My understanding is that the vote on Genesect will occur over the next couple of days. After we know whether Genesect is banned, you will be able to start playing. If you play before the Genesect vote, I will be forced to invalidate the match because Genesect being banned could cause a fairly significant metagame shift.

Technically your opponent doesn't have to be active until worms says battles are on, it's always nice to be active though. I'd wait until battles are commenced before talking about activity problems
Yeah, figured it was premature. Thanks for the response though. I hope Genesect stays OU, as Heatran utterly desrtoys it, and Chansey takes RP sets, or any non-U-Turning sets for that matter, with ease.
