Take an Remoraid, and name it Consistent. This Remoraid must be caught on Route 212 immediately after getting the Good Rod. This Remoraid is happy it's not a Gen V Remoraid because it doesn't have Inconsistent, as it doesn't want to get banned. To show its happiness, it thinks it can take on the world, and must solo one of Volkner's pokemon. In fact, when Cyrus wanted to destroy the world, Octillery got angry and soloed him in Galactic HQ. Unfortunately, Octillery doesn't have a lot of energy, and by the time he got to the Pokemon League he suffered from intense fatigue and didn't battle in three of the five fights. To make up for that, he won 7 straight fights in the Battle Tower as the only Pokemon.

Recap:
Route 212 Remoraid, caught with a Good Rod.
Must solo Cyrus in the Galactic HQ, and one of Volkner's pokemon.
Cannot fight in three of the five E4 Fights.
Must solo 7 straight battles in the Tower.

Dunn444 gets Capers the Gligar, who must know & keep Earthquake, Swords Dance, X-Scissor & a move of your choice before Giratina. If you evolve it, you must replace Earthquake with Roost, & the move of your choice may not be Earthquake. Have it solo 5 Pokemon in the Pokemon League. Have fun.

dunn444, take a Snover named Styx. If it evolves, it must choose to keep only one STAB. If ice, it may not learn Blizzard; if grass, it may not learn Wood Hammer. However, you may choose to have it learn Frustration and Attract. If it does so, it may ignore any previous restrictions. It must also solo one of Flint's Pokémon.

Good luck!

@dunn444
bring a Ponyta named Philly it must be female. It may only evolve if it Solos the entire Canalave Gym. You may use items but you may not leave once you enter.

All right, finally got time to update my fire red scramble challenge. I am currently about to face Misty.

MY team as of right now
Kakuna "Threadshot" lvl 8
-Harden
-String Shot
-Poison Sting
My requirement for Threadshot was that he spray his love nectar all over a pile of pokemon after getting nice and hard. But when he evolves, he has to do the same and poison all the gym leader mains. Since Rainy the squirtle has to solo three gym leader mains, I cant evolve Threadshot till that is taken care of. He is effectively boxed until Erika.

Rainy the Wartortle lvl 25
-Water gun
-Bubble
-Bite
-Tackle
Since Wartortle had to fight 50 trained pokemon to evolve from squirtle, I have given him every trained pokemon until somewhere in the middle of mt moon. The only concern I have for him at the moment is how he is going to solo Lt. Surge, but I will cross that bridge when I get there.

Pidgeotto lvl 19
-Tackle
-Sand-attack
-Gust
-Quick Attack

I have gotten to Cerulean so far without incident. When I get to Vermillion is where i will hit a rough patch. I will only have Farfetched, Pidgeotto, and Wartortle, all of which Lt. Surge Rapes. Currently thinking of ways to defeat him without level grinding. Ill update letting you know how that all went.

While I am at it
@Dunn444 you get lolwtf!! the bidoof. He is allowed to only know one direct damaging move of your choice from the moment this is possible ( lvl 25) You are not allowed to replace a non damaging move, unless it is with another non direct damage move. No Restrictions on evolution.

Dunn444, you already ahve a fire, water, and grass pokemon, so I do need to overlap with your starter.

You get 'Water boy' the chimchar. Water boy loves water and must always be in the first slot of your party while surfing. And as he loves Adam Sandler's role in Waterboy, he portrays Adam's character by not using any fightin-type moves, just like the character in the movie didn't like to fight.

good luck

Dunn444, take a Swablu which will be your flier. To evolve, it must learn Dragon Pulse and must KO 20 dragon Pokemon with it (wild or trained). It must have Fly, Dragon Pulse, Sing and Perish Song before the Pokemon League. It must solo Cynthia's Garchomp without use of items, and must solo Cyrus every time you meet him. It may never be the lowest levelled Pokemon of your team after you capture it.

Just noting that in Platinum, Swablu learns Dragon Pulse at lv 45 or by TM59, which is in Victory Road.

All right, Time for another update on my fire red scramble challenge.
My Current Team.
Rainy the Wartortle LVL 30
-Dig
-Rapid Spin
-Water pulse
-Bite
So far is the only person who can even hope of taking on an electric type, and not that well lol. He is my MVP

Ch'Ding the FarFetch'd Lvl 25
-Peck
-Sand-attack
-Cut
-Fury-attack
I just got this duck and to tell you the truth he isnt doing to bad. All though I am sure this crappy move set will catch up soon.

