What pokeball do you think would match Noctowl (Shiny & Non-Shiny)?
But I personally like Level/Luxury more for regular, and Friend/Nest for shiny.

Non shiny: level, luxury, moon, dive (i personally like it)
Shiny: safari, dusk

Well, looks like I'll have to put the shiny one (either caught in a safari ball, or friend ball) on my wist list.
I have a Friend Ball female one and I'll be catching a Safari one soon (well, I actually have a dumb shiny Jolly Hoothoot in my Emerald file, but it's still on my emulator...) if you want it. Also have HA in Nest and Lux lol.
I have 4 flawless, Calm Hoothoot eggs (meant for the PU Insomnia set) with 4 egg moves, in Nest Balls, if you'd like to try and find a match with them.
Hmmm....... I think I might need some time to think about it. Because I haven't given the details of what I want it to have. (like the egg moves, the ability, the nature, and etc).

Don't need to buy anything, the most gen rng thread is a good place to start, along with the onsite guides. Ask any rng questions over there as well.
You don't need to buy anything specific I do believe, just download a few programs.
