Looking to trade my jolly flawless English ditto for a non English flawless ditto nature doesn't matter.
I have HA Dratini with Espeed :)

The Boost to Shadow Punch, Drain Punch, Elemental Punches, Hammer Arm (if in Trick Room), or Focus Punch (if going SubPunch) is better than a more accurate Dynamic Punch or Stone Edge.
Plus No Guard brings the double-edged sword of all attacks having perfect accuracy against you.

Not to mention DynamicPunch doesn't really offer anything noticeable coverage wise, and you can just run Hammer Arm anyway if you need a Fighting move (Or Drain Punch). The only perk to DynamicPunch is 100% confusion, but lack of stab on it makes it somewhat mediocre.

Not usable at all personally. You want at least 4 perfect IVs (not including the stat that is being decreased by nature) on an imperfect Pokemon to consider using it over a flawless version of it.

I don't use mega Venusaur, but those effort values look awkward. Anyway, for the Bold set, it comes out as 364 HP, 328 Def, and 323 SpD. Calm stats are 364 HP, 329 Def, and 322 SpD. So the answer to your question is almost equal.

I want to breed myself a new Greninja to hatch shiny to complete my self bred shiny starter trio. Already have a Greninja w/ HP Fire but hasn't been that useful as I feel HP Grass might be. It also wasn't bred by me and I want that more complete feeling from extra EMs that it doesn't have.
So I'm aiming for:
31/31/30/30/31/31 HP Grass w/ 4EMs(still deciding) one of them will be Toxic Spikes and a Hasty or Naïve nature.
Was wondering if I can get any Pokeball ideas. Premier and Luxury Ball unfortunately I don't want to do b/c I don't want to do a repeat on another member's Pokeball.
I'm more concerned w/ the ball matching the final Evo overall.
Here are the other 2 members of my shiny starter trio.
Impish Bulletproof Chespin (M) 31/31/31/31/31/31 (+Curse, Spikes, Synthesis, Quick Guard)
Timid Blaze Fennekin (F) 31/1/31/30/30/31 (+Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Magic Coat, Wish) Hidden Power Ground
Chespin is still in its egg but I found someone who might help, Fennekin is already hatched but I want to keep them Lv 1 till I get all 3

Edit: Dive ball applies more to Grens water typing and the animation is perfect. Net ball applies more to the ninja concept of Gren with not too bad animation either.

I agree with Fierza.
