Yeah I know what it is, that doesn’t mean I like it. Not claiming unprompted D1 is a pro-town act anyway, so I’m not too inclined to care. Even if he is scum, scum!Neon isn’t the kind of player you need to rush into a lynch on, because his playstyle isn’t the kind that threatens to sognificantly control narratives and steer the thread the wrong way. Even in a low-confidence D1 setting we have better votes to cast than meta votes against someone who’s broken a habit I think it’s good to break anyway.

I'm not lining up to vote Neon, I just don't hate that vote here and I light sr him here. That's all I was saying.
 
I think neon might be changing the way he is playing after ToS. In earlier games I didn't see him doing comments about the game during d1. This time he already did a few pages ago.
 
I’d have to reread but that just isn’t true by my recollection. Neon was much more involved across the board in ToS, starting with D1. In hindsight it was an amazing play to do that in a scum game

After was the wrong adverb. I mean that including ToS he could be more active in the game from now onwards. I don't remember him being proactive in previous games but in ToS he tried really hard to play and he was aware that he could be seen as scummy. I think we suggested him he plays that way in next games if I recall correctly? At least I did.

I agree with M2H earlier post that neon could be solved mechanically.
 
I will come back in like 2 hours. Although I didn't like some of pulsar posting I'm unsure if she is the best vote. I'd like skippergamez to further explain his reasoning on me trying to pocket M2H I don't really get it. The feeling I got from that conversation is that we were two people with different ideas and neither one gave up?

As we said earlier both for tommy and me deadline is too late so I'd appreciate if we had activity 4-5 hours before it.

I will just say re DBD:
On mafiascum, I guarantee many powertown players like DrippingGoofball (who drew the art for the physical cards if you have them) would have railroaded dbd for his behavior, and then railroaded anyone who defended him.

Clouds derptown read on DBD I think doesnt give DBD enough credit. In ToS I thought he was way more probtown. I cant wrap my head around his Neon read: Neon is acting like his scum meta, but hes probably a better player so hes town(??). Or null read(??)

You say this like Neon has a scummeta, ToS was literally his first time by my recollection. Not unreasonable to change things up after that, especially for such a naturally chaotic player.

8. Alice Kazumi - SCUMLEAN: so this is gonna be controversial I feel like but I feel like she’s trying to pocket M2H rn and potentially she could be forcing a townslip? This is very very light but I do have concerns where she really isn’t neutral

10. Ehmcee - SCUMLEAN: sigh I don’t know how to read Ehmcee’s inactivity, but I feel like his townmeta is moreso active. I know I shouldn’t read base alignment based on activity but… As for his actual content it’s just mechanics and scumreading bad d1 (which I lowkey agree with)

issues as a whole:
Absolute no explanation as to WHY certain people have bad/good vibes, making vibes feel more of an excuse than a reason
It feels like all the low activity reads fucking suck, like ehmcee absolutely has content, but engaging with him only based on activity feels like avoidance as well.

person specific reads i disagree with:

angry pigeon deserves more engagement,even if you dont think the vibes are good, IMO you shouldn't be left with a neutral read with all the stuff theyve posted

alice kazumi pocketing m2h is a really weird jump in logic, especially since from what i can see you claimed that WHILE THEY WERE ARGUING OVER WHETHER TO MASSCLAIM D1, like it feels like an absurdly strange take

DBD is easily your worst townlean, they have one post of content and you are lending them far too much credence while you have people with more posts as no read

M2H read doesnt feel scummy so much as it does feel like grasping at player meta, but in combination with above issues i just don't like it

I am not reading Neon on meta here. I do think Neon is acting differently than he did in ToS, however.

DBD included Neon as a town(?)read. Which I dont get at all. DBD said Neon was playing to his ToS meta, but that Neon isnt scummy for it because [reasons]. Which I truly dont understand that read.
 
tbh i kinda think skipper is lhf lynch bait here

overall they feel towny to me, but yeah im not really taking the things they say super seriously (no offense)
 
flanders clouds alice skipper are my top townreads, and i think hal should be left to tomorrow to see if he switches up and starts playing

i think that m2h is kinda just in their scum meta here and has got to go, i wont be around much longer i did kind of expect more activity up to now but i guess people are waiting to right up to eod
 
neons play is definitely less trolling than usually, and more like getting into the game/serious which i have heard was how he acted as scum but it does kinda feel bad to push him because i would like to positively reinforce this change like when psy started discussing with people instead of tunneling lol
 
I was pushing hard for the massclaim in part because I assumed that mafia is likely in a 4-man cheap roles or 3-man mid roles world TBH. Vengeful is something they really should have picked up in a 3-man high power world.
