Ground typing.
  • A bit lackluster Special Attack, but is backed up by the high BP Hydro Pump and Earth Power.
  • Lacks Ice Beam, which sucks because of Druddigon, but still hits Grass-types with Sludge Wave.
  • Basically needs Life Orb.
Sun Teams

Sun Sweeper

(Swords Dance or Nasty Plot)
  • Good offensive stats; both Attack, Special Attack, and Speed.
  • Unique Grass / Dark typing.
  • Access to both Swords Dance and Nasty Plot.
  • Good movepool overall. Access to Nature Power etc.
Hail Teams

Sweeper

(Nasty Plot)
  • Great Speed and great Special Attack.
  • Access to Lovely Kiss to ease setting up with Nasty Plot.
  • Good ability in Dry Skin, giving her a immunity to Water-type moves like Aqua Jet from Kabutops.
Utility

(Specially Defensive)
  • Great mixed defenses.
  • Great support in the form of Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave.
  • Handles Fire-types really well, mainly Moltres. Emboar can be a problem for it though.
Bulky Offense / Balance

Special Sweeper

(Calm Mind)
  • Amazing overall bulk. "Mini-Cress".
  • Is really hard to take down without a strong, super effective move.
  • Takes advantage of this to set up with Calm Mind.
  • Access to Moonlight and Heal Bell to keep it healthy.
  • Has trouble with Dark-types without Signal Beam though.
  • Can Baton Pass too.
Offense / Bulky Offense / Balance / Sun Teams / Rain Teams

Hazard Setter

(Stealth Rock)
  • Great Stealth Rock setter. Good typing and good bulk.
  • Puts offensive pressure on the opponent from the start.
  • Brings useful resistances to rain and sun teams; Grass for rain, Water and Fire for sun.
  • Good wallbreaking capabilities if going mixed as well.

Offense

Special Sweepers:

(Special Attacker or SubNP)

  • Great STABs in Ice and Psychic, coupled with base 115 Special attack and 95 Speed make jynx a potent special attack
  • can use Nasty Plot to further boost her special attack, making her especially dangerous
  • Lovely Kiss is a great move for jynx, lets her eliminate a counter or get a set up opportunity with ease
  • Immune to Water-type moves such as Scald and Aqua Jet thanks to Dry Skin, which is p. cool
  • checked by Slowking and Escavalier, who are admittedly pretty common
  • kinda vulnerable to priority too, although its immune to aqua jet and can play around sucker punch

(Offensive)

  • Accelgor makes a great special attacker and late game cleaner
  • Bug STAB is pretty cool in RU, lets it hit one of the most common Pokemon in the tier, Slowking for super effective damage, also lets it hit other common threats such as Uxie and Sceptile hard
  • absolutely ridiculous Speed stat makes accelgor really hard to revenge kill outside of priority, although faster Choice Scarf users such as Rotom-C can outspeed as well
  • works especially well with hazards down, most other sweepers are, but accelgor especially so
  • often finds itself being worn down quickly via Life Orb+Stealth Rock+stray hits
  • frail

ok guys! i've updated the top with all of your entries, and i've also added a new category in Offense, Bulky Offense, and Balance called Tanks/Utility. This is for Pokemon such as col49's exeggutor that play an offensive role, but either dont fit in as a sweeper, or play a more offensive support oriented role, such as Drifblim clearing the way for other sweepers or Magneton removing Steel-types for its teammates. Speaking of Magneton....

Offense/Bulky Offense/Balance

Tanks/Utility

(Steel Killer or Choice Specs)

  • Trapping common Steel-types such as Klinklang, Steelix, and Escavalier makes magneton a great offensive support Pokemon
  • can help many other offensive threats such as Swellow, Klinklang, Lilligant, Sceptile, and Cinccino sweep more easily
  • outside of this specific role, Magneton has a great base 120 Special Attack, access to Eviolite, an amazing STAB in Electric, and a defensive typing that resists pretty much everything other than Fire, Fighting, and Ground to work with, ensuring that it pulls its weight even if there are no Steel-types to trap
  • can get worn down by repeated hits, although its immune to Toxic and resists Stealth Rock which is nice

VoltTurn:

Mesprit (Stealth Rock or Choice)

