Could anyone create an avatar with sableye's face smiling with his teeth showing and maybe a sparkle (not sure what else to call it xD) on one of his jewel eyes?
 
I guess my original request will never be taken, so I've decided to modify it. If someone could please make a badass picture of rayquaza with my name on it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

The red collar should be the other way round, and the dark part at the shoulder is not needed (put it in a dark background to see why). Otherwise it's great.

The crown and cheek fins are at a wrong angle, because you took them directly from Gyara. If you wanna do it correctly you need to do them from scratch (which is kinda sad, I know.)

For whatever reasons, it's shifted to the right, some shading is missing, and where the tongue meets the mouth is just odd. You might wanna refer to Lickilicky's mouth there.

I think you're most probably not here anymore to see this, but if you were wondering why there was no response from us, it's because we were mad over Create-A-Pokemon Project 1 (I suppose. I can't speak for all the other people :p) I'm really sorry.

Doominic: What's the deadline? Because I don't think anyone's gonna pass an eye over this thread for a loooong time. I might try this out though, if you're still in it.

While it's quite far from a full fusion (see Teh 1337ness's fusions on page 1), it's a pretty good recolor, save the abnormally light-colored mane at the top there.
A fusion will not only need colors from another pokemon, but also signature parts of it (note the "signature" because I see you've added Mewtwo's leg and head, which is good but they aren't very obvious) - for example, you can add on Mewtwo's tail for starters. The best fusion makes it almost impossible for one to tell which one you used as the base.

Could someone please make an avatar of a jolteon shooting a thunderbolt into the sky. I don't really care about the background it can be a mountain or whatever. If possible could the jolteon be in a pose like a cat stretching with it's front paws extended and it's hind legs straight. That would be awesome thanks in advance.

Hi all. Been lurking around Smogon for awhile now, figured I may as well start posting to see if I could get some C&C for my work, since I just started spriting last week.

Hopefully it's cool for me to put them altogether instead of listing them one by one. Still got a lot to learn, the only ones I'm really happy with are probably the simplest (afro furret and the tauros minotaur). I really, really hate the jynx/charizard fusion because it gave me a lot of trouble and still ended up looking stupid (even in the context of jynx fusions), can't say I like scrafteep either, but I think that's a design problem more than terrible spriting, if that makes sense.

Does anyone know anything about shading drapery or dresses in general? Trying to work on the shading on mewtwo/jynx has been killing me. ;-;
 
well i havent done poke fusions in a LONG time, but heres 3 I whipped up recently,
im working on an electrode dex, ill post that when I finish it.

Elcheeso, if you only started spriting last week, your lurking's probably done you a world of good - those are not first-timer things. Luvin' the Primal Duo and the Jynx series. You do seem to know your faults well too, because yes, Scrafteep is quite 0_oworthy.
Sadly I don not know how to shade drapery, I pretty much suck at shading ;_;
gluby, you too (I mean you're good like Elcheeso, not that you suck at shading). The first one has almost no flaws, save the head that has a slightly odd angle.
Second one looks surprisingly beautiful, except for the colour - the arm color contrasts far too much with the orange, so it looks out-of-place and as if it were a careless fusion (though it's not). Try recoloring the body to the arm color.
Third...well, the head just looks copy-and-pasted, plus there are stray black pixels all around the head and at the top of the wing on the right.

Oh yeah, because apparently all this spriting has pulled down my grades I don't think I'm visiting this thread for a while. :( Bye guys...
 
Cheers Ice. I think the combo of my anal-retentive nature, good tutorials and lurking this thread for a bit over a week helped a lot. Blastonite was my first sprite ever, for what it's worth. Starting simple is really useful. Hope you can come back soon!

Glub, pretty much what Ice said, but I want to go fanboy and say that I really bloody love the first one. Spoons = win.

Anyway, here's another sprite I did... yesterday? God damn I'm forgetful. LANDPRAS!

I think its right fin/claw (our left) looks stupid, but I'm not really sure what I can do to fix it.

Kinda related, but how much difference is there between a disguise and a recolour using another pokemon's colour scheme? Do disguises need pieces added from the imitated pokemon or is that too much like a fusion? Would this one count as a disguise? I'd imagine most of the eevees count as recolours, but what about the espeevee? I'm still a bit rusty on the lingo.
