In response to your question, yes, it is that easy to gen V standard abuse. I don't know about breeding, but captures are that easy (Sort of got to know what you are doing though).
Oh! And by the way, if I remember correctly Bozo's TRUTH is only PENTAflawless (Sp Att is not 31).

Also the Bagon is available as a FT Salamence lvl 50 with a good EV spread that i stole from one of the smogon movesets...i can do you it in bagon form or as Mence, its your choice:) should be able to trade in 1 -2 hours max?
