the 3rd Smogon music tournament

I thought we agreed that this format was horrible last time and would never do it again? And why don't we get to pick any of the bands?

well I changed a few things, also when we get to the last 10 bands or so I have a bit of a surprise!

also I posted a nominations thread a long long time ago, I've had this ready but sort of put it off for about 7 months. I took a lot of the nominations into consideration, but made a final decision myself so we wouldn't have too many bands like "Celtic Frost" and "Demons and Wizards" making it instead of a group that should probably be in this with all due respect (for example, Megadeth got way more nominations than The Beatles).

edit and also you don't have to participate if you don't want to !

ugh, i am sorry, I am dumb. i will be more careful from now on.
 
I am pretty sure that, as this is smogon's tournament, bands like Heavenly or Blind Guardian should have been in over something like Apocalyptica, but whatever!
 
man theres a lot more bands that i want to + than - :(

so im just gonna + the bands i like that people are -ing so they dont get killed!

+1 blur
-1 red hot chili peppers
-1 oasis
-1 portishead
-1 jimi hendrix

sorry but if its a tournament then why do you get to decide that megadeth shouldnt beat the beatles?
