barca were that boring even platini fell asleep :P
shame it took united 80 minutes to do anything, story of the season.
van der sar should have saved the second, and the third was carrick giving the ball away in the box. (no surprises), so dissapointing with those 2 soft goals.
 
Whiskey nose said after the final against Barca in 2009 that he knows what mistakes he made and that he will rectify them next time.

I guess we can all see how his tactics were inefficient. Average team and best british manager my ass.

great you won a lot in 9 years so what, 9 years is what the playing period of a good solid team?
ferguson took a few years to build up a team, and kept it at the top and winning things for over 20 years

i stopped watching after i saw that borrini dude sky a free-kick and i thought they were a bunch of amateurs. how wrong i was... im watching it against right now, good stuff.
 
yeah, thought borini wouldn't try nearly half as hard for us now he's signed for Parma (inexplicably - what have Parma got that Swansea haven't now?), was right. check out some of his other freekicks for us - the one against norwich was mint

While the rest of the man utd squad tried their best to forget the total capitulation to Barcelona. The midfielder Ji-Sung Park took the responsibility, to remind his team mates and the fans that Liverpool were 5times winners of the champions league.

Therefore much superior to the manc scum, despite the screaming denial of rio Ferdinand into the mic trying and failing to lift the crowd. A few of the more fervent supporters murmured a reply, but were quickly silenced. From what you may ask! Ji-Sung Park simply raised a hand, giving a five finger solute! It was then accepted by all it was indeed a day of mourning, and the heavens duly opened up with a shower of rain...and players and fan alike wept...not because they had lost to the mighty barca! No it was because they all knew Liverpool were still laughing...laughing on their fucking perch.
 
Why are we talking about stupid Liverpool? This day is all about Swansea - the first Welsh team ever to compete in the Premiership. I'm sure Cardiff fans will be hearing about that long after we're all gone!
 
Qatar will probably keep the world cup unless there is some hard evidence of bribery and corruption. Unless top footballing nations such as England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France and USA form a separate football governing body which could cause a domino effect and the downfall of fifa.
