Fuck. Deron Williams misses 2 FTs late, and what do the Rockets do? They let fucking Mehmet Okur get the fucking rebound! Guy isn't even a real center! Fuck this shit.
 
Pretty obviously the Jazz are the better team though, so it was going to happen this way most likely.

No game yesterday was really exciting...the Lakers/Nuggets game could have been, but the Nuggets never picked themselves up, the Celtics never made a single run in the second half against the Hawks, and the Raptors game was really exciting, until the ridiculously anti-climactic ending.
 
Time for Duncan and Co. to give the Suns a good ol' broom beating. sweep sweep sweep

EDIT: Bulblax, fuck! I know huh! After the thrilling ending to the 1st game I expected this to go 6-7.
 
ironically suns/spurs was supposed to be the "best series", but it could very well be the only sweep. that doesn't mean it hasn't been good, but still suns have been disappointing.

go wizards btw. also go sixers.
 
Well the referees tried to help push this game in favor of the Spurs early when it was 11-1, but all that did was help the Spurs get it as close as 14-3 :x

EDIT: Just now, there was NOT a lane violation committed by Shaq, but they called one anyway, taking away another point from the Suns. Three stolen points now.

EDIT2: A Shaq dunk, followed by Shaq getting the block, then the Suns miss, and then Shaq pulls down the rebound on the fourth possession. I still dislike the trade, but what a great quarter for him.
 
Dude, I love Shaq, I always have. He's a good guy, and just a funny guy. Love his energy and everything.

I'm tired of the refs calling exhibition type fouls. ITS THE PLAYOFFS!! Fucking let them play.

And about Was/Cle.. Washington has a great team imo, I love them, always have.. but i mean.. things always go in the favor of Lebron, it's so annoying. I still am not convinced he's a great player, or an upcoming legend by any means. Ugh..


I love the Wizards though, yesssss!!!

I'm so happy for the Hornets too, finally get a good team together and be dominant. I grew up watching the Hornets, so I'm glad it's finally looking up for them as a team, a top team.


Damn you Rockets.. win one series for McGrady, pleaseee.

Really, he is. He gets completely outcoached 90% of the time, and he covers it up by occasionally turning in a good game (or riding the fact that we have more than any other team in the east except for boston yes you heard me right)

Game 3 he knew his job was on the line (not anymore, he's gone after this season) and Game 4 he let himself get outcoached again.

Actually, he's not that bad of a coach. He got Washington into the playoffs as the 5th seed without Agent 0, anf got a career year out of Brendan Haywood.

The Suns are up 75-48 right now, but even though I'm a Suns fan, it doesn't spark much excitement in me as the series was over after game 2.
 
I guess the errant calling to try and keep the Spurs in it never helped out ;D

Sixers are coming to PLAY, and it is reflected by their energy being a lot greater than the Pistons right now!
 
Pistons just expect to win.. Sixers have anothing thing in mind.

Pistons have the team, the knowledge, the skill, the experience, everything..

Meh call me when the Suns force a Game 7, they pulled this shit a couple years back vs the Spurs. Go down 0-3, win the 4th game, then lose horribly in the 5th, but if they do pull off the impossible it will feel sweet after my Yanks let it slip to the Sox a couple years ago.

Eddie Jordan is the single greatest reason why Haywood hasn't been in fucking All-Star games.

Eddie Jordan is the same genius who thought Etan Thomas (6'8 1/2, 250) was a better center than Brendan Haywood (7'0, 250).

Eddie Jordan was the same guy who played guys like Michael Ruffin over Haywood because he liked them better.

Eddie Jordan is the same guy who sees Haywood putting up something like 14 and 8 on 7 of 9 shooting (and is shooting 74% from the foul line which is amazing for a center) and refuses to feed the post.

The notion that Eddie Jordan had anything to do with Haywood's improvement is laughable.

The reason why we were so good without Gil is that Butler is a borderline superstar in his OWN right (I'd compare him to Paul Pierce with slightly inferior scoring ability balanced out by superior defense and ballhawking - Butler was averagine 22 ppg before he got hurt) while Jamison is a solid 20/10 guy who did improve his defense noticeably this year (not due to Eddie Jordan but to our defensive assistant, Randy Ayers who made teams with fucking Glenn Robinson look decent on D), as well as our bench getting better.

Trust me, if we can steal Thibodeau from the Celts (or even hire Carlisle or fucking Rick Lambieer), we're a ECF contender without making a single personnel move. Eddie Jordan is that bad of a coach.

Eh, I don't feel like rebutting your points, but Haywood is nothing more than an average Center. Rebound, Defense, and Score a little. But that's it.
