some days I do doubles, running twice a day, running and soccer practice, running and lifting, etc. on rare occasions I will triple, with all 3 of running, lifting, and soccer practice.
today, I had a quadruple day. woke up, got a 8 mile run in before school. lifted during lunch time. ran another 4 miles during study hall. went to soccer practice after school.
in all,
8 miles: 7:15 pace
4 miles: 8:00 pace
squatted 1x5 @ 45, 1x10 @ 95, 1x5 @ 135, 2x5 @ 185, 1x3 @ 185
benched: 1x10 @ 45, 3x5 @ 75 (lol ok im weak)
deadlifted: 1x5 @ 205
