In double battles? I'd have to say Dry Skin, for the immunity it grants (and healing) for switching in on predicted water attacks. Solar Power is only useful for sun teams (either side).

Anyone have a female Dive/Great Ball Totodile and Timer or Repeat Ball Cyndaquil spitbacks? They don't even have to come with good IVs or egg moves.

I disagree, Mega Charizar Y is really common in VGC and doubles and taking 25% extra from Heat Wave + 15% of your max health every turn is no good.
Solar Power not only can be used in your own sun team but also can be used to counter enemy Charizard Y's by powering your Thunderbolts.
This is what I use, but be mindful that not everything is correct and/or fully detailed. Also, this does not take into account gen 6 at all.

Already hatched a shiny female with 31/31/0/31/31/31, (i have crap luck with iv's) which would make for a good focus sash Reversal dugtrio. So when I get in this weekend you two can have a copy :D

It is however I don't spend a lot of time on pokemon and I'm still on the 4th Gym leader since my game got corrupted, and then I still try to keep my shop semi-running with my cloning service and shinies, so after all of that I work on my game but I still have to beat it, then start breeding (and the parents you gave me are not very good so thats even more time) then go through the regular breeding process of trying to get a 12.5% female then stock up 200 bp to replace the ability capsule so I'm sorry but if you want me to replace them then it's going to take a while

If you're going to be using pinsir competitively, it needs the egg move Quick Attack (and to a lesser extent, Close Combat). It's your choice though.

My only reason to RNG it would be because of Knock Off (4th Gen Tutor Moves) as well as awesome Sport Ball breeding fodder.
Yeah, Shiny Pinsir looks very smexy to me.
I could still use it as a very useful Sport Ball breeding fodder to breed it with Quick Attack later; i think i'll RNG it.

Lockie keep in mind that sadly, Pinsir can't be legitimately obtained in any kind of HGSS Ball (excpt the obvious Sport Ball).
