I think Man. United will win the champions league and the local league too, the have a team too strong right now, i read the Ronaldo news that someone posted, poor Ronaldo, he it's a great player but its sad that his career comes to an end, i loled about the news

If I was a Liverpool fan I would be seriously pissed off at Riise now. I hoped it went to penalties, they're always fun for a neutral viewer.

We are pissed at Riise. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed the game and as Thunda said, no one really wins at Stamford Bridge these days.

Chelsea will be Champion, end of story, I think they rather win that for the first time than the English League at this point, I expect an AMAZING final, on Chelsea's behalf. Now if they won the League too, there would be NO stopping them.

I only watched the first half today, but did anyone catch the replay of Drogba's goal at an angel focusing the goalkeepers movements? You can BARELY see the ball, I wonder what the speed of that ball was. I can't wait to download the match and watch it fully, I missed the best part.

Chelsea <3

I hate Chelsea, i want Man. U to win both league and Champions League. I'm probably the only one that thinks Liverpool deserved better...

EDIT: Wow DM, i never expected you to have played soccer, probably because as you said is not really popular on the USA, and the MLS is still growing, which i think it will get good in a couple of years, they are playing a lot with an older league like the Mexican, and have been invited to some south american tournaments, with big teams from there.

wooo chelsea!

Just when I thought I couldn't dislike you anymore! xd

Chelsea V Manchester United will (hopefully) be a cracking game. I don't know if I will be able to enjoy it though, because I'll be looking for every god damn decision going for us, etc. I just won't have time to actually "enjoy" the Football. Basically, I want all the luck we can get...Even crappy calls by the Referee that go our way just to give us an edge.

You also have to remember that Chelsea are playing at home.

lmfao.

That statement is so true I never even thought about it.

Anyways would've much preferred a Liverpool/Utd. final myself, I reckon it would've been a more exciting game and they'd play with alot more passion as Liverpool are undoubtedly the best english team to grace the european competitions and the rivalry between the two would've made it a spectacle.

Anyways Utd. to win it.

Happens most of the time. Don't see why it wouldn't happen in the final.

I don't think so, th US are bringing good players from other countries to bring more attention and improve the league, i think it will grow and be a strong league in America

The problem is that they have way too much competition; european teams don't have to compete with the NFL and baseball; soccer will never beat out football, college sports, or baseball, or nascar for that matter

Well United just thrashed West Ham in today's 2nd to last Premier League fixture - winning the game 4-1. Ronaldo scored 2, Tevez hammered a 25-yard pelter through the air and then Carrick finished off with a deflected shot on goal to get himself on the score sheet. Nani was sent off not too long after West Ham's concelation goal for headbutting O'Neil. Comfortable win for the Red Devils.

Only Wigan and Chelsea stand in our way of a double this season.

Lol, you guys are going to flog Wigan, unless luck goes their way like a draw with Heskey scoring in the last dying seconds, then again what's the chance of that?

Urgh bad news arsenal fans (as if there wasnt enough this season already!) we're definately getting a new home AND away kit next season (with the white kit relegated to third and the disgusting red and yellow kits a page or 2 back brought in).

Oh, and flamini signed a four year deal with ac. Once a traitor always a traitor i guess...

There's also some rumours Crouch is moving to Aston Villa. And I heard Gareth Barry is being approached by Liverpool and Chelsea. I duno rumours or something say Liverpool are going to bid 10mil pounds on him already, unless they already have, though if he does transfer he'll probably be leaning towards Liverpool, since he's good mates with Gerrard.
