I did the exact same thing the guy who made this thread did. Then I pal parked it all the way to D/P. It's the truth. Perhaps it's just a glitch that only happens sometimes?

I'd record it, only I don't having something to upload it with. (like a scanner, or whatever)

Doesn't matter, it's not an egg move, ergo, why worry about it? If their is no way for Electavire to learn the move without hacking, then why are we going to worry about how it happened? A glitch obviously happened that effected the moves that were passed down.

This thread should just be locked since there is no LEGIT way to get the move on Electavire and this is probably a troll attack.
