lol so I got tired of failing my synch and getting shit IVs SRing mewtwo (which there is no real reason to since it can be rng'd and isn't vgc anyways) soooo though I was trying for adamant I got Quiet 31/something/31/29/31/5-7 if anyone has some use for it lol
Why did you want a Adamant Mewtwo? Mewtwo X needs either Low Kick or Drain Punch, which are BW2 exclusive

My 31 speed IV Chlorophyll Venusaur just got outsped by a Charizard-Y in the sun.. how is that possible?
I have a question. I have an eevee with hp ice, 31/31/31/31/31/24 or 26 timid. Is it usable? Or should I try for the 30 speed iv mark?
Yes. Complicated method (but it has already been done):
- Trade a timer ball into your
- Catch a female Cyndaquil in it.
- Bring it to Gen 6.

Well, if you're going to use Jolteon (I'm assuming) falling behind by so little isn't that big of a deal, taking into account that base 130 (I think) Speed.
If you're going for jolt, a 31/even/30/31/31/31 spread would be a lot better as jolt needs to outspeed stuff to stay alive.
Well it is not really necessary to trade the ball, you can get timer ball by the post-game (you won't have access to it the first time you meet Quilava anyway, and you can't trade before finishing the game either).

He listed a compatible HP Ice spread. 31/even/30/31/31/31 will always render HP Ice. This spread is considered superior than running a lower speed IV on Jolteon because Jolteon needs as much speed as possible. Losing one defense IV is no big deal, Jolteon can't take hits anyway.
With 65/60/95 defenses, one point won't make a difference. On the other hand, speed is the most important stat in the game and you almost always want your speed stat to be as good as possible
