Tiering Contributor 
- TC is awarded automatically to tiering leaders of official tiers.
- TC is awarded to those with 4 tiering-related votes in a single official tier.
- TC is awarded to those with 6 tiering-related votes in a single unofficial tier.
- TC is awarded to those with 10 tiering-related votes across Other Metas.
- TC is awarded to those who have had notable contributions to the tiering process.
- Council votes for official tiering councils count toward TC at a 1:1 ratio. A single voting slate always counts as one vote, even if there are multiple...

np! for me personally, it took a little over a year, mostly because i had to meet the requirement of six tiering-related votes since i played national dex, for official tiers like OU, NU, and RU, the requirement is only four
that said, i doubt there will be another suspect test anytime soon since the tiers are frozen and the generation is coming to a close. also, keep in mind that all four votes have to come from the same tier. for example, you cannot get two suspect votes in RU and two in NU and still qualify; all four would need to be from RU etc.

Metagame Resource Contributor may be easier depending on where you're coming from. TC is "easier" for most players, but as the last post said there just aren't very many suspect tests atm. If you're already a tournament caliber player in a certain oldgen you might have an easier time doing the following

Depending on the badge, asking the badge leader or the community leader for the community you contributed to receive the badge in would be the first step. From there, assuming they're onboard, they'd request a smod to do it (or if they are a smod, do it themselves.)
Some badges obviously can't just be recolored at request but I assume you aren't asking about, say, the CL badge
Can you apply for certain badges like Community Contributor or whatever? Because I don't know how active or contributing you need to be for that one
Some badges (such as Community Contributor) you must be nominated to get from Moderators/CLs for that specific badge. It's entirely based on the quality and not quantity of contributions. Basically doing anything remotely positive counts as "contributing" so just keep up with being an enjoyable person to interact with and it may come your way in the future!