  • Is a pretty good U-turn user
  • Can set up Stealth Rock, hit hard, or revenge kill depending on the set
  • Pretty bulky
  • Not to shabby of a speed tier
  • Great coverage
  • Beware Pursuit

Trick Room:

Uxie (Trick Room)

  • Very bulky, so it can set up TR as it likes
  • Also has SR which helps TR
  • Can U-turn to a teammate to get them onto wrecking teams like a boss
  • Not a bad defensive typing
  • Hilariously weak though, and not as cute as Mesprit

Hariyama (Guts)

  • Has Guts, and a brutal Close Combat to hit like a nuke
  • Is reasonably bulky
  • Has useful coverage in Stone Edge and Facade
  • Fake Out could be useful to Guts, but don't use it recklessly
  • It's a sumo wrestler

Rain Teams:

Mesprit (Weather Support)

  • Is bulky and can set up Rain well
  • Can hit hard and spam Thunder like a boss
  • Can also summon SR
  • Also has U-turn to switch, and Healing Wish to heal a weakened rain sweeper

Rotom-C (Weather Support)

  • Excellent typing
  • Is also decently bulky
  • Spams Thunders
  • Can Volt Switch to a teammate to get them to wreck

Moltres (Life Orb Attacker)

  • Hits like a damn truck
  • Spams Hurricanes like there's no tomorrow
  • Has great synergy with Kabutops and Omastar
  • Overall a good piece of rain teams

My two cents

lets get this moving again!

Offense/Bulky Offense/Balance

Rapid Spinners:

(Offensive)

  • Not as good of an offensive spinner as Kabutops overall, but Cryogonal can definitely perform well on offensive teams as well
  • fastest Rapid Spinner in the tier by far, can get a quick rapid spin off before death
  • works great on offensive teams that have trouble with hail, as it still has enough special bulk to takes hits from the blizzspammers even without investment and has reliable recovery
  • can run different hidden powers for different purposes, for example: it can run Hidden Power Fire to lure in Escavalier and Durant, or Hidden Power Fighting to lure in say Aggron and Kabutops
  • still matches up well against most of the spinblockers, although its pretty pursuit weak without the investment
  • bar Lum Kabutops probably the best spinner to use vs Smeargle Offense thanks to its speed
  • Icicle Plate Ice Beam is powerful enough for Cryogonal to clean up if needed

Stall

Physical Walls:

(Tank)

  • Ridiculously bulky on the physical side, can take hits from pretty much any physical attacker that doesnt have something such as Brave Bird or Flare Blitz
  • Regenerator helps Tangrowth stay around for longer, making it that much of a thorn in the opponent's side
  • has Sleep Powder to cripple an opponent for an indefinite period of time, while also providing free turns
  • hits hard for a wall thanks to good offensive stats, decent coverage, and high BP STAB moves such as Power Whip
  • pairs well with Slowking, forming the infamous TanKing core (although its not as good as before...)
  • has mediocre special bulk despite a high Hp stat, and some common weaknesses as well, but that can be played around rather easily

Bulky Offense/Balance

Wallbreakers:

(Choice Band)

  • Incredible power with base 123 Attack, Choice Band, and twin 120 BP attacking moves
  • Literally nothing is safe. If Emboar picks the right move, your check is gone.
  • Easy to stack Fire-types with due to its lack of SR weakness.
  • Great check to most Grass-types. Even has Sleep Talk to deal with Amoonguss and friends
  • A go-to wallbreaker if you need Rocks and Steels removed

(Choice)

  • Underrated 'mon in general, but especially in the wallbreaking area
  • Great 3-move coverage in Psychic+BoltBeam
  • Has access to Psyshock to even break down physical walls despite being a special attacking wallbreaker
  • U-turn can keep it safe early
  • Solid 80 / 105 / 105 bulk to tank hits as needed
  • Checks both Slowking and Druddigon which is never a bad thing to have
  • Pursuit weakness sucks, so have strong defensive support to fall back on off of U-turn.

