Ok, if you don't want a bibarel, I give you bidoof. Because I'm a kind person, you can't evolve it. Do you want move restrictions?

@Squitle: Bring a Turtwig. It cannot evolve into Grotle until it solos a gym leader that is NOT Roark, it cannot evolve into Torterra until it solos a gym leader that is NOT Crasher Wake. Name it Doomvend

Really zdrup15? Really?!

Well give it a name so I can curse it.

Team:
Doomvend the Turtwig (evolve to Grotle after soloing not Roark, evolve to Torterra after soloing not Wake)
Skolaton the Drapion (Must catch as Drapion) only SE attacks

-
Bidoof (can't evolve) ...

Squitle, take Azelf. Happy? Too bad. It must know Future Sight, Protect, and Water Pulse whenever possible, and cannot learn Charge Beam, Nasty Plot, or Calm Mind.

Call it Fortuna.

Catch a Poliwag that cannot evolve into Poliwhirl until it learns the move Belly Drum (level 31), and even if you have a water stone you cannot evolve it further into a Poliwrath/Toad until level 36. The Pokémon must ALWAYS keep Rain Dance in its moveset when you learn it at level 18. Good luck =D
Oh, and name it SquishBomb

Two unevolved Normal types was too much IMO. And zdrup, doom gave someone a Zapdos 3 pages ago with no complaints. I think legendaries should be allowed if they're REALLY restricted, like arcticblast's.

So far I have

Team:
Doomvend the Turtwig (evolve to Grotle after soloing not Roark, evolve to Torterra after soloing not Wake)
Skolaton the Drapion (Must catch as Drapion) only SE attacks
Honey Tree the Aipom (Can't evolve)
SquishBomb the Poliwag (evolve at level 31, then at 36) always knows Rain Dance
-
Squitle the Bidoof (can't evolve) ...

One more

(btw @auramaster I really don't like playing with legendaries and I didn't mention it in my first post because it was on the rules.)

Okay, then, Abomasnow. Must be named "SantaKillr" and only use Blizzard as an attacking move, and Ingrain as another one.

I approve of this name.

Also zdrup, my zapdos was accepted. Considering nails is my personal friend though, i think its ok to bend the rules a bit. I REALLY nerfed that zapdos bad, so bad nails says he'll probably use it for flash spam.

Pearl Scramble Update #2

I think it's time for a second update to my adventure.

Update #1

The Scramble Pokemon in this hide tag.
  • Pachirisu: Electric attacks only, Discharge by E4 (Treadshot A1)
  • Misdreavus: Can't come out in bright areas unless last one left (Ungulateman)
  • Kricketune (Faricimo): Use at least one sound move when sent out against a trainer, must be caught as one (Auramaster)
  • Drifloon: Solo a Gym depending on nature to evolve, level up, teach Frustration & use it upon entry until beating E4 (BuddyBlueBomber)
  • Burmy (Metapod): If Female, Evolve to Wormadam-S, learning Protect, Psychic*, Hidden Power & Fissure Before Palkia. If Male, Evolve into Mothim, learning Protect, U-Turn*, Hidden Power & Camoflauge before Palkia (Sprocket)
  • Piplup (Big O): Moveset is Aqua Jet/Drill Peck, Hydro Pump/Flash Cannon, Flash Cannon/Hyper Beam/Ice Beam, & Protect/Double Team. Moveset Obtained before Invasion of The Galactic Building in Veilstone. Solo 3 Gym Leader Main Pokemon as Prinplup to Evolve (Paradox808)
*: Was initially Bug Bite, but later changed after it was discovered that neither Burmy, Wormadam or Mothim learn Bug Bite in Pearl. Bug Bite was replaced with Psychic (Wormadam-S) & U-Turn (Mothim) respectively.

The adventure so far in text in the next hide tag (WARNING! Lots of text!)

I leave Oreburgh Gym on the way to Jubilife to continue my
adventure. After dispatching the Galactic Grunts there I go to
Route 204. Unluckily, it turns out I can't continue on without a
Rock Smash Pokemon. So I go outside the cave & catch a Bidoof.
Three Poke Ball's later I catch it at full health & name it "Doofus".
I clear the Rocks & arrive at Floraroma Town, where I send
Doofus to the PC.

I then stock up on Poke Ball's and Potions at the nearby Poke Mart
and head to the grass patch at the Valley Windworks to catch my
second Scramble Pokemon: A Mono-Electric Pachirisu. Countless
Buizel encounters later and I stumble across one at Level 7. I
reduce it to half-health with Big O (Prinplup) before catching it. I
name it "Treadshot" after the person who gave the MEP challenge,
before sending it to the front of the party to train By "Bait &
Switch" until it learns an Electric move (Spark at Level 13).
I then take care of the Team Galactic there and at the grass patch
at Floraroma before taking on Mars.

