Technical Support v2 [READ ORIGINAL POST before posting]

1. OS - Windows 11
2. Browser - Firefox
3. Issue persisted on Chrome and Edge
4. For roughly a week now
5. TellTaleBeat
6. Client does not appear to ever load and is stuck on loading.

  3. Cant copy teams to other browsers so i dont know, also this bug also happens after a lot of teams (idk if its a known issue, my friends also have it)

  5. Ill send SS below but the restore/backup is completely glitched making it hard to export my teams to other browsers or even save them.

Its not glitched, you have so many teams the browser is giving you them in the packed string format. We use this format to compress teams into a smaller size for transport (eg: sending it over the network to the server when you want to battle). In this case it was compressed to avoid issues where your browser crashes from trying to display too much at once.

The import all option can handle packed teams.

Thanks for reply! I've noticed i can still import multiple teams through there even tho the code is like that, i was scared of bricking my whole team dump. But now that clarifies it for me. Best regards

Hello! Looking for help with this please.

Problem: PS is under heavy load and cannot accommodate your connection right now. Also browser refreshing constantly when first clicking "play" until manually stopped.

I saw a prior post with similar issue with a reply stating the poster's IP was temporarily banned for connection flooding and issue would resolve itself. Problem has not resolved itself for me yet. I noticed my browser would constantly refresh until I manually stopped it when trying to play before. Wondering if my IP was also banned for this?

  6. Whenever I try to connect on my home Internet (wired and wireless), it says PS is under heavy load and cannot accommodate your connection right now. It works if I turn Wi-Fi off on my phone and use data. Not sure if my IP has been banned for some reason