And now to add a category to Bulky Offense (if I may)

Bulky Offense:

Spinblocker:

(Tank or Choice Band)

  • Only Ghost-type that can spinblock and use SR
  • Tank set has more longevity, but CB has more power
  • Both have the offensive presence to discourage spinners from coming in directly
  • Does struggle against Kabutops and Cryo, but works extremely well with Ferroseed who deals with both admirably

(All-Out Attacker)

  • Arguably the best spinblocker in the tier
  • Handles Cryogonal with relative ease and can neuter Kabutops with Will-O-Wisp
  • Has to be careful around Kabutops though as Lum Berry can render Will-O-Wisp useless
  • Also handles opposing spinblockers well between Sucker Punch and Pursuit, letting your spinner have an easier time

Stall: Special Wall
Mandibuzz-

-Bulky and can help out with fast taunts
-Access to Whirlwind for phazing into lovely hazards and roost for reliable recovery
-Also has STAB Foul Play to hurt the big offensive threats despite a low Attack stat

I probably wouldn't add Mandibuzz for stall because it's not really that effective anymore. On paper, it walls a good amount of threats, but in battle, it's Stealth Rock weakness turns many 3HKOes into 2HKOes and it will be using Roost a lot, giving the opponent more opportunities to set up and gain momentum. I would almost always consider my other team slot options before Mandibuzz. I probably would have added it a year ago though since it countered Cofagrigus who was on every team and shut down slower teams with Taunt, but now the metagame is more offensive and Mandibuzz doesn't get the chance to shine. That's my opinion though, feel free to discuss it more.

Offense

Physical Sweepers and Revenge Killers:

(All-Out-Attacker or Swords Dance)

  • Absol can be quite the scary physical sweeper if given the chance
  • strongest priority move in the game in Sucker Punch, takes some prediction, but Absol can pick off most potential revenge killers at +2
  • Dark/Fighting is perfect coverage in RU, ensuring as little as possible can actually wall absol
  • has some trouble setting up a Swords Dance because of its fraility, but it can still occasionally get the boost by forcing a switch
  • if not running Swords Dance, Absol can use Pursuit to trap bulky Psychic-types, or run Fire Blast to break through Pokemon such as Tangrowth, Steelix, and Escavalier
  • powerful Sucker Punch allows absol to double as a dangerous revenge killer as well, picking off things such as Cinccino, Tauros, Rotom-C, and Manectric

Offence

Physical Sweeper

(Dragon Dance)
  • Great STAB combination and its even further boosted by Adaptability
  • Great set-up move in Dragon Dance boosting its middling speed and already awesome attack.
  • Still slow even after a speed boost and gets easily revenged killed.
  • Substitute remedies this a bit.
  • Struggles with Grass-types like Tangrowth and Ferroseed, the latter can be dealt with by Super Power though.

Offense/Bulky Offense/Balance

Tanks/Utility

(All-Out-Attacker)

  • All Out Attacker Spiritomb is a great utility Pokemon that can check and eliminate many common RU threats such as Gallade, Hitmonlee, and Uxie
  • exceptionally good at trapping Psychic-types with its somewhat powerful pursuit, immunity to Psychic-type moves, and lack of weaknesses
  • Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch make Spiritomb a decent option for revenge killing too
  • Can use Trick to cripple a defensive Pokemon (assuming Spiritomb is banded of course
  • when its not running a Choice Band, can run Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers such as Klinklang and Aggron that might try to switch in on it
  • Can still use Foul Play like defensive Spiritomb if neither Trick nor Wisp appeals to you
  • lack of coverage can turn this Spiritomb if set up bait in certain cirsumstances

Offence

Special Sweeper

(Shell Smash)
  • Access to the rare move Shell Smash, which boosts omastar's offensive stats.
  • Great Bulk and Typing allows it to take a hit and set-up
  • Great movepool but lacking speed
  • Sweeps unprepared teams easily.
  • Needs water-types like Slowking and Lanturn removed for it to sweep.
  • Appreciates Dual-screens and Hazard Support.
Offence / Bulky Offence / Balance / VolTurn

Physical Sweeper

(Bulky Swords Dance / Offensive Swords Dance / Choice)
  • Great offensive stats and even further boosted by Swords Dance.
  • Great Speed stat.
  • Great Technician ability and the movepool to abuse it.
  • Excellent Bug STAB enables it to hit pesky Psychic- and Grass-types.
  • Great bulk with Eviolite.
  • Although Scyther gets Roost, it x4 Stealth Rock weakness is still unmissable.
  • Access to Baton Pass, makes Scyther a real menace to deal with giving one of it allies his boosts.
  • With U-turn you always gains momentum.

