Yeah, I know about the outline thing. :B I tried doing Fearow/Pidgeotto, and I did Pikachu/Marill too since they're both mice.

I had to cheat on both of them, since Pikachu has one more shade than Marill. I made a custom shade. Fearow's colors are all over the place so it was pretty difficult. I like how they turned out though!

Also, I'm aware that Marill and Pikachu have way different bodies, but they're both mice so I figured I may as well.

EDIT: Awesome Gyaraquaza, I just tried Onix/Pendora which would have been cool if Onix had more than one color. D: Might do Marakacchi/Cacturne though.

For the Pikachu/Marill, erase the cheek spots and add Marill's white belly. Maybe scratch in the pink inner-ear to make it look more convincing.
 
There is a good recolour thing in the Smog, where they do Azumarill/Riachu. Check that, because it would be roughly the same.
 
I already saw it, I just saw it after I made those. :P I'm still new to any sort of spriting (even pillows), so I can't exactly do that. Here's updated Pikarill though--
