agree to disagree. defenitely uu material, but you dont want your hazard setter to be unreliable.Chip worth it for sure and 90% isn't that much of a big deal even if we account chip and miss chance

Stone Axe for sure isn't worse than Stealth Rock, but Tusk easily switches into Kleavor and Spins, while threatening Ghosts with Knock Off.
1. Great Tusk: It just has more utility than lando
2. Lando: Lando will still be good but Great Tusk is honestly better
3. Clodsire and Ting Lu: Stall teams will inevitably rise again and Clodsire has utility outside of them
4. Iron Treads: Great Tusk but instead of a good typing you're weak to fighting and ground
The problem with banning magearna is that in my opinion vested magearna is one of only two counters to leki alongside clodsire, with clodsire being very bad outside of leki. If you ban magearna then Chien-pau also just runs rampant - so I really hope leki gets banned and not magearna. It seems likely that the SV OU tiering council will be voting on one Pokemon today as a potential “emergency ban”.
We still intend to vote on a number of Pokemon as part of the radar later this week, so even if the first Pokemon is not your only concern, there is a lot of tiering action coming in the immediate future. Stay tuned.
Eleki is egregious and shouldn't have been let into the tier. you can at least somewhat account for mag in team building without compromising on other threats too muchProbably regieleki or mag, I get the feeling it could be both though. (My money is on eleki though.)
I think that great tusk is better because it's super versatile whereas lando lost a bunch of moves so it's more confined to a few sets. I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong about lando tho, it's a genuinely good pokemon after allInteresting you put tusk so high.
it beats lando 1 on 1 and is more useful in a vaccuum, but switches into less relevant threats.
we are playing a very different meta to a weeks ago
you are insanesneasler is a much bigger problem than eleki

I bet zapdos is gonna be OU adjacent like it was in BW. It'll probably drop but still have a niche because it's not a bad pokemon and never really has beentorn-t eating if eleki goes, offensive nasty plot/offensive pivot torn can finally work! (Chien pao going will help it too.)
Also zapdos stocks taking a nosedive when eleki goes.(Not that zapdos is good anymore without defog other than rain teams)
Is it just me though, or does zapdos really suck now without defog as a bulky pokemon?
Yeah it losing defog is probably a huge blow though.I bet zapdos is gonna be OU adjacent like it was in BW. It'll probably drop but still have a niche because it's not a bad pokemon and never really has been
ok so here's the thing: you genuinely cannot account for regieleki ice tera blast in the team builder. it's just too fast. like I'm running scarf enam on HO and the moment people start maxing speed on leki that stops working and I have to think of something else.

These are all extremely answerable in a meta where you don't have to attempt to account for Bolt_Beam.gif. You are just coping extremely hard. Also, oh no a second good Unburden sweeper whatever will we dohttps://pokepast.es/d4bb0af58eaefef3
I made six extremely dangerous sets in like five minutes. this thing has to go.
I am guessing this "emergency ban" will likely be Sneaseler / Dire Claw. As busted as Eleki is, idk if its so busted to get banned under a day of being legal. It seems likely that the SV OU tiering council will be voting on one Pokemon today as a potential “emergency ban”.

second? are you refering to hawlucha, who is in rubl? These are all extremely answerable in a meta where you don't have to attempt to account for Bolt_Beam.gif. You are just coping extremely hard. Also, oh no a second good Unburden sweeper whatever will we do

Regieleki outspeeds literally every good scarfer with timid. It needs to go because you cannot account for it in team building reliably. Scarf meowscarda outspeeds (with a speed boosting nature) but you don't have a guaranteed ohko.I am guessing this "emergency ban" will likely be Sneaseler / Dire Claw. ...Actually maybe it is now that I think about it more.
Regardless, Dire Claw + Sneaseler has more of a case warranting immediate action I'm guessing because of the RNG nature of the move and the statuses it can inflict.
Not saying I would agree with the decision, but it seems like the most likely outcome atm.
yes, but this is a different beast.Mons in lower tiers can still be viable in OU.