@Mylo: Are you sure that Scyther should be added? It doesn't seem that good to be honest and I don't really see a reason to use it (why is it still RU anyways ?_?). With U-turn, Scyther is pressured to heal or limit its switch-ins because of its Stealth Rock weakness, so it basically requires Rapid Spin support. The boosting sets are either to weak or too frail from my experience, and aren't that difficult to deal with. I don't think that I would recommend Scyther to a new player. What do you think about this? I'm curious to see if you or anyone else have used Scyther effectively & how.

EDIT: I'd agree with adding it to VoltTurn though

@DittoCrow, i've used Choice Band Scyther a little bit on volturn and it functioned decently well for me, as far as i know it has the strongest U-turn in the tier, and it also made a nice cleaner once everything's been worn down by repeated u-turns and volt switches. Of course its use in this role is limited if Stealth Rock is up, but Natu actually fits quite well on volturn teams from my experience and can at least temporarily prevent rocks from setting up with its reflect+roost set, so it wasn't too big of an issue most of the time. I haven't tried out the other Scyther sets, though, so i'm not sure about adding it to offense etc. It definitely deserves a spot on Volturn though imo (although feel free to disagree).

EDIT: BKC posted a bulky Swords Dance set that actually worked pretty well a while back, that might be worth looking into.

Offense

Revenge Killers and Physical Sweepers

(Choice Scarf)

  • Well known simply for the raw power of its Hi Jump Kick
  • Attack stat with Pure Power is equivalent to Kyurem-B's thats pretty amazing
  • with a Choice Scarf equipped can function as a great revenge killer and late game cleaner all in one teamslot!
  • has the raw power to revenge kill bulkier Pokemon that other scarfed Pokemon wouldn't be able to take out
  • can wallbreak to an extent even in the Choice Scarf role! can 2HKO Tangrowth after Stealth Rock with Hi Jump Kick, thats pretty amazing
  • frail
  • has a Stealth Rock resist though!
  • can be beaten by Spiritomb early game

Wallbreakers

(Choice Band)

  • definition of power
  • Hi Jump Kick alone OHKOs the majority of the metagame with little to no trouble, even some bulkier Pokemon can be destroyed with one shot
  • even pokemon such as Slowking that are resistant to Hi Jump Kick can be cleanly 2HKO'd by Choice Band medicham
  • sits at a nice speed tier for a wallbreaker, while most wallbreakers are pretty slow, medicham is actually relatively fast, tying with other Pokemon such as kabutops and mesprit
  • even with the Extra power, still can't touch Spiritomb ;_;

Sun Sweeper

*Fast Sleep Powder
*Takes advantage of Sun with Chlorophyll and STAB Solarbeam
*Quiver Dance cleaner
*Good attacking options
*High base Special Attack

Sun setter/Utility

*Sets Sunny Day
*Good defenses (particularly physical defense)
*Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock are helpful for Sun teams
*Great STABs and EdgeQuake
*Better synergy with sun teams than Kabutops (outside of sun teams I almost always pick Kabutops over Armaldo)

Bulky Offense

Wallbreakers

(Substitute or Choice Band)

  • Easily the best Sap Sipper user in the tier
  • Solid 95 / 95 / 95 bulk and great base 110 Attack
  • Can either use Sub to ease prediction or become a battering ram (or bull in this case) with a Choice Band
  • If a Grass-type isn't named Sceptile, then Bouffalant has a free turn to do whatever
  • Typing and low Speed hurt it a bit offensively
  • Great coverage options though

Offense:

Wallbreakers

(Choice Band or Offensive Swords Dance)

  • Base 125 Attack + STAB Close Combat = opponents in pain
  • Choice Band is one of the hardest hitters in the tier right off the bat
  • If Offensive SD runs LO, it too has immediate wallbreaking power, but with the ability to change moves (even mentioned this wallbreaking potential when I wrote up Gallade's original BW2 analysis)
  • Can pick off weakened foes with Shadow Sneak, so it can revenge kill to an extent
  • Biggest perk over Medicham is its base 115 Special Defense, allowing it to tank a special hit or two; also has a safer Fighting STAB
  • Though uncommon, Justified can be activated to give Gallade that much more power (as if it needs more)

@D_C I've been using the set BKC posted and it worked excellent, it does need a bit more support than other sweepers though. The other set I've used is CB like Molk and as he stated its a decent late-game cleaner but struggles with its x4 Stealth Rock weakness. The LO/Offensive SD is a bit lackluster since its too frail to set-up or too weak, like you set. So yeah, I'd add it to volturn and Balance?