Pidgeotto Lvl 27
-Tackle
-Gust
-Sand-attack
-Quick Attack
This guy is doing pretty well as well. I am missing wing-attack, but not to bad. I will be getting fly soon, which will be my stab move for two of my pokemon lol.
Threadshot the Kakuna Lvl 8
-Harden
-String Shot
-Poison Sting
Now that Rainy has pwned three gym leaders on his own, I am allowed to evolve him so that he can start pwning. Atleast the next gym is grass, I just need a decent bug move.

All right, I did what I foresaw as one of the more difficult battles with Lt. Surge today. I was only allowed to use Rainy, or he couldn't evolve on schedule. Lt. Surge threw out a voltorb and pikachu, both of which were OHKO by dig, but then came my bane.
He sent out his Riachu. First turn, I spam dig praying for a OHKO. He goes first and uses double team. While I am underground he uses double team again, but I still manage to connect with dig, but it leaves Riachu with 1/8 of his hp. Next turn I try dig again, while he gets potioned back to full health. He then uses double team for a total of three times, and I miss.
So now it is like the battle never happened, except he has +3 to evasion. Great, but atleast he has exhausted his potion supply. Since I cant risked staying more exposed than necasary, I choose dig again, but he gets in a thunderwave before I go under.
SO between parlysis and +3 evasion, I am supposed to connect with two digs. Parlysis keeps dig from connecting while he uses double team yet again. NOw riachu starts attacking with shockwave, I managed to hang on by a thread, and then I went under ground. Next turn, Riachu uses Double team again, for +5 evasion, But I connect with dig, CRIT HIT!!!!!. Suck on that you haxor Riachu.
Onward to Celedon/ Saffron. Will update after Farfetched first solo battle with Giovanni.

CCO, I'm in a generous mood, so you get ManlyMan the Nidoking. ManlyMan seeks to assert his manliness with the manliest moves possible - Mega Punch and Double Kick. His other moves are up to you. And to prove his dominance over the rest of the party, he should take out at least two more Gym/Elite Four Pokémon throughout the course of the game than everyone else.

@cco: Take a Koffing. It must KO two of Blaine's Pokemon without using Self-Destruct or Explosion in order to evolve. As a Weezing, it respects your skills as a Trainer and must solo your Rival's starter before Victory Road and as the Champion. Oh, and every time it faints, you must immediately revive it by some means unless it used a self-KO move. Name it Smoke Ball.

@ cco
You get Ash's Pikachu :D. You can only teach him moves that Pikachu learned in the first season of the Pokemon anime and he can't evolve (I don't know if your starting pikachu can evolve in yellow). He must solo every gym that Pikachu solos in the anime ( Brock, Lt.Surge, etc) and solo 1 gym leader pokemon for every gym that pikachu fights, but doesn't solo (Sabrina and others that I don't remember). Also, you can't use pikachu against Misty.

cco gets 500 the Squirtle. I'm feeling uninspired, so the only restriction is that to evolve on each occasion, he must solo trained Pokemon until the combined level of each trained Pokemon he solos total at least 500.

Have Fun. (You can get the three starter Pokemon on Yellow)

Happy New Year to all you Scramblers! (It's 2011 here) What an uneventful 500th...>_>

What an uneventful 500th...>_> Aggreed.

@cco: You get "BROKEN" the Charmander. Must solo Erica without useing a Fire-type move to evolve, and then any Rival battle after Erica to evolve again. Only other restriction is that it must learn and keep Sizemac Toss (spelling fail), using it in every battle it's in once it learns it.

Good luck, have fun!

Happy New Year, indeed.
Every Scrambler, young and old, feel blessed that you have access to a game of pokemon. Because in some countries they only let you have pidgeys and all of those pidgeys are holding Everstones.

Okay, I'm going to try a FireRed Scramble. Trading is possible, but keep it to a minimum.
Rules:
-No Pokémon must stop leveling up at any point
-Oddish is the only Pokémon I'm choosing for this set, You may choose the set, but it may evolve (With restrictions if you wish).
-Powerful NFE Pokémon (Dragonair) are fine, and lesser used FEs (Wigglytuff) are too, but no Pathetic NFEs (Jigglypuff).
-No Farfetch'd.
-Keep repeating types to a minimum.
-No absolutely trollish requests.
-No legendarys.

I'm probably forgetting something, but that's my mistake for you to take advantage of.
So hit me with your best shot! but please be gentle.

Also: Happy New Year.
Good Luck in 2011 scrambles!
