Well, as far as I remember lucky egg and exp. share seem to work together, I bred at lvl 91 a team of Aipom to farm leftovers, the one with the lucky egg was always the higher and I had to change the lucky egg's holder. There are people confirming it on internet...

it does but im pretty sure the lucky egg doesnt work 100% it does increase experience but not so much as it should with 50%

That is what I do. Simply get enough lucky eggs, turn on XP share and make sure to use EXP power lvl 3 (either from someone else or yourself). The xp power will last for the entire restaurant battle and you can easily get 20-30 levels per run, more if you are not the original trainer. Switch in the poke you are leveling when you can for the extra xp bonus and try to use all targeting moves like dazzling gleam.

I currently have an Adamant 31/31/31/XX/31/31 Male US Dratini. I am wondering if anyone with another region's cartridge is willing to trade the same dratini (nature and ability don't really matter, but the exactly 5 IV does, and must be a male).

I want to start masuading but I only have US mons =(
 
If you want to level up at an insane speed you have to do pokemon amie and get the pokemon with max affection and then lucky egg.
I did this with the pinsir that Aoi gave me and it went from level 20 to 50 in one elite four run.
