Unless Freeze is gone and replaced with Frostbite, then I think the freeze chance would just be 10% for Bitter Malice. (We saw Farigiraf attack while having the Zzz coming out of it in the trailer so it's a possibility).
Nah, that ZZZ was already dismissed as being "drowsy" since it was just due to the fact the battle is not properly "synced".
Doesn't look like there's any drowsy or frostbite shenenigans happening.
Bitter Malice will likely be 10% (
Like G-Articuno's signature move)
Why are you comparing a wall with a wallbreaker? And a damn powerful one at that (for example, its Facades are stronger than Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan's Icicle Crash). It is a lot more powerful than its fellow Guts users such as Conkeldurr and Obstagoon, too. If you consider what it is actually supposed to do, its only flaw is being slow enough to fail outspeeding Rotom appliances and Zapdos, otherwise it outspeeds the rest of the defensive metagame while being unwallable and by that I mean completely, there is no fringe counter or heat set or anything that can stand up to it defensively in the entire National Dex.
I'm comparing them because their statline is very similar.
The reason Hippowdon is used as wall is because it has the tools to do so. Even though it has the offensive moves, there's no reason to use a offensive Hippowdown set when it just works much better as defensive annoyance.
It's like Ferrothorn, which *CAN* and has run banded sets to catch people off, but its role as defensive behemot is just much better.
Or even Melmetal which also has both defensive sets with Toxic and whatnot, and all out offensive sets with Band, on top of hybrid ones with AV.
Ursaluna could very well be played as a wall if it was to have reliable recovery. It easily beats Toxapex, ignores status and even absorbs them, probably can also stopgap electric and ghost types too. However, if it has better offensive toolset than defensive, it'll be run more as a wallbreaker.
Edit: while unlikely I wouldn't actually exclude it to get something like Slack Off btw.
You can think of stuff like Dragonite which is able to serve both roles depending on what you need them to, since it has both the bulk and the moveset to do both roles based on what you give them.
Ursaluna to me looks like a similar case.
