no, it's not, it was a fucking disgraceful incident and there should have been a retrospective ban applied. a long one. thankfully the consensus is that they're actually punishing utd by letting him play. yes, he's got away with it. there's no need to be a one-sided idiot about this.

Fergie's now facing investigation by the FA. hah. admittedly luiz should have been off but it wasn't a soft penalty (just an unfortunate one).
thing is, I can't stand the utd fans that are bawwing about referee decisions going against them - they tend to be the same group of people that didn't complain when they were awarded that penalty against liverpool/rooney elbowed fuck out of someone/etc. decisions go for and against you. deal with it - complain all you want about bad reffing, but don't turn a blind eye to when it goes in your favour.

it hasn't gone in our favour that much though, people say it does but really, we havn't had much of this rub of the green this season.
erm and we lose vidic for the liverpool match, for that rediculous second yellow
and we have a right to be annoyed when we lose the title last season by 1 point, and we screwed by refs in the matches v chelsea last season, those descions go right we would have got at least 1 point, and as a result won the title.
it was a soft pen, he leg was barly out but then it doesnt take much for chelsea players to go down, bet cashley cole could have shot someone and the ref wouldn't have noticed.
and john terry ALWAYS gets away with these handballs in the box
speaking about the referee, someone elsewhere found some stats involving him and chelsea
he has refereed 19 chelsea games
chelsea have won 18 of those and drew 1 so whatever
and the luiz thing is inexcusable, i have seen the position of the ref for the incident, there is NO WAY he could not have seen it
