I personally like the look of Safari Ball. For a better match though the latter two are pretty good too.

I'd give you my flawless Relaxed HA Venusaur w/ 252 HP/ 92 Atk/ 164 Def for EVs for an Adamant Totodile(or evolution ofc,) w/ 31/31/31/X/31/31 IVs and egg moves DD and Aqua Jet. If you could give it 252 Atk and Speed EVs that'd be great(might change them, but w/e I settle on would definitely be similar.) If you'd prefer, I could
just give you a Bulbasaur instead, but my Venusaur is better.

No. Totodile, along with the other Johto starters, were released with their Hidden Ability almost a year ago.
