You can't get the eon ticket via wifi. You need to physically pass someone with it with your 3ds on and street pass activated. I'm not sure if home pass has been patched but if you Google "home pass" you should be able to find something

Can someone please help me evo trade? I'll give you a timid ghastly 31/xx/31/31/31/31 or a timid haunter 31/xx/31/31/31 that's already been EV trained for a perish song team. I'll also throw other 4 and 5 IV stuff that aren't optimally bred.

I was going for modest but then I got this and bold could have its uses I'm sure and I always like to have a few odd ball legendaries here and there

Edit: just a found a strategy dex entry for regice in gen 4 bold does have uses lol

So should I toss I mean base 50 speed is crap either ways and with that type of speed it's better off being thrown onto a truck room team or something.

Trick Room pokes usually need to be bulky and hit hard (unless setting TR themselves sometimes). Bold Regice doesn't do that.

Go for Modest. Rock Polish Regice is a monster in PU.

Ehh I wouldn't compare Rhydon and Regirock. They have slightly different roles. Regi works as a defensive wall and also custap lead (+good for sun teams). Rhydon may also be a stealth rock user but can also make use of its offensive movepool, more like an offensive tank and dual dance sweeper.
Edit 2: Though, being lower in viability rankings does mean something lol.