I send out Treadshot while she sends out a Zubat. I switch out
Pachirisu (Didn't have an Electric attack to use), sending in Big
O...Only to get hit by Toxic...I use up an Antidote while Zubat
Bites. Prinplup then takes out Zubat with Metal Claw in two turns.
Mars then sends in Purugly while I continue to Bait & Switch with
Treadshot, sending Big O back into a Faint Attack which only does
9 points of damage, and with Pinplup nearing 60 HP, that's a mere
6-7HKO. I then alternate between using a Potion & Using Metal
Claw while Purugly deals Big O a constant 9-10 points of damage
with Scratch/Faint Attack. Eventually Purugly goes down and I win
the fight.

I then Slather 3 Honey Trees before saving & switching off while
waiting till the next morning (Which was a Friday, meaning an
opportunity to catch a Drifloon).

The next morning I go and check on the 3 Honey Trees. The first
two had Combee, while the third had one of my Scrambles: A Male
Burmy (At Level 15). I reduce it to half health with Big O, before
catching it & naming it "Metapod" (Courtesy of Sprocket).

I then go and approach the Nearby Level 22 Drifloon and proceed
to catch it (Another Scramble Pokemon). I switch in Big O and
proceed to "tickle it" with Peck. I reduce it to half health before
proceeding to catch it. After Drifloon broke free of the first ball,
disaster struck! Drifloon landed a critical hit with Gust & KOed Big
O. I send out Treadshot & continue to chuck Poke Ball's at it.
Drifloon breaks free of the second, but finally stays inside on the
third. I name it "BlueBomber" (After the challenge giver) and
check its nature. I see a Calm nature (+SpDef -Atk), which means
because it has a +SpDef nature, it means I have to Solo Fantina's
Mismagius
with it to evolve it. I also find out that the poor Drifloon
is a long way from home, & I start a side-quest to find poor
BlueBomber's home.

I heal at the Pokemon Centre before proceeding up Route 205.
Along the way, my "Bait & Switching" with Treadshot finally ends
when it learns Spark along the way, unexpectedly turning it from a
"Switch Me" Pokemon into a surprise force to be reckoned with
(So far). I continue to raise both Treadshot and Metapod through
Eterna Forest (Where I'm forced to team up with a trainer who
uses a Chansey that knows a physical attacking move...), & after
coming out the other side, I see that Metapod appears to be a
"weak link" and needs the Exp. Share as soon as possible.

I arrive at Eterna and heal up at the Pokemon Centre, before
obtaining the Exp. Share & proceed to enter the Gym. I dispatch
the four Trainers with relative ease, before healing up at the
Pokemon Centre and taking on Gardenia.

I send out Treadshot while she sends out Cherubi. I use Spark on
it, paralyzing it first hit, while Cherubi becomes fully paralyzed.
Good start. I continue to Spark it three more times, placing it in KO
range while Cherubi gets off two Growth's before spending
another turn fully paralyzed. Gardenia then scrambles for a Super
Potion while I just continue to Spark it. Cherubi then gets another
Growth before striking Treadshot with Grass Knot (Which deals a
pitiful amount of damage). Cherubi finally goes down after 10
Sparks from Treadshot, who's in good condition at the time.
Gardenia then sends out Turtwig and starts to raise its defence
with moves like Reflect & Withdraw. Eventually, Treadshot runs
out of Spark PP, which forces me to switch Treadshot out. I send
in BlueBomber, wait for Reflect to expire, before KOing Turtwig
with Gust.
Gardenia then sends out Roserade, while I switch in Big O, hoping
to solo Roserade & put Big O one Gym Leader Main Pokemon solo
(And at least 10 levels) away from evolution. I Peck it while she
poisons Big O with Poison Sting, before walloping Big O with Grass
Knot. I use a Super Potion, hoping to keep it alive, but Roserade
sends Magical Leaf Big O's way, negating the Super Potion use.
She then KO's Big O with Poison Sting. I then send out
BlueBomber, who then 2HKOes Roserade with Gust, winning me the
Forest Badge and the TM for Grass Knot.

I then get Cut from Cynthia and teach it to Treadshot (Pachirisu is
only allowed to use Electric type attacks in Battle), giving it some
use outside of battle. I then enter the Team Galactic Building &
start to try & clean out the Building. After the first Galactic battle
Metapod finally evolves into Mothim, and learns Hidden Power. I
eventually reach the top where I encounter Jupiter.

