Egg move: Water Spout (HG/SS).
It is for Battle Tower purpose so a low Atk IV would be great, but I wouldn't reject it if it would be 31.
Sorry, but I can't do that as it requires an HG/SS egg move. I can only breed in Diamond and am currently using my SS just to store pokemon.
If there is something in my thread that interests you, that would be ideal.
