Resource Simple Questions, Simple Answers Thread

Does anyone have a list of the SS OU tournaments that are planned (so far) for this year? Something along the lines of the 2025 SV OU Circuit (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/2025-ou-circuit.3758492/) would be great, but a simple list would work too.

Thanks in advance.

Why was Venusaur in the UU tier despite being less viable than a bunch of the RU Pokemon? Were there just a bunch of ladder players using sun teams or were there other reasons?

Is it still possible to get the Master Rank ribbon on cart? If so, what team can I used to reach Master rank? I'm trying to get the ribbon on an absol.

Sun was good until the Hippo nation attacked. It happened very late into SS being the current generation so there wasn't enough time for the average ladder player to get the memo.

My question now. Why is Victini listed OU By Technicality when it's higher on the VR than mons who are in in the tier not by technically like Blissey, Pelipper and Mew? Did they fall off recently or something?

OU by Technicality is based purely on ladder usage, viability doesn't come into play. Victini was below the 3.41% cutoff (just barely though, mind you) between July and December 2025, so it dropped. Can't really give an explanation as to why people on ladder were running so little Victini, aside from maybe "it's kinda mid idk".