Bulky Offence

Physical Sweeper

(Swords Dance)
  • Seems outclassed by Feraligatr at first, but has a niche in Megahorn
  • Megahorn is a huge asset as it hits Tangrowth and can even OHKO it with a little prior damage
  • Megahorn also hits most defensive pokemon SE/hard such as Slowking, Uxie, Amoonguss etc.
  • Has a decent speed tier with which it outpaces most defensive pokemon.
  • Has Aqua Jet to KO frail pokemon like Swellow and Cinccino that might revenge kill Samurott.
  • Good but not great bulk.
  • Often seen as a special attacker thus Samurott sweeps unprepared team easily, once his C&C are removed of course.

(Shell Smash)

  • Great STAB combination that gets pretty good coverage.
  • Great abilities in Solid Rock and Sturdy, which ensures you can get a smash most of the time.
  • Its typing allows it to check the every present Fire-, Flying- and Normal-types
  • Low speed makes it unappealing as a 'sweeper'
  • Has the option to go mix with Ice Beam, to hit pokemon like Tangrowth
  • Access to Aqua Jet makes it harder for fast frailer pokemon to revenge kill it.

alright, i've added most of your submissions to the OP, i only added Scyther in Volturn for now, but if other users think it should be in other categories i have no problem adding it.

Anyways, heres a suggestion of my own to keep things going

Bulky Offense/Balance

Hazard Setters:

(Tank)

  • Carracosta's immense physical bulk lets it set up Stealth Rock rather reliably
  • one of the best Entei checks out there, 4x resists Flare Blitz, resists Extremespeed, and doesn't particularly care about Stone Edge, it can even take an hp grass decently
  • base 108 Attack means carracosta is no slouch offensively either
  • solid rock soften's carracosta's weaknesses to an extent, making it a bit better defensively
  • has decently powerful priority over other bulky Stealth Rock setters, can pick off weakened/frail opponents when needed
  • recieves come competition from hazards omastar, who's pretty much a special counterpart to bulky carracosta

VoltTurn

Volt Switch users:

(Steel Killer, Choice Scarf, or Choice Specs)

  • Strange choice for a VoltTurn team, but it has great resists and base 120 Special Attack
  • Added utility of taking out Steels which can hamper most U-turn users
  • Steel Killer provides a bulky pivot. Scarf gives a utility revenge killer. Specs dismantles Steels and has the single strongest Volt Switch in the tier.
  • Immune to poison and resists SR which is definitely cool
  • Great set of resists gives Magneton easy access to the battlefield

Offense/Bulky Offense/Balance

Tanks/Utility

(Moofensive)

  • Offensive Miltank makes a great tank that can perform several roles
  • because of Sap Sipper and Miltank's access to reliable recovery, Offensive miltank is one of the best checks to Lilligant, and Grass-types without Focus Blast available
  • Isn't especially powerful because of an only average base 80 Attack, but Miltank's high BP moves make up for it
  • It also hits more than hard enough after a sap sipper boost
  • still really bulky even without investment, can take quite a few hits and heal them off with its fast milk drink
  • can provide Heal Bell support as well

Torterra post!

Balance/Bulky Offense/Trick Room

Wallbreakers:

(Choice Band or Offensive Tank)

  • Solid Base 109 Attack and 95 / 105 / 85 bulk
  • High-powered STAB moves that can OHKO and 2HKO many common threats
  • Has Stone Edge to crush most that resist its STABs
  • CB set has Superpower to instantly eliminate Ferroseed
  • Offensive Tank set can use Synthesis to hang around longer
  • Both sets can be effective in Trick Room as Terra generally has solid synergy with most TR setters and abusers
  • Unless supported with full hazards support with the CB set, it won't break past Tangrowth
  • More reliant on prediction than most other Choice users

Balance/Bulky Offense/Stall

Hazard Setters/Tanks/Utility (Balance and Bulky Offense) and Physical Walls/Special Walls (Stall)

(Defensive Tank)