I send out Treadshot, while she sends out Zubat. Treadshot scores
an easy OHKO with Spark.
Jupiter then sends out Skuntank and gives me problems. I Spark it,
while Skuntank poisons Treadshot with Poison Gas, before
2HKOing Treadshot with Night Slash.
I send out Metapod and begin to try and find out what type the
Hidden Power is. Skuntank Uses Smokescreen several times, while
Hidden Power misses the first time, but hits the second. It deals
neutral damage, ruling out Groung, Psychic, Grass, Poison, Ghost,
Dark, and any others that I missed. Metapod tries to Tackle it, but
it keeps missing while Skutank poisons Metapod with Poison Gas,
before knocking it out with Night Slash.
I send in Big O and I try to hit with Metal Claw. It misses twice,
while Skuntank uses Smokescreen, before taking two turns to
poison it (Skuntank was faster than Big O). On the third Metal
Claw, Big O hits and KOes Skuntank, winning me the battle.

The Galactic peoples flee the building, while I rest up at the
Pokemon Centre and get the Bicycle. I then have a look around to
see if Eterna City was BlueBomber's home. It wasn't.

I then start to traverse down the Cycling Road, where I go and try
to coax what Hidden Power Type Metapod ended up having. It
does neutral to a Starly, neutral to a Ponyta, neutral to a Pikachu,
and then not very effective to a Zubat. This makes me think that
Metapod has a Fighting Type Hidden Power. This is later
confirmed when Hidden Power deal super effective to an Onix
during a trainer battle.

When I arrive back in Oreburgh, I heal at the Pokemon Centre &
head out back to Route 206 to try and catch my 5th Scramble
Pokemon: A Kricketune (It was night time). Countless battles and
three screwed-up capture attempts later, I manage to capture a
level 14 Kricketune & name it "Faricimo" (Thanks to auramaster).

After that, I equip it with an Exp. Share and get ready to train
Faricimo by Exp. Share until level 18 (Where it learns Sing, which
is essential if you look at the restrictions placed on Faricimo) as I
begin to make my way to Hearthome City. And that's where we
leave off...

And the Team so far in this hide tag...

Faricimo (Female Kricketune) @ Exp. Share

@Sprocket: It turns out that neither Burmy or Mothim learns Bug Bite in Pearl, so can you please replace Bug Bite with Tackle?
Really? Doh, my bad. In that case, for Wormadam you get Psychic, and for Mothim you get U-Turn.

I'm actually curious what power your HP Fighting is. Any guess?

@auramaster: Thanks. D'oh I should've known Growl was a sound move...-_-

@Sprocket: Thanks for changing. Will edit conditions. I'm not sure how powerful HP Fighting is. I'm expecting around 45-60 mark.

Pearl Scramble Update #3

I think it's time for my third update.

Update #1
Update #2

The adventure so far in text in the hide tag.
I start to make my way to Hearthome City, taking on the trainers
along the way. Partway through the journey, I come across some
random in a suit who utters some random crap about creation and
other stuff. After he leaves, I continue on to Hearthome City,
along the way, Faricimo (Kricketune) learns Sing as I take the Exp.
Share off her and place her at the head of the party to really get
it on the same postcode as the other four Pokemon on my party.
When I finally arrive at Hearthome, a Buneary randomly comes
toward me and a person named "Keira" thanks me for apparently
"preventing it from escaping". I get told to meet her at the Contest
Hall where I go & meet Gym Leader Fantina (BlueBomber's got her
eyes on her) & get a Tuxedo & a random accessory. After finding
out that Hearthome City wasn't BlueBomber's (Drifloon) home, I
heal at the Pokemon Centre & prepare to head towards Solaceon,
when...Oh no! Someone appears & challenges me to a battle! =O

I send out Faricimo while Someone sends out a Starly. Faricimo
gets the first jump & lulls Starly to sleep with Sing. I then switch
out Faricimo for Treadshot (Pachirisu) as Starly continues to sleep.
Treadshot then finds an opportunity to Spark it, OHKOing the
Starly.
Someone then sends out a Buizel (On a Pachirisu???) and it proves
to be a bad choice, Treadshot easily OHKOing it with Spark.
Someone then sends out a Grotle while Faricimo comes back out in
Treadshot's place. Faricimo gets the first hit as Sing lulls Grotle to
sleep. Faricimo then proceeds to use Fury Cutter. It gets two hits in
before Grotle rouses from his slumber, hitting Faricimo with Razor
Leaf, which doesn't do much damage. Instead of putting Grotle to
sleep (Which only has a 55% success rate), Faricimo continues to
use Fury Cutter, which does more damage than the previous two
Fury Cutter's, & puts Grotle in KO range, should Fury Cutter hit
next turn. Grotle replies with Razor Leaf, which does more damage
than the previous Razor Leaf, putting Faricimo in KO range (If
Razor Leaf crits). Faricimo uses Fury Cutter & it hits, knocking out
Grotle & leaving Someone with one Pokemon left.
Someone then sends in Ponyta while I switch out Faricimo for Big
O (Prinplup). Big O scores a relatively easy 2HKO with Bubble, as
it levels up & Replaces Bubble with Bubblebeam & wins the battle
for me.

