A good way to find out your SID is to use Pokecheck.

Just go on their website and follow the simple instructions.

You only need to know your TSV value to hatch the eggs of other people with that number.

Do you mean that you need a way to find out the SV values of your eggs? In that case download Key BV and follow their instructions.

If you want to know your TSV, I used a shiny that I caught in my game and ran it through Key BV.

If they're switching in Bisharp on your defogger, you could change your defogger to Zapdos who can roast Bisharp with Heat Wave
