Lets discuss the Panthers and how sexy they are. Delhomme with 4 interceptions....and we still win but like 11 points. It was the Raiders though....but Williams is a best and our defense is sexy this year.

Delhomme threw 4 INT's against the Raiders: That isn't sexy at all, lol! It's weird, because they are 7-2, yet, nobody regards to them as one of the best teams. I wouldn't put them in my top 5, just because they have had the history of inconsistancy and could choke at any minute, especially if Delhomme has more games than this.

the cards made the playoffs in 98, upset the cowboys and lost to the vikes in divisional.

they made the playoffs in 82 but that was the strike shortened year, lost to the packers first round.

cards won the nfc east in 74 and 75 but lost their first game both times.

and then they won the championship in 47, the last year they hosted a playoff game.

Yeah, they've had to play on the road since 47, and lost in their first game every time but 98.

Also the first INT at least was Delhomme's fault for testing Asomugha.

the stupid thing is that ben's regression comes during our toughest stretch.

giants. redskins. colts. chargers. (skipthebengals). patriots.

further on down the line, we get the cowboys, big big showdown with ravens, and the titans.

ugh. something has to be done because just playing him is likely to only keep hurting us...i'd honestly sit ben for the bengals game to prepare for the tough final stretch, and just stick it out against the chargers.

also, guys read this:

http://www.nfl.com/thanksgiving/sto...emplate=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true

absolutely hilarious blog about the lions thanksgiving tradition. why DO they keep that tradition anyway? this ain't the 90s where everyone wanted to watch barry sanders rip off 200 yards and still be on the losing team.

my favorite part:

They were bad, they are bad, and what are the odds they stay winless for Turkey day? Well let's see -- they're at Carolina ... L! Then they host Tampa Bay ... L! Hmm? What's that you say -- going 0-11 sets up a Cinderella story on Thanksgiving? Okay, good point, let's just take a look at who they are hosting ... OH SWEET MOTHER OF AWFUL FOOTBALL, IT'S THE TITANS!

lol. jesus christ, i kind of WANT to see this game...0-11 vs 11-0? my god. i don't think there's ever been a bigger difference in wins in the history of the nfl.

finally, i got the jets upsettin the pats on thursday. :D

i think the ravens are now in prime position to win the afc north is pitt loses against the chargers, pats, titans, and ravens (pitt will be the boys). baltimores games coming up are entirely winnable except for the giants and possibly the redskins (although i could see us winning if we can shut down cp). time for the ravens to be the kings of the afc north once again!

and who do you have tonight winning? Jets or Patriots? This could be perhaps the biggest game in the AFC this entire season (past and future), maybe with the exception of pitt / balt.

called it. jets pulled out the W. matt cassel looked damn good though.

anyone believe the jets are 7-3 and atop the afc east???

looks like the bills, pats/jets, steelers/ravens, and colts are the only teams in serious wild card contention now.

With Favre, I'm not surprised they're at the top. Patriots losing Brady of course is also another big reason they're not on top, though in fairness Cassel has really stepped up.

Cassel produced more yards in last nights game than Brady has ever done. He just needs to work on his Red Zone throwing more, and Moss needs to stop giving up on him. Also a shame for Cassel that Favre was strangely efficient last night, although as great as Favre can be, I still think he's the second most overrated QB ever.

Since we don't have another topic for it, I'm commandeering this one to give a big, hearty LOL to the University of Michigan for obtaining its worst football record in school history today.

How can you say the Bills and not the Dolphis?
Same record, but they beat the Bills.
Also, other than the Bill, Jets, and Pat...the Dolhins have the easiest schedule ever. haha

and Cassel with 3 TDs and 400 yards still had a worse rating than Favre...Who hasn't even thrown for 300 in a game yet. =\

Go Jets! So stoked to see them this upcoming Sunday

totally forgot about the dolphins haha. my bad. bills started out so hot, pats are the pats, and jets are stepping it up recently. dolphins started out really slowly but they've picked it up. still really under the radar, even in their own division. but yeah, they are definitely in contention as well, although they (and the bills) need some stuff to break in their favor.

Hopefully the Niners will beat Dallas next week, unlikely as it is now that Romo is back. I'd really like to see Dallas NOT make the playoffs :D

DM is stabbing Trent Edwards dolls right now without ceasing even to eat, sleep, drink, piss, or shit. Sorry man, that was the most brutal start to any game I have seen in recent NFL memory.

I will say one thing and one thing only:

If any other city's sports fans try to say they have it worse than Buffalonians, they can go fuck themselves with a broken broom handle.

That is all.