After that, I heal at the Pokemon Centre before heading out
towards Solaceon Town. When I get there, I find that Solaceon
Town isn't BlueBomber's home and decide to leave Lost Tower
until the night (When I can catch my final Scramble Pokemon: A
Misdreavus). In the meantime, I make my way to the Wayward
Cave, or whatever it's called (With Doofus (Bidoof) back out of
the PC and into the party) to complete the side quest there.

When I get there, I traverse through the cave in darkness to find
some random kid with a Kadabra. I go through my repels pretty
quickly, and on the way out of the cave with the kid in tow, I find
myself sort of lost in the cave...With all my repels used up.
Countless wild & trainer battles later, I manage to find the exit
and get thanked by the kid. I then return to Oreburgh to heal,
stock up on repels, chuck Doofus back in the PC, & make my way
back to Solaceon Town, where I wait until the night before taking
on the Lost Tower (So I can catch my Misdreavus).

So, night time falls & I enter the Lost Tower. I then see a
Misdreavus cowering in the corner due to the light in the building.
I approach it and it starts attacking me. I send out BlueBomber to
whittle its health down with Gust. After a couple of Gusts, the
Misdreavus (Level 17) becomes very weak & scared. I see an
opportunity to chuck Poke Ball's at it. Three Poke Ball's later & it
stays inside one. I name it "Ungulate" (After the challenge giver) &
my scramble party is now complete. In critical healh, I return to
the Pokemon Centre in Solaceon to heal Ungulate.

After healing it, I find out that poor Ungulate has an extremely
bad fear of light, and that there was a forest near Solaceon with
Misdreavus in it. Recently, loggerscame and tore up the forest and
all the Misdreavus were forced to flee into the Lost Tower, with a
bad fear of light, they all started to cower into the corners of the
Tower.

Moving on, and I equip Ungulate with an Exp. Share as I go up the
Tower. After completing the side quest there & obtaining the HM
for Strength, I then start to progress north of Solaceon & towards
Veilstone City (After dealing with Unowns). I beat the trainers in
Route 210 with Ungulate at the Front (And placing her at the rear
while in the Milk Bar), I then take the Exp. Share off Ungulate and
continue my push towards Veilstone through the wetness that is
Route 215.

The battles throughout the route were tough, & that led up to a
double battle against a couple of Ace Trainers, where I saw a
Gyarados for the first time, and it left a mark, KOing poor
Metapod (Mothim) before falling victim to a Big O Bubblebeam.
After that, I arrive in Veilstone, heal at the Pokemon Centre, & get
ready to take on Veilstone Gym for Badge #3.
And that's where we leave off...

And the team at the moment in the hide tag (Now with comments!)

Faricimo (Female Kricketune) @ Nothing
Lv:24/Careful/Swarm
-Growl
-Sing
-Leech Life
-Fury Cutter

Comments: Quite underwhelming, needs a powerful move soon.

Treadshot (Female Pachirisu) @ Nothing
Lv:25/Relaxed/Run Away
-Spark
-Cut
-Quick Attack
-Charm

Comments: Since learning Spark, Treadshot has come out of its
shell and has been quite a force, & with half decent defences,
It does get a lot of Sparks in.

Metapod (Male Mothim) @ Nothing
Lv:25/Naughty/Swarm
-Protect
-Tackle
-HP Fighting
-Confusion

Comments: Not that great, but HP Fighting has come in handy
against those pesky Hikers. True potential yet to be realised.

BlueBomber (Female Drifloon) @ Nothing
Lv:25/Calm/Aftermath
-Gust
-Focus Energy
-Payback
-Stockpile
1 Level & Fantina's Mismagius Solo until Evolution

Comments: Pretty much the least used Pokemon on the team,
BlueBomber is doing well, despite the lack of powerful STAB.

Big O (Male Prinplup) @ Nothing
Lv:26/Lonely/Torrent
-Pound
-Metal Claw
-Bubblebeam
-Peck
10 Levels & 2 Gym Leader Main Pokemon Solos until Evolution

Comments: Big O's workload has reduced significantly since
Treadshot learned Spark, but it is still a force in the party.

Ungulate (Female Misdreavus) @ Nothing
Lv:27/Mild/Levitate
-Psywave
-Psybeam
-Astonish
-Confuse Ray
1 Dusk Stone until Evolution

Comments: Since learning Psybeam, Ungulate has been
a great team member. Curse the light!

That is all for this update.
