We're obviously gonna still be playing dppt! through out the tour.

This tour isn't gonna have no b&w in it. (Well, that's what i think)
 
Are we allowed to use pokemon in a lower tier for the week we are in?
For instance, could I use a UU pokemon if its OU week?
 
Signups start at the pre disclosed times. It is all on the tournament site. The signup thread will open at the designated time and in thecouple of minutes afterwards people will sign up. After 128/96 people have joined then the tournament will start. So you need to be ready on the dot.
 
just speaking for myself, it's a bit disappointing that the tour will never find a way to incorporate all 4 standard metagames before a 5th gen, especially with SPL bringing back usage of older generations, and a lot of newer players starting to become interesting in the older gens as well.

But it is probably more important that smogon stays trendy with the times in a business sense, so definitely should be interesting to observe! And good luck to all Tour hopefuls!
