You're really determined to get this mons and to be honest it's really heartwarming to see someone with so much determination for someone he care. Anyways, you can at least show him\her that you tried very hard to find one.he/she should be touched. With that said, I wish you luck and don't forget you can always try to breed a shiny eevee with cross region breeding technique which raise your chance by alot to have a shiny or you could try to catch one in a friend safari where the chance of obtaining a shiny is higher than normal.

beats me havent had any luck with any of those two but i wasnt focus to find a shiny pokemon. btw if you're doing the breeding technique go grab a pokemon with flame armor or something like that cuz it will make egg hatch faster magmar has the ability and other pokemon too.

Flame body and magma armour. I sugest talonflame coz it also gets fly. If you're breeding for a shiny, get a pokemon from another language as it quadruples your chance of getting a shiny
 
Question: I just caught a riolu from FS, and the IV judge says:

"I see, I see... This pokemon has outstanding potential overall. That's how I judge it, anyway. Incidentally, I would say that its greatest potential lies in its Attack stat. Hmm. And its Defense stat is good, too. Although its Sp. Atk is equally good. And, well, its Speed stat is good, too. Stats like those... They simply can't be beat! That's how I judge it."

Does this mean I got lucky and was able to get four perfect IVs on this guy?
 
Anyone have a Riolu/Lucario with Ice Punch, Crunch and/or Bullet Punch egg moves? Nature does not matter, since I will be breeding it.
 
Hey, I have a bunch of timid x/x/31/31/31/31 froakies, with both parents having these ivs. Would it be easier to breed one with an 31/x/x/x/x/x to get the last 31 in hp, or is it faster to keep breeding these two and hope I get lucky? Not sure how to proceed here

Breed it with a 31iv hp attack ditto holding Destiny Knot. Would be the fastest way to a 5/6 or perfect.
