Also where did those two shiny Jirachi come from originally?

Yep. As for the origin of the Jirachi, that's up to you to find out from the person offering them. Most of the time it's from other forums though or if you're lucky enough, someone who second-hand attended the event.

Would an event Pinsir with 31 IVs in Attack and Speed (and Special Attack, not that it matters) be a keep? 13/31/13/31/1/31
The defenses are pretty dismal but rolling 3 31s, in both Attack and Speed, seems desirable, since Pinsir is mostly an attacker anyways. Also I've been resetting for the better part of the last few days, and I'm getting tired of the repetition.

I wouldn't keep that tbh. I know it's has perfect IVs in attack and speed but that's not everything imo. Something like 20/20/20/xx/20/31 would make a better Pinsir, (for example), even without a high attack.

Maybe that's just me, lol.
