Smogon User Mafia - Game Over! AlphaBravo is an enormous bender!

Note that I don't really care about who we lynch. RB Golbat is more dangerous (as a player) I think, but it doesn't matter.

I don't know why there are two lonelyness quotes or a fuckton of errors, maybe it's because it's a fake pm. Notice the errors consistent with AlphaBravo's typing.

You may not kill and cover your asses during the same night.

You also know of one thing that no one else in the game knows... There are not just two mafia factions, but three. You know the mafia factions to be The Gentlemen, The Veterens, and the Outcasts. You may use this information to whatever benefit you desire.

You win if you or Lesm46 are the only users alive at the end of the game.

You are the 16 year old Smogoner from Britain. Some people think that you're an idiot, some people think that you're a genius, and some people think you're just a troll. But one thing is for sure, you've got style, and you intend to use said style to take over smogon university for the Gentlemen with your friends <snip> and <snip>.

You have no distinct role, however, that is not to say that you will be doing nothing at night. During the night, your faction may vote on what you will do. Below is a list of actions that you can commit. Please note that no two of your faction may execute the same type of action (for example, no two Gentlemen may perform a bodyguarding action).

Night X - Sending thunda to ghost USER - You will figure out your target's password on IRC and go on a ghosting spree. Your opponent will be so busy fending off your attacks that he will not have time to complete his night action. (This is a Hooking role)

Night X - Sending thunda to guard USER. You are not a large man by any means. But you are fierce. You will use all of the potential of your chicken bones to protect your target from night kills. (This is a Bodygaurding role)

Night X - Sending thunda to loan USER his shutter shades. No one can hope to stop a man who's wearing shutter shades. He is immune to all passive effects. However, not even shutter shades can protect a man from death. (This is a Safeguarding role)

Night X - Sending thunda to kidnap USER. You will kidnap your target and harbor them all day. The user you target will not be able to speak in the day thread. As well, they will not be able to speak outside of the day thread either (such as via IRC or Smogon PM), beyond being able to reply with "I am silenced." Please note that the person you target this role with will be silence proof for the next cycle. (This is a Silencing role)

Night X - Sending thunda to convince USER to share information- Despite the fact that people always get burned when dealing with you, they still rush to give information to you. Must be your British conversation abilities. Nonetheless, you will convince your target to give you his role PM before the end of the night. (This is an Inspecting role)

In addition to the above roles, your faction as a whole can choose to kill a user. In order to do this, you may PM LonelyNess "Night X - Killing USER in a Gentlemenly way". The user you target will be eradicated immediately. Be aware that this can only be done twice every three nights. Also note that if any member of your team is targetted by a hooking role, the entire kill will be nullified, as well, it will count against your total number of kills per three nights.

Lastly, you may designate one of your members to be an anonymous message sender. At any point during the day / night, you may send a PM to LonelyNess "Night X - Sending message to USER". Whatever message you write in the body of the PM will be delivered to the user designated. They will then be prompted whether or not they would like to reply back or ignore your message.

As you can see, I am a wolf investigator, while Amelia is the killer (he killed Accent). I can't kill with Amelia dead, but I have no problem to help you (and maybe get the silencer away from shade).

Claiming wolf at that point was not a horrible strategy, he was going to die anyway and you guys may have preferred to save him so long as you controlled who he killed. However... the rest of his play was far from good and not editing the name of his partner out of his PM before publicly posting it was just >___>

I don't see why people are talking of quitting the game, the wolf team now has serious problems, but the rest is still fine. Its not like a full list of players from one of the mafia factions was given away.
 
Dunno both wolves revealed, 2 mafia revealed with 2 dead already, mass subbings isn't even a good alternative since so many people saw.

Alphabravo didn't think about claiming wolf as a viable strategy, he claimed wolf and outed his partner on purpose so that his partner could get lynched in his stead.
 
Just because he did it for the wrong reasons does not make it a game breaking move, and him outing mafia is in the wolves interests. If the village has other targets then they may live longer. AB was going to die anyway, and if he had sense people would have told village or someone who the mafia he had checked were. The only change from "decent play" was outing his partner, which was admittedly horrible play and damn stupid, but one extra wolf being outed is not gamebreaking. I see no real reason for the game not to continue, if the players are willing.
 
Well, it was fun while it lasted, and we were on a pretty good spot too... :(