  • Has SR for team support
  • Great set of resistances and immunities which include an EdgeQuake resistance and Electric immunity
  • Mixed bulk lets it be EVed to wall physical or special attackers, depending on team needs
  • Synthesis for reliable recovery
  • Solid STAB coverage and base 109 Attack to keep most setup sweepers at bay
  • Physically Defensive spread works well with Clefable, Magneton, and Slowking
  • Specially Defensive spread better supports Qwilfish, Alomomola, and Poliwrath

Offense/Bulky Offense

Physical Sweepers:

(Rock Polish)

  • 422 Speed after Rock Polish is nothing to mess with
  • Great dual STAB coverage and Stone Edge to take out most adversaries with
  • Immune to Thunder Wave thanks to its Ground typing. Big plus!
  • Very few Pokemon can take all 3 attacks from Terra
  • Can't beat Tangrowth ;_;
  • Loves special attacking Fire-types like Moltres and Typhlosion for this reason
  • Deadly if given Spikes support (Qwilfish anyone?)

Hail

Utility:

(Utility)

  • Great pokemon for supporting hail teams
  • covers various threats to hail such as Entei, Emboar, Escavalier, and Durant
  • Intimidate comes in handy for softening physical attacks, which can stop a potential sweep and also make it easier for something like walrein to set up a substitute
  • can stop slower opponents from spikestacking against hail with a somewhat fast taunt
  • speaking of spikestacking, qwilfish is one of the best spikers for a hail team!
  • although most sets just run spikes, dual spikes qwilfish is especially effective in hail, being able to form the dreaded Toxic Spikes+hail+walrein combination
  • lacks the resistance to rock-type moves poliwrath has, which can be annoying on occasion

Stall:

Special Walls / Heal Bell Users:

Lanturn (Tank)

  • Solid bulk and useful typing
  • Can take on many of RU's threats such as Moltres, Omastar, Manectric, Rotom-F, etc.
  • It has Scald and shit to support the team
  • It also has Heal bell to cure status
  • T-Wave is cool
  • Can also use Volt Switch

Offense:

Wallbreakers:

Escavalier (Choice Band)

  • Has 135 Attack and a mighty STAB Megahorn to open some massive holes in team
  • Solid typing allowing it to come in on what it wishes to and start wallbreaking with Megahorn
  • Has Pursuit to trap shit
  • It's fucking badass

Manly Teams:

Druddigon

o_k, i've updated the OP with your submissions once again! just let me know if i missed anything major and i'll add/remove it from the list, and heres a submission of my own!

Bulky Offense

Special Sweepers

(Quiver Dance)

  • already in offense and balanced special sweepers sections, and for good reason too
  • probably one of the scariest Pokemon in RU, every team needs a way to handle her
  • can take out a check or counter with Sleep Powder bar sleep absorbers
  • Quiver Dance is an insane boosting move
  • has some coverage issues, but either Hidden Power Fire or Hidden Power Rock lets lilligant hit at least some of her potential checks hard
  • if Lilligant sets up and your check/counter is down or put to sleep, you're going to have a hard time
  • while her coverage with hidden power is at least usable, its still flawed
  • kinda frail overall, although she can take special hits decently after a quiver dance

Offense/Bulky Offense/Balance

Revenge Killers (just offense) and Tanks/Utility (all)

(Choice Scarf)

  • It might seem odd to put a choice scarf on Lilligant when she could be quiver dance sweeping, but scarf lilli is actually a decent utility mon and revenge killer
  • super fast sleep powder lets Lilligant put something out of comission fast, including potential boosting threats other sleep inducing mons wouldn't be able to outspeed
  • 90 Speed is pretty good for a choice scarf Pokemon, faster than scarf Rotom-C
  • can use a combination of Leaf Storm/Petal Dance and Hidden Power to revenge kill various threats such as Entei, or she can clean up late game with Own Tempo Petal Dance (if she's running it)
  • fast Healing Wish gives Lilli the chance to fully heal one of her teammates, giving them a second chance to sweep and often turning a whole game around

Bulky Offense

Tangrowth

1. It has great 100/125 defenses
2. When you slap Choice Specs on it it's 110 base special attack is not be be underestimated (I have even used a Choice Band set to decent succes)
3. It has Regenerator to keep it healthy throughout the match and it pairs well with other bulky offensive pokemon like Slowking.
